Worst. Rally's. Ever. The manager was super rude, she would not let us add on to our order after we got to the pay window. She was trying to make us pull all the way back around just to get a chicken sandwich and some fries. So, we just waited for our intital order. My chicken sandwich, which was supposed to have no lettuce and tomato, had lettuce on it!!! We were also missing our dipping sauces for our chicken. So, we went back around to tell them about it. We had to PAY for our dipping sauces that we didn't receive. I did not give them back my chicken sandwich, because I thought they might spit in it. Also, they only gave us ONE of the sauces we PAID for. And the manager told the other employee to not give us our sauce even though we paid for it. Unacceptable, never come here EVER read more

The manager at this location is rude. They messed up our order TWICE and then proceeded to be completely rude to my husband. They tried to blame him for it being wrong. They then tried to charge for the cheese they didn't add to the one messed up burger. I highly recommended giving your business elsewhere. read more

More than likely you're not scoping out reviews of this place in order to determine whether or not to eat here, but just in case you are.... here goes. Like any other Rally's that I've been to, this Winchester location has two drive-thru lanes, not like the average double lane that you find at McDonalds. Each lane is on each side of the building. One lane, you would have to be a passenger in order to pay and grab your food. So, I've always thought that this set up is odd... especially since they're never busy and the odd lane is probably never used. I must admit, I love their fries. Every since I was a little girl, it was my go to fast food option for that very reason. I will say that both times that I've been to this location, their fries have been on point. Everything else, not so much. Although the chicken bites box is inexpensively at $3, that doesn't make it acceptable for the chicken to be served at room temperature. I'm not exaggerating either, I took one bite and knew better and threw them out. $3 for an order of fries was my meal for the day. Another time, I got the Rally's Burger and it too was a sad. The bun was stale and the size was no bigger than the plain $1 cheeseburger at McDonalds. Yeah, I know you're thinking it... and next time I will go to McDonalds or maybe the new burger and shake place next door. The convenience factor has swayed me twice, but anymore. read more

No Stars for this place! Went in last night and had the worst experience with both an employee and manager. To start while placing the order I get one meal in and Kirby rushes to the total as if he just can stand to take another order. Once we let him know there was more the attitude poured in! The customer service is horrible while at the window the Kirby G decided that he would throw a fit because I said shit in a sentence he THOUGHT I was talking to him so he said " I aint putting up with that" stormed off told his manager I cussed him out and she stormed the window looked at my minor child who was driving and as if she was coming to fight said "now what did you say to my employee" not hi how can I help, is everything ok , or what seems to be the problem. So I explained to her that I asked him if all fried food would be fresh as we were being parked for a spicy his response was "pretty close to it" I said to my son "always ask that so the the other food is not shit waiting on one sandwich" that was all the whole time he's standing over her shoulder running is mouth talking over me and her, she clearly has no control. As we got our food she then says did you get your drinks we told her what they were and of course they didn't have it which should have been told to us by disrespectful Kirby! We went threw drive threw at Rally's. We spent $16.94 for two big Buford combos. After waiting in long line the meat on both sandwiches was burnt on the outside and pink in the middle. The meat smelled ruined. We wasted $16.94 because neither of us cold eat burgers and the fries was so over cooked they was hard but worst thing everything was cold and our soft drinks was watered down like they had been in the window for hours. It's Rallys. If you want better food and better service, why are you in a fast food drive thru to begin with? For what it is though, it's good. My food has always been hot and made to order. If you want five star service and a five star atmosphere, go somewhere else. But if you want a good hamburger served up by friendly staff, this Rally's location is an overall good choice. read more

So my girl wanted some Rallys so I ran here to get us some food . She wanted a Double Rally Burger with cheese No onion ,Frys and sprite. I wanted a Regular Rally Burger with Cheese . So when I Arrived here there was only one car in line ordering as I pulled up. Unfortunately I waited over 10 mins before I got to make my order , which I understand it could have been the customers fault for the Wait . So I then made my order just as listed above and the woman taking my order then repeated it back incorrectly, so I repeated it the correct way , after doing this 3 Times she finally repeated and confirmed it correctly, So I proceed to the window to pay and I do so promptly and leave . When I get home with the Food my girls food is correct ,but my simple rally burger add cheese is not ,in fact I didn't even get a rally burger , Instead I was givin an all American Cheeseburger. Wtw. ...Not to happy about this ,but I will give a shot another Day. I had a cheeseburger combo meal. The burger was fine, just a tad on the greasy side. But hey, that's the way a hamburger should be. The french fries at Rally's are great. Seasoned and battered. FOR THE NEW RALLY's in MOUNT STERLING: I know this one is new, and maybe for some it's their first fast food job, so I get it. I have also worked in fast food as a teen/early twenties and even then i knew to serve fresh food or I would have unhappy customers. I've been twice since they have put in one in this new location and I'm not thrilled. From the first bite I knew that it had been cooked and sitting there for longer than it should have. Now, I my first time going to the one in Mount Sterling, I went through right before close, so I can give that one a pass. But I just went again this afternoon and it was just disappointing. If you're going to be a fast food place, be the best one. Serve fresh fries and crispy chicken. because trust me as a lover of both, nobody wants to bite into a soggy fry or chicken sandwich. that really makes me not want to give them a third chance. rallys has good flavor especially for a fast food place. Heck, that's the whole reason I even went before is for the seasoned fries, but now that I've gotten food for me and my family and it was ALL cold and soggy, I probably won't be going back. :/ read more

Rally's SUCKS!!!! They used to be a great place to eat a while back, but over the past year they have really went downhill! Me & my family used to eat there a lot, but we quit going along with a lot others I know. Only thing decent now are the fries. On 4 separate trips, we waited over 20 min. @ the window, then handed raw cheeseburgers, while employees are very rude & looked nasty! Tonight we decided to try simple milkshakes, pulled up @ 11:15, all lights off & they rudely say they've tore down machine already & their closed.. Closing time is midnight! Not ever a sorry, a refund, NOTHING! Then had to back out of drive-thru because female employee is too busy talking to someone else @ window! Our last trip! Whoever owns or manages this place needs to hire all new people or I'm sure they'll be shutting down next. Smh. What a joke! read more
