Waited 45 minutes for an order placed online. Get home & given 6 piece wings instead of 10. Called asap & was assured it would be credited to account to receive 10 piece wings next order. Next order I was informed it was not on my account even though I had receipt. Only wanted to credit me for the 4 wings I was shorted. That's not how one is compensated for the restaurants' mistake. Acted like I was being dishonest. I didn't mention the pizza was also undercooked and was given wrong dipping sauce also. Guess I should have checked before leaving, my bad. Canceled order and took my business elsewhere. Will never return. Their pizza is subpar anyway. read more

Marcos pizza is probably the only pizza I'll ever eat! I LOVEEEEEEE IT! And fun fact about me, I don't like pizza but this is the only one I actually like and they never disappoint me! BOOMING WITH FALVOR! The sauce is amazing the pepperoni and salami is mouth watering and the service and timing is always on point! If you haven't tried Marcos you need to! I always like to add extra sauce and add old world pepperoni and salami to my pizza! I always get the pepperoni melt. read more

So this is my third order from Marco's. Again, still amazing pizza/bread. Can't take that away. Where my problem is that tonight we ordered delivery and waited an additional 20 minutes past the 45 minute delivery window PLUS DoorDash delivered the pizza. Not Marco's! DOORDASH. I called and placed the order through Marco's, yet DoorDash delivered my order. Needless to say I won't be doing delivery through Marco's anymore. read more

WOW.... This is a great franchise! I stopped over for the BOGO pizza The inside was a normal pizza place nothing special no seating. Looked clean from what I can tell with a good group of employees that seemed friendly. Did the following All Meat Grilled Chicken Florentine The Florentine pizza was by far the best franchise specialty pizza I've ever had! The flavor and freshness of everything was spot on. The All Meat had BIG chunks of meat and also a very good taste and quality of ingredients. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the quality, my family will definitely be making Marco's a must return. read more

This pizza place is phenomenal! I recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a shot and it did not disappoint. They have awesome deals you can get when you order online and are extremely reasonable with pricing on all their items. I have had their large pepperoni pizza, their cheesebread and their cinnasquares and all were fantastic. The sauce they use on their pizza is different from the chains in a great way. And the only tip I can offer is I do recommend asking for extra sauce because the regular sauce on the pizza is a bit light. Overall they are excellent, friendly staff, fast service and a tasty product- I highly recommend! read more

Pizza tour stop. Trying to find a pizza place nearby that we haven't hit has become rather difficult. I used the app and found this hidden gem. Marco's sits on the corner of a strip mall. At first the employees didn't see ya because they were laughing and having a good time, which I'm good with. Happy staff and happy food. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza, 2 pops for $9.42. The pepperoni is the old school little pools of grease. Hands down the best pepperoni. The sauce was a little heavy but had a good garlic flavor and wasn't spicy. Very little cheese pull. The crust was good, I'm not a fan of crust because it is a waste of pizza. This place added a garlic Parmesan butter to the crust which turned it into a bread stick. As long as that happens I'll eat the crust. read more

Great experience and great staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional while waiting for our order. They also were helping an animal rescue raise funds which is really cool. I love companies that help rescues raise money for great causes. read more

I must say that as much as I've heard and read about Marco's Pizza in the last years, that a couple of months ago was actually my first time ordering food from this place. And I was pleasantly surprised. My co-workers raved about how good the pizza and salads were, so I decided to order a Chicken Caesar Salad the first time. I don't know if the croutons are homemade, or if it's just the seasoning of the croutons, but it stands out, and it's delicious! Also, the Caesar Dressing is very good, almost like a hint of spice to it. But the salad was very good, and I was satisfied. The regular size portion is filling. On another occasion, I've ordered the CheezyBread and Pepperoni Pizza. I liked the CheezyBread, and the pizza was ok, a little greasy and salty tasting, but it wasn't bad. I would be open to ordering pizza again and trying for a 2nd time, perhaps trying different toppings other than pepperoni. My co-workers have raved about the Pizza Bowls, but I'm not sure how I would feel about crustless pizza, so I might pass on that. But again, I would definitely be open to ordering from Marco's again, and trying more food items! Another bonus is that they deliver to my job, so that's more incentive to give Marco's another try! read more

This place is usually spot on but tonight they dropped the ball I placed my order at around 6:18 pm all that was ordered was a family size salad then at around 6:42 pm I received a call saying we ran out of lettuce and it would be approximately 45 minutes to get more or would you like something else or we can credit your account I choose to wait then at 7:49 my salad arrived....I order from here a lot whether I'm at home or at work and the food is always delivered in a timely manner and always great but My point is I think they should still credit my account for the inconvenience even though I said I would wait read more

We ordered from this Marco's for my daughter's birthday party. We had pizza, bread and salad for about 45 people and the team here was absolutely phenomenal! Our driver was on time and very professional. All of the food was delicious and we got many compliments from our guests about the pizza. Overall a great experience and we will continue to order from this outstanding Macro's. read more

BEST salads, wings, and pizza. Friendly and fast service. Still want to try the other things on their menu. But so far they haven't missed!

Really damn good pizza the way we like it, they stretch a large into an X large for a thinner crust and make it well done on request. Great attention to detail and just good reasonable pizza. Surprised at how much we like it and have ordered it lately! Great value. read more

About a week before Christmas I called and asked for a BLT pizza. Apparently not something on the standard menu. They made me one as requested and it was THE BEST I've had. (I usually get jets as they do offer it on their specialty menu) Now this is not a regular pizza. This pizza is made with mayo under the cheese instead of red sauce. Then bacon and cooked. Topped with fresh crisp lettuce and tomatoes. So I called back tonight after telling my friends how good this pizza was. Upon my request I was told they don't have a BLT pizza. I said "oh yes you do and it's delicious" He placed me on a brief hold and my savior came to the phone. LAUREN! She said "I'm pretty sure I made your BLT pizza a couple weeks ago. With the mayo instead of pizza sauce?" Well that was me. She made it again. It was just as good as the last. I can't believe it's not on the menu yet. I told her to make sure Marco puts it on the menu as a specialty and they better call it "Lauren's BLT pizza" Get the deep dish. It'll blow your mind! read more

More value for a pizza that is priced higher than competitors. Pretty good tasting pizza if price is of no concern.

Marco's has the best pizza I've had in Michigan besides Loui's Pizza in Hazel Park. I haven't been able to find a decent pizza place since I moved and Marco's definitely delivers! They're always on time and rarely make mistakes but, when they do they are happy to fix it! read more

You can count on Marcos to provide a consistently good pie every time. Always tastes fresh and flavorful, and just the right amount of sauce, which a lot of places fall short on. The pizza is cut in to different sized slices, which makes it much easier to control portions. I initially though this was unintentional, but after getting that on multiple occasions, I believe this is not only intentional, but genius. I will say that it does take longer than most other pizza shops of the same caliber but for what you get I think it's worth the wait. Definitely recommend. read more

Best pizza in the area. I don't know what happened to Jets and Happys and Hungry Howies, but Marcos is my only go to now. Last time I got Happys the cheese tasted old. It literally crumbled off the pizza. Hungry Howies dough never rises. It's always thin crust even when you don't order thin crust. And Jets was inedible because of the grease and lack of cheese and sauce. Marcos never disappoints. I just wish they had better deals and coupons. read more

Great pizza bowls! Since I have to watch my carbs, this gives me an opportunity to enjoy the pizza flavor without all of the extra calories and sugars. I'm surprised that no other pizza chain has ever thought of creating a pizza bowl before now. I like that we have the option of four toppings in the pizza bowl, as opposed to usually two toppings for a regular pizza. The employees were very helpful, friendly and patient helping helping me to add to my order last minute! The Italian chef salad, which seems hard to come by now and many other pizzerias, was on Marco's menu! It was filled with croutons, salami, ham, cheese and lettuce! Great place! I hope they have a new store closer to home! read more

They have really good pizza. I ordered a medium pizza but I replaced the pepperoni with banana peppers. The pizza was hot and fresh. It had plenty of toppings. The cheese was gooey and flavorful. I actually like the fact the pizza had great tomato sauce. It was flavorful and made the pie not dry or oversaturated. I definitely will be back again. read more

Really enjoyed their pizza, I ordered the White Cheezy and the New Yorker. Both extremely delicious with great crust, and sauce. The White Cheezy is definitely an award winning pizza, it was amazing. Prices I thought were great too, ordered two extra larges came out to $35, mind you I ordered two large thin crust pizza's elsewhere where it was more expensive. I'll definitely become a regular here. Well done. read more

Went for the first time last weekend and while I was impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff I was not impressed with the pizza. One of the best tests is how good is the pizza the next day and this pizza is not good. When I ate it fresh it was fantastic two different pepperoni and great cheese and the crust was good but not the next day and I love cold pizza the next day. Try it hot and it is good but have had better pizza Try green lantern still the best read more
