My meal was nice and hot so that's a positive. I'm normally a very patient and nice person, but the lack of customer service, attention to detail, and lack of speed was just too much today. The dining area needed to have tables wiped down and be picked up. Literally a family that came in had to use their sleeve to clean a table off for themselves. After I finished my meal, a relative called and wanted a turtle sundae. I ordered 2 to go. Not only did it take several minutes to get them, the kid brings them to me without lids, napkins, or a bag. I had to say to him, why would I be standing here in front of the counter if I had ordered stay in? These are to go. He walked them back to the prep table and put lids on them. Still didn't get napkins or a bag. To the owners...please hire adults that know what they are doing and are not affraid to keep the children in line. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. It is the first time I am writing a review about it.
