Chick-fil-A sounded good, and we knew everyone could find something to eat here so we plugged it into the gps and went on our way. Upon arriving it was like the entire population of Sioux Falls was dining at this Chick-fil-A location. We parked, walked in, and were really lucky to order and find a table as I'm not joking the entire place was packed to the rim. Folks waiting, clogging the exits, on their to-go orders, every table taken, and by the time we got our food, a line that went out the door. We did notice a few tour busses pull up which is likely what caused the chaos, but it was so unexpected, we were a little in shock. So why four out of five stars? The employees here absolutely crushed this rush. I was honestly in disbelief at how quickly we got our food, how it was all correct, and how they were able to churn folks in and out in a timely manner. We also used the restrooms here and for the volume of people coming in and out of this restaurant I found them to be surprisingly clean. Overall, I'd consider stopping here again, but I'd take into account that it's a POPULAR spot to stop for lunch in Sioux Falls.

They give Jimmy Johns a run for their money! My favorites are the Hot Bobbie which tastes like Thanksgiving. Yep. it is roasted turkey with stuffing! I've had coleslaw as a side at many sit-down restaurants and I am typically disappointed so I don't really trust anyone to get it right. But Capriotti's has a great coleslaw recipe. The coleslaw also makes the sandwhich juicy but not overly juicy where it becomes sloppy. Just perfect! The sandwiches are also really good sizes so you can eat half now and half later.

I thought nothing of it. Was simply waiting. A car pulls beside me. Mobile order. Obviously I'm going to get my food before them right? Wrong. They got their food. Well that's weird isn't it? Still, giving them the benefit of the doubt. It's now been over 40 minutes from when the order said it'd be ready. nothing. Everybody can get their mobile order but me. So I pull into stall 2, and press the red button to speak with someone. Takes a while for somebody to respond. Mind you it's 10:20 by this point and I haven't had dinner or lunch so I'm fucking starving and waited nearly an hour for my food. We tell them my name. They say they can't find it. Then ask what's in the order. And then they say oh for *****? Like yes, that's what I said the first time. Then they bring it out like a couple minutes later, It was ready the whole time, nobody brought it out. So my ice cream was half melted, my food is no longer warm. And I am no just going to make my own food at home. Waste of time and money. And last time I went here we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, we were the last car. When it got to our turn to order they pretended we weren't there and were hiding in the back. It was 30 minutes til close. I've given this place two chances and they have failed me twice. Never coming back again.
