Prior to visiting this restaurant, I went to restaraunt's website to see what type of vegan options were available and was pleasantly surprised to see a "plant-powered" area on the website. The four vegan food options presented on the website were Beyond Meat plant-based breaded chicken tenders, vegan cheese sticks with homemade vegan friendly garlic sauce, vegan buffalo chicken-less pizza and a vegan pesto margherita pizza. Considering that hubby has a severe nut allergy, I was really pleased to see that their vegan pesto is both nut and dairy free. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by friendly and helpful employees. Our food was quickly prepared and I ordered the vegan pesto margarita pizza on a hand tossed crust with the addition of black olives, mushrooms, and plant based chicken. Along with pizza, we ordered VeganStix (vegan cheese sticks) with marinara dairy-free ranch. We loved the vegan pizza and the vegan cheese sticks were perfect when paired with the marinara and vegan ranch. My bf & I get toppers like once a week sounds excessive but on a lazy night when we don't want to cook it's just been our go-to. We live right downtown so super convenient & just consistently good. Last week my bf went to pick it up & came back just cheesing out bc he said the guy who helped him was the nicest man. I thought like how sweet that he left an impression like that on my bf but didn't think much more of it. Tonight we were having a little picnic art night in the park & decided to order toppers -- I ran to pick it up this time & I came out just smiling bc the guy who helped me was so so nice. I described him to my bf & he said yep that's the same guy as last week. The chicken Buffalo mac and cheese pizza is delicious. The the tot pizza is okay. However, I have to complain that I didn't recieve my sauces I paid 75 cents for... and garlic breadsticks were raw in the middle :( . See pictures below. Ordered a pizza through the website, says it's delivered and it never was. I called the store and the manager basically said "not my problem" because it came through as a DoorDash order somehow. Absolutely disrespectful talking to me, worst customer service I have ever had. Has previously gotten flagged for misplaced order as well. read more

We had came from grocery shopping with my grandmother as we came to bring in her home and make sure she got in with her groceries.(side note her neighborhood is pretty dark and sketchy sometimes) this guy was parked in her driveway trying to deliver food to her neighbors which they had a driveway in the back of their house. As we pulled in he wasn't there in his car and so we had to get out on the street where there's ice and we were making sure she was good to get out and go in the house we waited to make sure she got inside safely like anyone else would. She was barely putting her key in the door while LUKE the toppers pizza delivery guy goes and says get the f**k out the way. We proceeded to say can you wait till she gets inside it's fridged cold out and dark. Then yells he's going to call the cops so we said sure thing tell them that your parked on someone else's driveway. He gets out his car yells at us and gets my License plate. Then I back out and parked on the side so I can make sure he leaves and I could make sure my grandma gets fully inside safely. We talked to the store manager Erick and he was a jerk too stating the neighbors called them about the incident but it was really about how they forgot to give them wings in their order. The neighbors were inside most the time . This incident happened within only 5 mins so I don't see how the neighbors had any insight when they were glad to see him out side in front of their house cussing at us and flipping us off for his mistake. Very unacceptable and I'm glad I've never ordered from them to hear how they treat individuals, especially elderly. read more
