My lady friend and I ordered double cheese burgers with fries. The fries were pretty good. The buns were sogggy, and I scraped them off and into the basket. The basket had puddles on the bottom, verry gross. I can't see myself returning. It was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. So sad. I love the bacon cheese burger. That's all there is too it. The restaurant has always been clean and the service very efficient and helpful when I've been there. If I have to knock something, I guess it would be that I'm not a big fan of those pop machines with flavor selections. read more

Great Service, hard working staff, always great food. Today's experience 7-19-2022 same as always, never disappointed. Food was prepared fast, tasted great. Got a bottle of sprite, that tasted a little flat, most likely due to storage issues before being put in cooler, may have expanded due to summer heat, lost some of its fizz through expanded seals, then when cooled left a flat taste. $15 for a burger small fries and a small fountain drink I expected better. The flavor was so bland it was pitiful, without salt and catsup there would have been no flavor at all. Service was great. Food is always cooked to order and very customizable. Fries were salted just right. Yeah it's a little on the pricey side but for fresh great tasting food cooked to order I don't mind paying a little extra. Not to mention peanuts to munch on while you wait. I love Five Guys' burgers but I can't explain the fascination. This location is like all the rest so I'll be short. The burger I ordered was as good as Five Guys can get so woohoo on that part. I was not so impressed with 5 guys when they first opened shop a few years ago. Over time though they have grown on me and the S. Louise location has always delivered. Today a post work burger, and a Salted Carmel/Peanut Butter Malt. Well all I can say is if you don't try a malt from here you must hate America! Hahaha.
