Bad reviews are correct - employees very rude the minute you walk in. Pizza soggy and flavorless. Save the trip

The decor and ambiance are warm and inviting, and the food is truly delicious. I ordered the Chicken Cremosi with green beans, roasted potatoes, and a side of pasta -- one of my favorites. Their house salad dressing is amazing, and my husband loved both the Caesar salad and his chicken fettuccine Alfredo. He said the Alfredo sauce was one of the best he's ever had. The bread basket was a perfect start, my husband enjoyed his Blue Moon served in an ice-cold glass, and my iced tea was super refreshing. As an added bonus, it was free Cannoli Tuesday! We shared one there and took the other home. The portions are generous, everything tastes homemade, and the value for the quality and amount of food you get is excellent. I'll happily be enjoying leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Our server, Christi, was fabulous -- friendly, attentive, and professional. Honestly, the entire staff was wonderful. The owners greet guests personally, and it feels genuine and natural, not forced like at many chain restaurants. It's the kind of place where you could easily become a regular and feel like family. We will definitely be back, and I don't know why we didn't start coming here sooner. This restaurant is officially going into our regular rotation!

Palazzo was the ideal venue to host our holiday event! (We chose the all-inclusive "court-side…read moresnacking" option for 12): * The facility was easily accessible from the highway, and parking was plentiful. * The food (heavy hors d'oeuvres) was delicious (and the kitchen was able to accommodate dietary restrictions). * Bocce provided something to *do* during our outing. I appreciated the chance to interact with everyone - not just sit around a group table the whole time, struggling to hear everyone! All ages and experience levels could participate - most of our group had never played bocce! * The staff was key to making sure everything went smoothly. Rhonda made planning easy, and Selina (our server/bocce expert) accommodated us on the fly, offering tips that made our (very low-scoring) competition lively. I wouldn't hesitate to host another event here!

Truly great to have such exceptional service here. I ordered the blackened chicken gnocchi and while it's a very dense meal, it was absolutely delicious. After our dinner, we did play some bocce ball and had such a great time. It's a very low impact activity that you can do with your team if you're visiting on business. Highly recommend this location. Service was phenomenal. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly.

The atmosphere felt very casual--there was a huge bar in the middle with some booths and tables surrounding. There were TVs playing the Tigers game. For my drink, I ordered an espresso martini and really enjoyed it! My brother ordered an old fashioned and said it was good and very strong. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and liked it! They also brought out a bread loaf for the table and it was very warm and fresh! As for the entrees, we were honestly very disappointed. The food was genuinely some of the blandest food I've ever eaten. I ordered the filet mignon. It was good, but the minestrone it came with was missing something. I also would have liked the meal to come with mashed potatoes instead of 2 small halved potatoes. Additionally, the zip sauce was very liquid and not thick which I didn't love. My mom had the chicken Marsala. The dish had good flavor, but the texture of the chicken was poor. The gnocchi with meat sauce was a good portion size, but sadly bland as well. In the end, our card was ran on the wrong tab but the server noticed and corrected it so it wasn't a big deal. For what we paid, close to $270, including the service fee for using credit card, I honestly would've rather gone to Texas Roadhouse. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fine dining in the area.
