I thought that I would call and see how much longer it would be. when someone answered, they immediately asked you to hang on and put you on hold. After five minutes on hold, the call disconnects. I thought it was probably a mistake and tried it again. Apparently at this location this is what they do. They answer the call, put you on hold and wait for it to eventually disconnect. now being there over 30 minutes, the tracker shows that they still haven't started my order. Since they wouldn't answer any phone calls, I had to go inside to let them know that I wanted to cancel my order. If I was the owner or GM at this location, I would be completely embarrassed. I would recommend Little Caesars over them in a heartbeat.
