I have stopped at this Fazoli's almost every time I make the trip between TN and WV for the last 12 years and let me say it has only gotten better. I forgot to grab pictures of the food but the staff was very nice, polite and attentive, the restaurant was noticeably clean and the restrooms were also very nice and clean. We barely sat down before our food came out nice and hot, very affordable and delicious. It's half the cost of Olive Garden and easily better when it comes to taste. It does not feel like fast food and I will continue to come to this location. 5/5 Highly Recommend read more

The food is always amazing! When we walked in there was two booths with trash on them. Food was hot and so good! I ordered a cheesecake and spicy backed ziti. I ate some of my ziti, I was getting full. I don't like to put cheesecake in a to go box because that just makes me feel weird, a whole to go box for a small cheesecake? No. As I was eating the cheesecake, the woman that works there came up to me asking "girl what are you doing?" Like I thought she knew me but she did not. Then she says "you didn't even finish your pasta before your cheesecake" for one please mind your own, I'm eating my food. I'm pregnant so if my body says stop eating the ziti or you are gonna be sick, I will do so. She probably didn't mean anything by it. But it really made me upset. Couldn't find a clean table, we wiped away debris ourselves from a booth table. We sat down, got some breadsticks from a gentleman that was passing them out but I've been here 20 minutes already and haven't event gotten my drink! I've seen several people who were after us get served their food before us! Very frustrating. Now I get to hear my six year old complain how she's so hungry and Thirsty! This place is a decent place to partake in pasta and bread sticks. They also have salads and pizza and subs. I have stopped in this specific place a couple of times. On this specific check in....I just ordered a drink and have a work meeting. The staff was friendly. Their inside and parking lot were clean. The staff was friendly and nice. They were even training a cashier and were doing a fantastic job at speed and kindness while being super patient and helpful to their training coworker. I have to say...I am a fan of their bread sticks and the fact that getting a salad here and their bread sticks keep flowing. YUM. I sing the song..."Never ending bread stiiiiicccckkkssss" when eating them. They also have cookies and kids meals. Win win. I should stop in here more often. I will make a point of that. read more

I had to wait forever for my food. I went through the drive thru to place my order. I drove around to the window and no one acknowledged me. Someone finally came to take my credit card and handed me a straw. So I was given a straw without my drink- then the window shut for like another 10 minutes. I mean the service was horrible- you shouldn't have to wait that long for your order. So I went back- don't know why. I ordered my food and they said they only had 1 lasagna. I said just replace it with something else. They replaced both orders with it which I didn't ask for. I found out when I got home that my order was incorrect. Also when I drove to the window 2 female employees were smoking by the drive thru. So while I was waiting I had to breathe all this smoke. The employees should go away from the building (drivethru) when they go on their breaks. It was very unprofessional- especially smelling it while waiting for your food. After I got the food the woman quickly shit the window- which is very tented. I waved and honked and could not for the life of me get their attention. Went for a strawberry salad through drive thru, got home no chicken on salad. Called restaurant and Nikki wanted to argue with me about what was ordered instead of trying to do anything to make it right. Wait in drive thru was ridiculous and she did not bother to repeat our order back to make sure correctly taken. We go to Fazoli's mostly for the bread sticks. We didn't receive any breadsticks until asking for them twice and waiting 13 minutes. AND, they were delivered when our food came out.
