They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. What could have been a stressful project was made much more manageable because of their communication and attention to detail What really stood out to us was that they didn't simply focus on finishing the project. They took the time to identify and explain additional work that would be important to ensure our home remained safe, stable, and properly protected. We truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. Another thing that we appreciated was that they provided pictures and videos of the work as it progressed, as well as the finished product, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see the quality of the work every step of the way. We are very happy with the results and grateful for the professionalism, transparency, and care that Peter, Sonny and their Crew provided. Not a good experience overall. The price was competitive but the work was questionable and the…read morecommunication was terrible. They added a bunch of roofing material to my roof hatch cut out making it much harder to fit the hatch on top of the opening. I had to end up cutting back a bunch of the extra roofing material to make it fit and hired a handyman to help me do that. They also left nails and garbage on the roof and in the backyard. They left a broken plastic tube that expels water from the furnace hanging over the side of the house where it was splashing onto us in the gangway. When I asked Nick on a Sunday to have someone come back and take a look at it he said someone would come look on Monday. I didn't hear from anyone until five days later on Saturday morning when Nick said he would come look at it. I told him I had already fixed it. To be clear, I think the tube got ripped in the storm damage, but they could have told me about it or at least not left it hanging over the side of the house if they weren't going to fix it. Communication was really bad too. They came out right before a downpour on a Monday and had to pause work in the middle of that. They were then going to come back the next day, but then told me later they would come back Friday. Nick told me his guy would come Friday morning possibly before 8am. I was surprised to have JR on my porch and calling me at 6:10am. I've never had a contractor show up that early and told him I couldn't disturb the 2nd floor tenants that early. JR said he would be back at 1pm. He came back at 8:55am instead without explanation and expected to be let in. When Nick and company failed to show up to address the plastic tubing situation, he said he felt bad and wanted to make it up to me. I told him he could send me back $100 for my time and effort addressing issues related to the roof job. I spent 2-3 hours of my time addressing roof issues (tubing and roof hatch), going to Menards, and spent money on a handyman. He has yet to reply and that was three days ago. The price was decent, but I very much feel like I got what I paid for and had to pay extra in both my time and money to remediate the project. I would not hire them again.

They provided a fair quotation, took plenty of photographs, and clearly explained the entire process. The team arrived early each morning and completed the work in just two days. Unfortunately, due to some terrible Midwest weather, we had an issue with part of the temporary tarp coming loose, which allowed water to enter our home. Santino responded immediately, came straight over with his team, secured the remaining roof, arranged for an electrician to get our power back on, replaced all the wet drywall, and even paid for a specialist to take care of our couch. When things go wrong, it really makes a difference knowing you have an honest, reliable company behind you that will respond quickly and take responsibility. That is exactly what Santino and the OnPoint team did. I have already recommended OnPoint Roofing to two other people, and we would absolutely use them again if we ever needed roofing work in the future. With a 10-year warranty and, most importantly, no more leaks, we couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommended!

I had the same concerns. Forget them. OnPoint is the real deal. We needed our 20 year old roof replaced. Three stories high, several levels, pretty steep. We had a few finicky extras to deal with - a powered skylight and some upper windows to replace, some cosmetic work on the upper fascia. Other places (and I got estimates from a half dozen others) were unenthusiastic or evasive about them. Not OnPoint. Santino came out and gave us a quick, fair estimate that was significantly lower than every competitor. Then every step of the way he and his guys were great.
