They were swamped with calls due to the weather, but he had a crew out to our house within a couple hours. They cleared the snow and ice from our roof and diagnosed the problem. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns.
