I love Taco Hell, ordinarily, but this one falls very short in many aspects. First off... cleanliness. The floors are always a mess; covered in grease, napkins and other miscellany filth. Also, cricket apparently wanted to dine with us as he had claimed a table (pic provided) for us to join him. Next, employee attitudes.. I know it is tough to find decent workers in the post Rona era, but damn! Try to ACT FRIENDLY, even if you despise being there. I made a mobile order last night and they forgot my lux box, they didn't cut my quesadilla and said it was cut when it wasn't if anything it was folded into a burrito. Then I got home and bit into my grilled cheese burrito and I had the ground beef substituted with steak and there was absolutely no steak on it. Not to mention one of the workers said they threw my food away the first time I had to go back. I had to go back 3 times last night and every time something was messed up. Stopped in this week to check out the renovation. Nothing really new inside. Counted 11 employees at dinner time, including someone sitting in the mgr's office....couldn't see them sitting but saw employees going in to speak with him/her. Ordered 5 tacos to-go. Waited 30 minutes. Counted 30 orders handed out the drive-thru window. 14 people waiting on orders at the counter. Two customers asked twice each how much longer, and were told "about 5 minutes".....each waited another 10-15 minutes. The girl announcing counter orders by name barely spoke loud enough to be heard.....people had to ask twice to repeat. Redefined "fast food".....only fast if you order drive-thru. Mgr never left office to check anything in those 30 minutes. Got tacos home (5 minutes) and they were soggy and inedible, so we had to use a fork. Count me unimpressed and dissatisfied. read more

We've been coming here forever. The food is ok, if you ever get it! They've started just doing two cars at a time, then take 2 more orders , as so on. Wait time for just 3 cars ahead is 45 min. and still waiting Ridiculous! It didn't use to be like this! And not under staffed! Food is always wrong. I have simple orders and it always ends up with stuff that doesn't even belong on that taco or burrito. even when you go back for a remake, they still manage to do it wrong AGAIN. One time, I ordered 3 tacos, they gave me a bag of 7 hard shells, 2 crunch-wraps, and 2 burritos (not my order obviously- this was actually a lady behind me's food). I go in, tell them, so they go to remake my order and the ladies, and give me HER ORDER the second time while shes sitting at the drive through window waiting too. Another time, I got potatoes, cheese and sour cream on a burrito (potato griller) and they come back with a shell filled with just potatoes... not once, but TWO times. They are just unorganized. A buddy came to visit me last night and wanted to make me get something to eat. It was past 10 Pm so most places in Winchester were closed. That being said he saw the lights of Taco Bell glowing as we drove down the bypass looking for sign of life. I pulled into the long line of the drive thru and he said, "NOOOO! GURL! Drive thru will take forever. Lets go in." So against my better judgement, we went inside. I kind of wish we hadn't. All my decent experiences from here were all from drive thru. Not seeing the inside was its saving grace. There were a couple of olds sitting in the corner gumming some bean burritos. There was a table piled up with toys and fruit drinks and trash it seemed where 2 young girls were hanging out. I think their family was working there. I didn't really pay too much attention. The counter to take the order was messy. The kitchen floor and everything behind the counter was FILTHY. FILTHY. There was literally wet stuff and food thrown all over back there. I actually suggested to go to Walmart to buy food so I could cook, but my friend refused. The nice lil guy taking our order was nice and friendly. We placed our order then got our cups to get a drink. The drink area was dirty as well. I was wishing I had my hand sanitizer with me. Then they called our name and gave us our food. We looked around and I thought the entire place which was empty minus the 2 olds was filled. There was paper and peppermints on every table. It wasn't trash, but all the tables were filthy. The nice kid that took our order keep going out to the area with the tables and was attempting to clean the floors. We picked the least dirtiest table and sit down to eat. I wiped my area off first. The only thing that made this trip even semi ok was the cute lil saying on my fire sauce packets. Which I added as a pic. I didn't take a picture of the filth this time. If I get drug back to here, I sure as shit will take tons of pics of the trash and filth. So awful. read more

As far as I am concerned there is no Taco Bell in Winchester, because I will NEVER go here again. The employees are teenagers and that is fine, teenager make mistakes, however management is a complete JOKE! Literally every time I have went through the drive through the order has been wrong after an extraordinary long wait. Not to mention the fact that there is ALWAYS at least two to three employees standing around the drive through window. Pathetic!!!!! read more

My experience here was about standard for Taco Bell. The restaurant was clean inside and the wait for my food order was minimal. My food arrived hot and tasty. I opted to sit inside the dining room and enjoy. The only thing I didn't seem to really care for were the employees horseplaying around in the back, but they didn't seem to be doing anything bad - just acting goofy. Came by here a couple of times the place was nasty inside & smelled gross. The floors were not clean. The quesedilla was smothered in sauce it was inedible. Food is served hot and fresh all of the time. Wonderful customer service. The manager needs to hire someone for dining room and clean up for three shifts. This store you can see right into the back and it is always an awful mess. At both of my last visits there were four people working the lunch rush and this includes the manager. They were doing an amazing job keeping up with a full drive-thru and dining room. Had they had one extra hand to clean the dining room, clean the back, and take orders they would not have been just barely getting through lunch. read more
