This is the second time I've eaten here in four months. The first time was on a Sunday and it was fairly busy so I gave some leeway but yesterday it was nearly empty so no excuse. I am a Celiac and once I let the server know he takes all precautions, which is why I gave two stars rather then one. Hands washed, gloves changed as well as utensils. The food is nearly tasteless unlike other Chipotle's in other areas. The restaurant is dirty with broken tables and tables are disgusting. I did ask for a cloth to wipe the table before I sat down. The cashier came around and wiped it off but he didn't wipe the entire surface. This place needs to have an inspection by health and safety. Ugh! read more

i went to Chipotle today, January 29. I always get a chicken burrito bowl. The lettuce was old, the chicken was chewy, sinewy, and all dark meat. I picked off all of the lettuce and chicken. Will this location ever change? I try to give them a chance every 6 months or so and it gets only worse! I only enjoy Chipotle when I go out of town. Ordered two veggie (a burrito and a bowl)... What should be the main ingredient? VEGGIES. I requested for extra Fajita Veggies and voila ZERO Veggies were put on them. It's like ordering a chicken burrito with NO chicken in it. If you are out of veggies, either take down the veggies option OR call the customer and ask if they still wanted it... I would gladly cancel it and go somewhere else. Only 1 out of 9 times, I have ever gotten veggies from this place. And the rice came extremely dry and under-cooked in the veggie bowl and burrito today. I wish I could give it negative stars. I've never experienced a chipotle so disgusting with such terrible service. The women's restroom was gross and not stocked, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in a week, every. Single. Table. Was filthy. To the point where I asked the cashier if he could have someone wipe one down for us after we paid for our food- he didn't make eye contact and mumbled "yea" so I stood there waiting and ended up watching him continue to ring up customers without so much as asking one of the other 10 employees to do something. Ended up I cleaned my own table. A few minutes after sitting down to eat (against my better judgment) I heard another guest ask if someone could please put some silverware out. In addition, both burrito bowels had very little meat. my honey chicken was at least 75% rice. therefore, we did not get all we ordered, and the composition was vastly overpriced. called in and talkef to a Caesar who said I could speak to the manager, but after he realized I was complaining came back on phone and told me forgot that he was a manager. then proceeded to lie that he had no record of a $30+ order that was just picked up ten minutes before at 3PM, when there was no other customer there. Then told me that they did not give refunds, that I had to call a number because he was unable to make any refunds. oddly enough, I had previously gotten a wrong order, and the actual manager of the local restaurant, graciously issue an immediate refund. Nothing but lies from Caesar, solely to keep from getting in trouble. you can make your own conclusions about doing business with a place that cannot complete a correct order and then will lie to keep out of trouble. I ordered online, and the orders were correct on the labels. But when we opened the containers, every order was wrong. I ordered with fajita veggies and two different salsas and got none, my wife ordered veggies and got none, my daughter only ordered cheese and got tomatoes. It's next to impossible to call the store, and when I did get someone, she said she couldn't do anything, and gave me a number to call corporate. read more

The portions are awfully small, probably because the manager doesn't keep it stocked. I say this because they're constantly out of ingredients. (Chicken, guacamole, fajita veggies regularly) Our orders are rarely correct. If im going to spend over 12$ per burrito it should be correct and not the size of a great value microwave burrito. If there was an option to give zero stars for this location I would. This by far is the worst chipotle ever, I've been here twice in the last couple weeks at 8pm. They literally have no options for meat and are out of veggies, lettuce and even sour cream. This location closes at 10pm so it's not like it's at closing but this place is the worst chipotle ever and I really love chipotle. I am someone who is absolutely obsessed with Chipotle, like people make fun of me for it lol. I've been a die heart customer for 13 years and honestly never had a bad experience. I just moved to Sioux Falls and have had the worst experiences at this location. I have gone around 8pm each time and they have been out of multiple ingredients I get in my bowl. This most recent time they were out of steak, veggies, sour cream, and lettuce. II asked if they were going to make more and they said no, when they were open for 2 more hours! I mean don't they just have to open a lettuce bag and pour more sour cream for those two items?!? Not to mention there was a huge line behind me! It's not like all those wouldn't get eaten by close. To say they have the B team working would be a disservice to other B teams. The group working the 11:40 am shift on Wednesday, 31 August 2022 is absolutely horrible. Scrapping the bottom of the rice and steak containers to make a bowl instead of grabbing fresh from the chef behind them. I ordered a bowl on the app and when i got home I felt like I had been robbed. As soon as I lifted the bowl out of the bag it felt super light. They put a tablespoon of rice in there. The steak was on the chewy side and it was ice cold. The portion size was terrible. The chips which I got for free due to my points were super stale. I paid 15 bucks for literally nothing.
