OMG, what a joke. I placed an online order for curbside pick up and drove over to the location. I put on my hazards and waited for the food to come out. 20 minutes later, according to their tracker, they had not even started to make the food. I thought that I would call and see how much longer it would be. when someone answered, they immediately asked you to hang on and put you on hold. After five minutes on hold, the call disconnects. I thought it was probably a mistake and tried it again. Apparently at this location this is what they do. They answer the call, put you on hold and wait for it to eventually disconnect. now being there over 30 minutes, the tracker shows that they still haven't started my order. Since they wouldn't answer any phone calls, I had to go inside to let them know that I wanted to cancel my order. If I was the owner or GM at this location, I would be completely embarrassed. I would recommend Little Caesars over them in a heartbeat. read more

I ordered (2) loaded tots, one, Three Cheese, the other, Philly Steak and Cheese. I tried calling twice to complain about the lack of steak on my tots and the abundance of onion and bell pepper to cover it up but was dropped both times. Not sure what happened but not a good customer service look. I will try try to call a third and final time to give them a chance to rectify the situation before resolving to never order from them again. read more

Lol. During Domino's now-and-then 50% off pizza deal (when ordering online), this Domino's -- sure enough -- doesn't let you order online. They disable it for the week the deal is going on. Meanwhile, all the other Domino's locations in the area honor the deal. I'm never going back to this location again. Complete joke. read more

Dominos is a great deal with their 2 or more for $5.99 each deal. Not only is this location really prompt and convenient, the employees are also happy and hard working. The best thing about this location is their hours. Hungry for pizza at 11pm? No worries -- they're open until 12am! I recommend a medium pizza with chicken and pineapple. Trust me -- it's heavenly! If you get the breadsticks, keep in mind that it's .60 extra just for sauce (which is in a ridiculously small container!) so buying some pizza sauce, ranch, etc from the grocery store may be a better deal. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes to get your meal done. Order online and you can save your order for the future and even track it as well! I'm not saying Dominos will rock your world but it's a steal and fills you up. Much better than a Hot N Ready from Little Caesars! read more

With all the advertisement for non-contact delivery, my delivery last night was all but. Our delivery guy walked up without gloves or mask, took the box out himself, and even stepped into the doorway where my wife was standing. He had no regard with her safety of the current COVID situation. I will not order from there again. I posted a review to their site of my experience with my service and even stated I have video proof with my RING, but have heard nothing from management. I even went to the corporate site to see if I could let them know, but it states to contact the franchise location. I guess they do not care. I threw the pizza in the trash. If they have this little regard with delivery, how much regard do they have with preparation? read more

Pizza has become a commodity on the East Side. Every knuckle-head with a heartbeat, a credit card and a food license is hanging a shingle claiming to make the best pizza. This Domino's location adds nothing to the mix. This is corporate pizza and terrible tasting at that. The extra large NY style pizza is probably the best pizza offering and it sucks too. It's mealy dough wet with a strange orange grease. The center is mush. The pan pizzas are small and overpriced. The cheese is tasteless rubber. There's no heart and soul in this pizza. It tastes like pre-manufactured food designed by corporate Phd's to maximize profit potential. Business wise this location most likely exists to catch a percentage of pizza sales from the East Side useless eaters club. Move on, NEXT!!! read more

Ordered online and it kept saying it wasn't going through so we tried ordering from a different pizza place and when I checked my credit card it said the order was pending and then checked online and it said the order was being prepared so I tried calling the store and they don't answer the phone it just kept ringing so I just hope they are actually making my order because my grandkids are hungry. Seriously the worst tasting crust on any pizza I have ever had. Went in and they were busy, I understand busy, but being irritated because a customer asks a question about availability of personal size pizzas? It was obvious the customer, a middle-aged woman, had never ordered from this chain and a little patience and some manners from the employees would have gone a long way. That was unnecessary and a sure-fire way to lose customers because although they weren't speaking to me their treatment of that woman spoke volumes. Awesome New baltimore Domino's team. Easy online ordering tool with order tracker. Took 11 mins to get 5 fresh hot 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each. 100 times better than hot n readys. The mushroom pizza was hot and perfect. Kids loved the Brooklyn big slice pizza. Wings are also great, but a little pricey. read more

Please don't go to this location. Their customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I attempted to use a coupon that I received in the mail. An employee who claimed his name was Randy, told me that coupon didn't exist and that I must be lying. So any business that would treat a customer in such disrespect does not rate at all in my book. It was 30 minutes late, delivery guy said they were down a driver, but it would have been appreciated if I was told beforehand that they were short staffed. One quick call and I could have arranged for my husband to pick up on his way home from work and we could have gotten the pizza still hot!!! We've never had domino's to our recollection before, we were not impressed. The buffalo chicken pizza was bland and lukewarm, crust had no flavor to it, sauce was too light to really taste. It was the worst buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had, and I normally love. Per others (as I did not eat pepperoni) it was "ok", also not hot, lukewarm because of the long wait. Was told by email delivery expected by 6:41-6:51, delivered after 7:20. It was anonymously decided in our household that this was our first and last order through Domino's. read more
