Fazoli's is a fast food Italian place. It is 1 of 5 clustered restaurants by Jackson Rd and Express way 83. The other restaurant choices are Chic Fil A, Canes, Freddy's, and Bar B Cuties. Of those 5 choices, Fazoli's would be my 5th choice to go to where 1 would be my priority. That's not to say that the food tastes bad. It just means that surrounded by the other choices, it pales in comparison. The pizza is average, if slightly bland in taste. The breadsticks were too salty for my taste. The real winner here was the ultimate pasta sampler. I was able to taste 4 of their pastas (fettuccini Alfredo, spaghetti with 1 meatball, lasagna, and penne pasta) one one plate. This solves the problem of, "I want to try them all but I don't know what to order." If you come here, this ultimate sampler is the place to start. Unlimited bread is also available with any order when you dine in, but we were given more than enough to start. The tables were clean, the service was great, and the atmosphere is good enough to enjoy with friends. I just wish the food was better tasting to make me keep coming more often. read more

I've been so excited for this place to open as I've never experienced an Italian fast food business. Also, very excited that it brings something totally new and unique to the area as most everything around is a burger joint. Today was my 2nd visit via drive-thru as it just opened 3 days ago & the inside has been really packed. The wait time has been kinda long but, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because it's been so busy & it's so new to everyone that people can't decide what to get. So far, the customer service has been really friendly & I have enjoyed the food. Now listen, I'm not saying it's gourmet or out of this world but, it's definitely a nice break from your typical fast food at half the cost of a regular Italian place. The flavors are good and the servings are generous for the price. The pasta is cooked right, the sauces are pretty good, the bread is soft, pizza kinda reminds me of Little Caesars, the Italian lemon ice drink is good when it's slushy (but once it melts tastes like margarita mix), the side salads have been my only disappointment thus far. I'll be back to try more and hopefully dine-in for the full experience. read more

It costs more than other fast food options but does not deliver the quality of a pasta restaurant where you can can get a better quality meal and service for just a few dollars more. It falls into a weird place in that it isn't particularly cheaper for a family to eat here, but doesn't deliver the experience of a casual dining restaurant which costs just about the same. read more

I really like Fazoli's and have had it when we travel out of town but tonight was a really bad experience. I ordered my food at 6:59pm and I really think my ticket was either skipped or forgotten. Then, 25 minutes later my wife decided to go ask for my food and check what was delaying the order. So until then, I get my order but to my surprise, my ravioli has steaming sauce over it but is dead cold inside. So I'm a bit upset about it and take my food back to the ordering station and all I get is a "not so genuine" sorry and they offered to replace my meal... the only problem is my whole family is done eating their food and are about to leave. So my only option is to get my meal to go knowing it will be cold, AGAIN, by the time I eat it at home. I understand the staff has policies and protocols for situations like this one but i feel that if I was a manager, I would have gone a lot further to make my customer feel like coming back soon. Sorry for being honest as I write this very uncomfortable review but I feel we can do better. Make people feel appreciated as they come by our businesses. One positive remark about the restaurant is their HUGe improvement they've done on their breadsticks! A while back I wrote about some soggy breadsticks we ate at an out of town franchise and the ones I tried last night were totally different and improved...night and day....good job Fazoli's Team. The hospital bland diet has better taste compared . We end up in this fast food restaurant, because we just wanted to try a new place for Friday dinner, and there were several food places around the area but we haven't been to Fazoli, it was the worst choice we made. Bad decisions were made today, choosing this place to eat being one of them. I had never been to this chain, but my husband had been years before and didn't recommend it. I insisted on trying it out anyway and was extremely disappointed. The dishes look and taste like cheap microwaved meals. My husband and I left our food and walked out. Guess who was lazy to cook today! Randomly decided to try this place again and brought my brother along. Was quiet and pleasant and to my surprise the food I ordered was really good. I got the baked ziti and my bro got the primo submarino which he loved. Pizza slice was a lot better than before and service was friendly as usual. Only negative thing I can say is that they need to stay on top of cleaning the empty tables, as any restaurant should really. Had a funny moment where the waitress kept piling on the breadsticks cause she didn't know how many we wanted. Should have told her to keep them coming. I was craving pizza and we couldn't decide where to go. We were headed to Costco and see the sign for Fazoli's so since we have never been there we decided to try it out. While we waited in line they offered us free breadsticks and first bite fell in love. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the ultimate fettuccine Alfredo pasta. Food was ok. I was invited by a family to join them. I had never been here but had heard people had gone and liked it. I arrived and there was no wait at the counter to order. I ordered the baked Ziti which was ok it just needed more taste was too saucy for my taste. My kids had chicken Alfredo by them leaving plenty on their plate seemed they were not to excited about eating it. Their side salads were good however. My friend had an Italian sub which they liked. His wife ordered spaghetti and meatballs which was good she said. Their son ordered a pizza that never arrived. They forget to submit the order. The manager was very attentive and came to resolve the problem. I need to try this place again to give an accurate review. My food arrived quickly, but there was cheese on my salad and on the pasta, and they gave me ranch dressing instead of honey French. Went to this establishment 1:10/18 at 5:30pm. Our food was cold , but our plates were hot. They had no knifes . The cashier didn't explain the menu at all. He was confused. They weren't busy at all. The taste reminds me of the canned Chef Boyardee products; as soon as food is served you are offered breadsticks; as of now I'm done with my meal stepping out and I never got to taste the breadsticks; Next time I'll just buy a couple of cans of the spaghetti and meatballs and eat at home. I am here on vacation and my friend took me here and I must say. The cashier didn't understand what my friend wanted and it got to the point that he just walked away and called his manager to let her handle the problem, which I thought was a bit rude because if you can't calm the customer or try to understand, than you shouldn't be working with customers. When they brought our food the lasagna we ordered was cool, which was disappointed I gave them a 3 rating because the bread rolls were nice and hot and buttered just right and tasted amazing. The food was good and if the restaurant were more fine dining it would rate 5 stars. But it is fast food that tasted good in a cold stark minimal room. Also I did not get what I ordered but they were gracious about it and corrected the mistake promptly. I think I even got an extra delicious breadstick. Restaurant is inviting and cozy although the AC was a bit too cold even for me. Wait time was bad but every table was full so I can't fault them for that - as previously mentioned - they just opened. After a little Christmas shopping wife and I decided to visit this location Monday evening December 7 . First time visit and soon to be one of many . Thanks to the truly professional and extremely attentive customer service we received by the assistant manager in charge named Nicole . Her polite and apologetic approach was appreciated but her attention to making things right was spot on ! In the midst of covid craziness , here you will find a caring and "we make it right attitude " . Great tasting food and breadsticks that are endlessly delicious . but the outstanding personal service and tremendously positive attitude from Nicole and the staff made it a truly pleasant dining experience. Visited this place 20Nov2018 before we went home thinking I was going to have a great dinner with the family at home. Boy was I wrong... first off, the food had no flavor what so ever. Second, it looks like they hired a daycare with a full staff of young adults. We all know that young adults cut corners when there isn't a an older adult around to enforce the rules. Well anyways I get home and start eating my food and I make it 70% through my Chicken Carbonara when all of a sudden I felt a different texture in my throat besides the food. I immediately used my fingers to pull the food out of my mouth while I'm examining it when it falls back into the plate. It didn't take long before I ran into a long(and when I say long I mean at least 8 to 10 inches) hair. After i saw it i immediately ran over to my trashcan and gagged the rest of the food and human hair out of my mouth. I recall seeing 3 women working and NOBODY was wearing any type of hair net. FAZOLI... I don't know what your policy is on food safety or adulteration but you need to implement a standard that would put a stop to this for good.
