Besides the restaurant freezing inside and the store not being very clean, everything else was great. The pizza was very flavorful and I loved that it had that nice crisp crust. I came to Fazoli's a while back to pick up food for my family. This was again another local recommendation that didn't pan out. I was told this place had good italian food, and considering it looked like a cheap chain establishment I was doubtful. Well, I was right to doubt them. Ordering is easy enough. They have an app, which makes it very convenient to order and pick up. Restaurant also has a designated area to pick up food, which again is efficient. The food is the problem. I wasn't in the mood for pasta, so I went with an order of a few slices of pizza and some boneless wings. My mother got the ultimate sampler, which had portions of Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne with Meat Sauce, Spaghetti and Meatball, Lasagna with Meat Sauce. My brother got the chicken carbonara. They said they food was bland, and the pasta was mushy. My pizza was mediocre at best and the wings weren't great either. Good buffalo wings have both heat and flavor. Bad wings massively amp up the heat only, and completely lack the flavor part. The wings were the later type. We also had some baked meatballs to try, which were bad enough we took one bite and discarded. Definitely not worth the $52 we paid and not planning to come back. read more

TWO VERY SATISFIED CONSUMERS. Traveling with hubz, mood is spaghetti stat! Stopped at this chain for takeout. We ordered baked spaghetti, side salad, n 2 strawberry lemonade icys ($27). We share most meals n so glad we did this time...omg the recipes they used are DELICIOUS. Every ingredient was fresh n flavorful. It came with tender garlic breadsticks too. Hubz grubbed on the sauce which included: lg meatballs, sausage slices, onions, mushrooms topped nicely with melted chse. I was pleasantly surprised that they serve thin pasta, a fav. I just want to give a shout out to Fazolis who never seem to dissapoint me. I stop once a week as I come to Lima for appointments and such and Fazolis is my go to place. It is not just for the food it is also because of the service.I am always greeted with smiles and welcomes and thank you's and see you next week. There have been a few times the manager will suprise me with a cookie or brownie. I have gotten to become familiar with her and she always makes time to stop and chat with me even on super busy days no matter what time I stop in. As long as the staff and manager Sally are here to take care of me I will be back every week forever. Lima Fazoli's on Elida Rd is TOP NOTCH!!! BEST SERVICE!! FRIENDLY AND ACCURATE! My husband and I stepped inside for a quick lunch; the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in town for business when my fiancé and I decided to stop at Fazoli's which is directly across the street from our hotel. As soon as we entered a young man was on his way to hold the door open for us, but we beat him. Lol. He greeted us and was extremely nice. He let us know someone would be with us shortly. Then a man named Oscar took our order. Oscar was extremely nice. Overall I was very satisfied with the hospitality. Then when Oscar brought our food to us, the salad was fresh and the food was delicious. It was like dining in an Olive Garden with the customer service we received, and actually probably better. There's always an issue when we go out to eat, I.e. the order isn't right, it's not fresh, customer service is bad, etc. we had no complaints here at all. We enjoyed our meal with a smile. There was 20 of us and we all got served in 10 minutes. It was clearly obvious that all the food was microwaved. In fact, the first person who ordered got their food before even sitting, that's how "Fast" they are. I ordered the spicy penne meal with a salad. The food was very very good. The women who served me was the sole reason I am writing this review. I believe her name was Marie or something similar to that. She truly cared about our experience and was incredibly polite. This was by far the most miserable experience I've had here. Typically the food is fairly good through the drive-thru but service inside has always been a bit lacking. Tonight it was miserable to say the least. We had to wait 25 minutes to get our food and my manicotti was severely overcooked. Then when I asked for a refund the manager took another 10 min to TRY and refund the meal before finally giving me the cash back...I'm pretty sure the manager was most if not all of the issues with my visit tonight. read more

Service at the counter was adequate! It was busy with the Christmas shoppers. When we went to sit down we had to clean the dirty dishes off the table in order to sit down, as did just about every other person eating there. The dirty dishes were stacked up on the trash cans so high that people couldn't throw their trash away. There was one young man working the dining room. He would wait at the front counter for orders to take out and return to the counter empty handed. He passed by the dirty dishes at least 20 times with empty arms and not once picked any up. There was no ice, there was no lids, there was no silverware. As 2 more guys came out to help him bring orders out, they still didn't pick up any dirty dishes. At one time I counted 12 tables with dirty dishes. I understand things get busy and backed up. We expected to wait a little longer but there was no excuse for how trashy it was. It's pretty bad when the customers have to keep asking for stuff to be restocked and for their table to be wiped off. Will not be eating there anytime soon. read more

I was out of town and in an unfamiliar place looking for somewhere to eat with my boyfriend who is a very picky eater. When I saw a Fazoli's (the one in my town that I used to frequent as a child has long since closed), I was so excited! Not only was our food absolutely incredible and made very quickly, but the service was amazing. Every single employee was friendly and nice, and when the credit card machine was not working, instead of making us wait any longer, they gave us the meal on the house even though it was 20 dollars worth. Next time I drive through Lima, I will be sure to give this place business, because I know I will have fast and friendly service, have tasty food that my health nut boyfriend and myself will both enjoy, and I know I will be taken care of. And I truly appreciate what they did for us that cold, dark night and want to thank them somehow! Thanks so much, Fazoli's in Lima! The food was even better than I remembered as a child.
