A bit overdone with black char but with all the saucy goodness it wasn't much of an issue. The fry sauce is definitely the very best sauce I've ever tasted. I just wish the dining area wasn't so gross and they definitely need a better ventilation system. We smelled like gross oil when we left and I needed to shower when we got home. If not for the awful smell and uncleanliness, and rundown dining area I'd have given five stars.
