Upon arriving it was like the entire population of Sioux Falls was dining at this Chick-fil-A location. We parked, walked in, and were really lucky to order and find a table as I'm not joking the entire place was packed to the rim. Folks waiting, clogging the exits, on their to-go orders, every table taken, and by the time we got our food, a line that went out the door. We did notice a few tour busses pull up which is likely what caused the chaos, but it was so unexpected, we were a little in shock. So why four out of five stars? The employees here absolutely crushed this rush. I was honestly in disbelief at how quickly we got our food, how it was all correct, and how they were able to churn folks in and out in a timely manner. We also used the restrooms here and for the volume of people coming in and out of this restaurant I found them to be surprisingly clean. Overall, I'd consider stopping here again, but I'd take into account that it's a POPULAR spot to stop for lunch in Sioux Falls.
