    Margherita pizza
    Samantha B.

I have been wanting to try this place based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint. I got a large margherita pizza, ham calzone, and chicken parmesan sub. The pizza was good - large, New York style pieces. Not the best I have had in the area, but still good. The ham calzone was HUGE and stuffed with cheese and ham. I was shocked at both how large it was and how much filling was actually inside it. The chicken parmesan sub was incredible especially for the price. Unlike other reviewers, I had a good experience with the service. The boys working were kind and my order was ready when I arrived (within 20 minutes of ordering). I will definitely be back to try more.

Oh my gawd! My daughter and I have eaten at like 31 small, non chain pizza restaurants in the last 2 years and this is easily in my top 5. When the other reviewers say you won't be disappointed, they weren't kidding. We ordered a small cheese and pepperoni (7 slices), two cans of pop all for $14. It stands to reason that if the name of your store as Basil in it you should be able to taste it. It does, the Basil made the pizza even better. The pepperoni were the old fashion, you know the little pools of pepperoni grease. By far my favorite. I'm not a crust eater, complete waste of good quality pizza but I ate the crust. There is indoor seating, just a small section like 3 tables and a picnic table outside. If it's warm out sit outside.

We were excited to see that this restaurant was conveniently located only a couple of miles from the golf course we visited yesterday and decided to give it a try. The previous ratings here are accurate and both my wife and I totally enjoyed our pizza and calzone. The crust was excellent and the sauce on my pizza was extra enjoyable with the flavor of the basil of course. All ingredients were fresh and the staff did a great job taking care of us when visiting. We would for sure recommend this place to any locals who have not yet been and of course to anyone golfing at one of the many nearby beautiful golf courses...

This would be 5* Best pizza around but never open or closes early every time we try to order.

Place was great but now seems rundown and filthy. Not sure why they just stopped caring. Maybe the owner needs to step in

We honestly can't believe we waited this long. Every single bite was incredible. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely lived up to the recommendation. Even though the restaurant was packed, the staff was friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming ... it just felt like a place where everyone was genuinely enjoying themselves. Our drinks and meals were an easy 10/10, and the leftovers were just as delicious the next day. We devoured them! The only downside was that they had already sold out of desserts by the time we were ready to order. We settled for a dessert martini instead, and it was excellent. (twist my arm ya know?) Buon Appetito exceeded our expectations in every way, we will definitely be back!

I love the chicken Cremosi and the food comes out quickly. Our waiter was great, but Props to the kitchen staff! Sorry to miss the tiramisu this time. :(

Ambiance was modern casual decor which was relaxing. Service was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Shout out to Jennifer! They do have happy hour but only at the bar. Dad and I hsat in the main dining area. I tried their Apple Spritz cocktail. Very nice drink. Refreshing. We both were not super hungry so we opted for the samplers and a Caesar salad. The salad was very very good. Authentic Caesar dressing. Perfect. Dad had the basil tomato soup which was delicious. I had the steak bites which were served in a dish along with mushrooms and onions jin an amazing sauce. Sauce was so good you could drink it. The steak itself was cooked perfect. Tender with a nice char. They serve it with some grilled bread! Yummy. Dang this food was good. While we didn't try any pastas or main dishes, if what we had was any indication of the type of food to expect from the rest of the menu I can say I will be back and I highly recommend giving Verona a visit.

It was difficult to even hear the server.

Visited Bologna for our anniversary and it did not disappoint!…read more I saw online you could make reservations but you had to put down a $20 deposit, yikes. We took our chances and came on a Saturday night at 5p. Thankfully the place wasn't busy yet. We got a table in the back entrance and it was perfect. Very romantic with the lighting and intimate dining experience. By the time 530p-6p rolled around it was pretty packed. Our waitress was great - attentive and welcoming. Large menu with lots of options both food and drink. The bread and oil were divine. We went with the happy hour menu which was impressive to see on a weekend. The happy hour menu was amazing - a ton of drink and food options. We were able to order two cocktails and 4 food items all for about $60! The limoncello spritz and limoncello martini were both so delicious and balanced. Ordered the tomato and cucumber salad, carciofi fritti artichoke, mussels, and the meatball trio. I am still dreaming of this meal and would eat it again in a heartbeat! Everything was a good portion size even for happy hour and so delicious. Meatballs were tender, the artichoke had an amazing breading on it, the mussels were fresh, and the salad was refreshing. We were so full afterwards and had to decline dessert. Downstairs has the restrooms but there was a single stall restroom on the main dining floor too. In the front is more of a bar type seating, middle houses the kitchen and the back is the more moody dining room. Metered parking lot in the back of the restaurant. The only nice thing I can say about it is that the bread (pizza dough?) was great and so was the staff. I tried to stay positive, but once I tried the Calamari Captain I knew this whole night was likely heading sideways. It did not taste fresh. Then I had the meat ravioli. The sauce tasted like a sickly sweet tomato concentrate (pizza sauce?) - I can't figure this place out. This is one and done.
