The place smells amazing when you walk in. Customer service is great. A very easy straightforward menu. You can order by the slice or get a whole pie for yourself. This pizza is absolutely delicious and has a unique crust that is not mass produced. Highly recommend. read more

I was born and raised in NYC. I'm in SD for a few months. That said, THIS PIZZA TASTE JUST LIKE HOME. NO JOKE! It is my top 3 pizza spot EVER! It strongly competes with my fav nyc pizza spots. So good. I got an 18" pie, half vodka, half regular. TOOOO GOOD. Random side note, the pizza box was built inside out and made me laugh rlly hard. read more

Very good Brooklyn style pizza, great sauce, prices were fair, place was a little dirty when we went in late in the evening. Nice workers and pizza was out relatively quick. read more

Pizza Shop - Pizza Near Me - Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Took my family for dinner here when they were in town. We each had slices of what they had out for the evening, all of which were delicious. My sister had a calzone and oh my goodness it's made for a giant! The staff were helpful in describing what they had available and were a great help at making sure everything came out at the same time. The pizza shop is well taken care of and clean. It does get a little loud, but for great pizza, it's worth it read more

Pizza Shop - Margherita Pizza with pepperoni slice - Pizza Near Me - Sioux Falls, South Dakota

This is my favorite pizza in town, too bad I live on the other side or I would get it a lot. Maybe that is a good thing for me. A coworker from NYC has told me it was her favorite pizza in town as well, it reminded her to the good local shops back home. You can get a slice just for yourself, or go with the family and order a whole pie. Great food, staff is always friendly. read more

This is my pizza go to restaurant. They make the best thin slice pizza. Today was just a simple large 19" pepperoni pizza which we thoroughly enjoyed. The crust is perfect! No flop, charred slightly, crisp enough to fold and the center piece does not flop. Sauce is very tasty and not thick or acidic. The service was good as usual and the tables were all clean so we could sit down and eat here. Great pizza shop. I recommend it. read more

Great NY-Style Pizza Stop We were passing through Sioux Falls from Iowa and needed a quick lunch--The Pizza Shop delivered. Crisp crust, just the right amount of sauce, and a classic NY-style cut that hit the spot. Found it on Yelp and glad we did!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stop even better. Solid pizza, fast service, no fuss. Definitely will be back! read more

Came here while passing through Sioux Falls because of the great reviews. Service was prompt, but the pizza was mid at best. (We ordered a plain cheese pie, hoping for that NY- style flavor and texture the reviews discussed.) Cesar salad was overdressed with bland dressing, but had ample yummy Parmesan shavings. Garlic knots were greasy and dense. Sadly they were out of cannoli so we had to search elsewhere for dessert. read more

Okay this is by far The BEST pizza I have ever had! The crust is so perfect, toppings are delicious and fresh, staff is friendly. Inside is nice and clean. Don't miss out on this incredible place if you're in the area read more

Wanted to try something new, so I stumbled upon this place. Pretty chill little shop in the plaza. I ordered the margherita pizza with garlic knots and it was really good. Would definately come back and recommend this place for sure read more

I enjoyed my dine-in lunch visit at this new Brooklyn-style pizza place, which sells pizza by the pie (12" or 19") or by the slice with plenty of topping options. My three-topping slice from a 19" pizza ($5) was ready 18 minutes after I ordered at the counter, where the service was merely accommodative. The slice was perfectly baked, with plenty of toppings and a thin crust that was nice and crunchy on the edges. The manager (?) asked if I liked the pizza - nice. Unfortunately, little attention was being paid to the dining area, with empty fork bins and tables that hadn't been wiped down. I noticed background music inside and a small patio outside. Overall, I'm thinking 3.5 stars and rounding up for this area's fresh take on pizza. read more

They have the best pizza in Sioux Falls and the best buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had.

I had the il capo. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. I go to NYC a couple times a year, this is legit NYC pizza.

Best pizza I have ever had!! Staff is also so friendly! It's clean and I'm not kidding 2 slices with fill you up, or even one. I cannot say one bad thing about this place. read more

Don't let the name fool you. The pizza was great! My family and I were traveling through the area and stored in the plaza to pick what to eat. I was the only one that got pizza so I chose a slice of the white pizza. It was really good. After seeing and trying some my kids changed their mind and we ended up getting an entire pizza which is what I should have done the first time! The staff are nice and the owner was working in the kitchen area. The work area was clean which is always a big plus. Many times, the assembly lines have toppings all over them which points to their work quality. read more

Thanks to pizza shop, I am now in a relationship with ricotta. I'M OBSESSED!!! We've gone twice, and each time we've split the pizza (one side flavor x and the other side flavor y) to we can try more than one kind. We've tried Mary Lee (my fav), Plumber Pete (more pesto than I though there would be), and Il Capo. It's such a fun little place, the owner is great, and the price/quality can't be beat. It only takes about 10-15 mins to wait for the pizza to be done. read more

We eat here any time we are looking for pizza in SF. Great crust. The butcher is our fav.

With a several lack of good pizza in Sioux Falls, this place is a God send. Best pizza of my life was in Brooklyn. When I ordered a large Pepperoni and Jalapeño pizza, to my surprise, it was close to the pizza I had in Brooklyn. While maybe I like my pizza slightly more crispy, it was bangin!! By far the best pizza Sioux Falls has to offer. Now for the knit picking.. it's pricey, my pizza with a tip was $30. While not terrible, I rather see it around $22. But it won't keep my from coming back. The place also has a several lack of atmosphere. I'd like to see it cleaner and well decorated and more of a NYC pizzeria feel. That aside, I'll keep coming back for this pizza!! read more

Pizza Shop - a pepperoni pizza in a pizza box - Pizza Near Me - Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Best pizza in South Dakota by far!!! I've never had better pizza. The lunch special is also very affordable too!

Today was the second time that I've been to the Pizza Shop. The first time I went it was shortly after they had just opened, and I absolutely loved it. Interestingly enough, on my first visit--we ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese, but when we got the pizza...it was missing the pepperoni! When we told the employee at the counter (who turned out to be the owner), he immediately took it upon himself to fix the problem. The pizza was awesome! It was huge, cheesy, hot, and had a great flavor to it. It was a 19"and ran about 17 bucks, which compared to other speciality pizza places, is a pretty reasonable price in my opinion. (A Charlie's 17" pizza runs about $27-$33.25) Obviously, you can get cheaper pizzas at a Domino's or Little Caesar's, but you of course don't get the ambiance of either dining in at a place like the Pizza Shop, or the experience of eating a freshly baked New York style pizza. If you have the time--I'd say stop and grab a piece of pizza at this place. Great pizza, friendly service, reasonably priced. Only downside is the very small dine-in area. So consider taking your food to go. read more

Great pizza! Was prepared fresh and quick and was great as leftovers. Got it to go and was ready in 15 minutes.

The pizza was hot, delicious...and huge! The flavors were amazing. The crust was perfect with a bit of charring and a great crunch. The ambience was a hard "meh". The chairs screeched like a banshee every time anyone in the place moved. Several flies were as interested in the pizza as I was. The service was good and quick. read more

I don't do a lot of reviews but had to comment on this gem. I felt like I was back in New York eating this pizza. It's authentic. It's prepared perfectly and the dudes working were legit. Great food and service. Best pizza I've had in the Dakotas and Minnesota. read more

Out of towner traveling for business, this was close to the hotel and they offered a gluten free pizza. GF pizza is definitely hit or miss but this was an absolute HIT. I picked up pizza for my groomer and her coworkers while waiting on my dog. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. 2 people for a large rush on a holiday. I felt for them, the teenager working did amazing. It was getting overwhelming, but he held it together and didn't show any attitude. Kudos for him. It took 10 minutes to get my 3 slices of cheese, bc it got forgotten about. The only thing that upset me was that there should have been more on staff. Hopefully they can get more help soon, so it's not so overwhelming for the workers behind the counter. That being said, my groomer said the pizza was really good. read more

I really love the pizza here. It is great tasting, very large, and you can get it by the slice. The sauce is perfect and the dough gets a great bubbly crust on it. The guys behind the counter are super friendly and helpful! read more

We have been there twice now and my daughter loves the pizza. We also order he big 19 inch so we can bring home the leftovers. Everyone there is always helpful and make sure we have everything we need when we dine in. We really enjoyed the relaxing classical music hat was being played. I do wish they had more Parmesan cheese available for each table. But that's it will definitely go back a 3rd time. read more

We had family in town and went to check out this new pizza place, as we had never been. It was really clean inside with really friendly staff and great music! They offered to answer any questions and gave us a take home menu for ordering in the future. We tried two pizzas--Bill the Butcher and Plumber Pete. Both were good! The meat pizza was LOADED with toppings making it really filling! We did an order of the garlic knots which weren't bad, but weren't as good or memorable as the pizza. Everything was made hot and fresh and the server who brought it over really went above and beyond to help us make room for it by pulling up a small table to the side. We would definitely go back to try more! read more
