My experience with this Jet's Pizza location was ok. I used a delivery service, which may have been a mistake on my part. Another location was closer. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza along with the Antipasto salad. I didn't really taste any ranch. But I tasted a lot of bacon. It was luke warm because the driver had to come further than I anticipated. The salad was great! And it fed me twice. I might give this location another try. But for no, I'll stick with a closer location or another pizza place. read more

What i witnessed Friday evening and was so impressed. Kudo's to the Jett's Pizzaria in Washington, Mi. Last night I got to witness customer service at its best during Covid. A customer somehow got the wrong order and had to come back into the store to return and get his rightful order. While the staff could have easily exchanged and then passed off the order to the real customer, they didnt. Which if they had, the customer who was to get that order was next in line. Instead they tossed the order in the trash and started that order again. Then found out from the next customer it was his order. Which he was relieved and so was everyone else who saw a smooth and healthy safe environment. Great job Jett's. read more

We love the pizza but the service at this location is very undependable. We live close so it's a go to but we have had several totally bad experiences-mixed up orders, cancelled orders that we went to get and were not there, over 1 1/2 hour waits.... You get the idea. Try to avoid during peak times. If they aren't too busy you are safe. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Went into jets and ordered 2 pizzas, they told me it would be 25 minutes. My total came to 38.50 and I gave 100.50 and received 62.00 in change. Went next store to Kroger and came back to get my pizza. By this time 35 minutes went by and they said my order was not ready and there was a problem with it. No apology and they said it would take another 15 minutes. Once my order was finished I realized one of my pizzas has been sitting there the whole time and they wanted to give a pizza that was 50 minutes old. I asked the kid to be truthful and he said yeah but it's not too cold. I asked for a refund and he got the manager. The manager rudely said he could give me credit and I said no I just want my cash back... he then told me I needed to give him his change back?!? My $62 change. I said it's not his change just give me 38.50 what I paid for the pizza and he said not until you give me my change. He truly did not understand basic math! He didn't want me to give him the $62 back so he could give me my $100 back. He thought the $62 was his change. He would not refund me my money and I left the store. read more

The washington twp store was my go to for pizza, wings and salads. Iv'e always had great service, orders would arrive before the scheduled time and the food was hot. The last two times the food was very late and cold. Management offered a credit but that doesn't"t help when people are hungry and the food is cold. In other words better luck next time. The level of incompetence from this business is astounding. My wife called and ordered 2 x large pizzas. A few minutes later I called to order a bottle of ranch. I spoke with someone who sounded high. He hung up on me. I called back and I asked if he could add a bottle of ranch to the order. I explained they forgot my ranch. He put a manager on the line. He asked if I wanted a credit or to have it delivered. I said deliver it. I had to wait about a half hour for them to deliver it before I could eat. The pizzas were inferior to other jets pizza locations. They had less cheese and less sauce. I will not be ordering from this location again. I recommend the Shelby road location. read more

I called in a order at 5pm, and 1 and a half hour later I still did not have a pizza. When I called them again they said my pizza was already delivered, but then 30 minutes later they backtracked on their statement and told me that it will be there in an hour. So now it is 8pm and I still have no pizza. Then I finally asked for a refund. The service was god awful and delivering was horrendous. Very disappointed, ordered a delivery. Waited over an hour before I called to check on it, was told it was out for delivery. Waited another 40 mins, called and was put on hold, waited too long on hold. So I called back...was told that my order was delivered. Yup, looks like the delivery driver was a little hungry, since I didn't get my prepaid pizzas. It wouldn't have been so bad, but had no time to run to the grocery and instead pizza was going to feed the family and guest. I'd like to start by saying the pizza I just ordered was delicious. However, the ordering process was a bit difficult. Nearly ten minutes to order 2 large pizzas. After ordering and having it repeated back to me incorrectly 3+ times, I was assured that the order was correct. (One large round double pepperoni and one large square Eugene supreme). Picked up the pizzas, drove home and found two pizzas with double pepperoni. I called the store and person that took my order blamed it on the crew that made the pizza claiming it was correct on the receipt. I looked at my copy and it read two pepperoni pizzas. So it actually was entered wrong. When I pointed this out he changed his tone and frustratingly said, " Well, what would you like me to do about it sir." Sorry for the rant. Just very displeased in the customer service and incapabilities of this employee. read more

This place is consistently a joke. My wife and u ordered delivery it was running 20 min late so we called. My wife specifically noted that she didnt want her order to be cold upon delivery the manager insisted that it would be fresh. When my wife came back inside with the food I grabed the boxes and even the bottoms of them were cold. We opened them it became very clear that these boxes were sitting in a heating cabinet for ATLEAST 20 min. Cheese was lukewarm and the sauce had turned dark already. I then drove up to the store to show the manager who really didnt seem to value his job or have any semblance of quality control. Got my refund and left. This is probably the 4th or 5th time this same scenario has happened. My family and I will in no way return for ANY products this store has to offer. I love the 8 corner pizza and their Hawaiian tastes great. We recently tried one of their pizza subs and grilled chicken sub and they were not tasty at all, and at $8 a piece they need some training in making subs that cost $8. Anyone remember the Spanky? That was a pizza sub with cheese gooing out of the sides loaded with pepperoni and sauce. The Jets pizza sub was lacking all of those including a way too chewy bun. We ordered delivery, and it was a little over 10 minutes past the delivery window, so we called to see what was going on and was met with a rude answer, which really ticked us off. As far as pizza joints go, this place is good. Every time I go in to pick up my order the place is packed and the staff is always busy. That's a great sign or a good business. The pizzas I order are always done right and hot out of the oven. I did like it before, how the cashier would open the box for you to double check your order. read more

I've tried and tried this place, I love Jets pizza but the wait time when picking up is ridiculous. I could have had delivery in that time and when I took it home it was cold.
