I don't dine in but I pick up weekly because it's delicious and used to be family favorite but with the last 3 orders the crust is off and sometimes not completely cooked. Honestly tastes like the box pizzas. I'm not sure what happened but I'd appreciate whoever used to cook their pizzas to come back . read more

Olivia was AMAZING! She checked on us regularly and made several, strong recommendations we would not have otherwise ordered. My son and I had a great time playing Keno while enjoying pizza, wings, and countless refills. The "cinnapie" recommended by Olivia was very good. Again, Olivia rocked. read more

Terrible service at the Spencerville Road Fat Jack Christmas Eve. Customers had to wait an hour past the pickup time, and several orders were lost in the kitchen. Extremely poor management. read more

Awful food! Both of my pizzas had tons of sloppy sauce and barely any cheese at all! It looks like they rushed and played in it! I won't be ordering from here again and I will be telling my friends, colleagues, and family not to eat here! Do better fat Jack's West Street! read more

Fat Jack's Pizza - The pizza I ordered from fat Jack's West Street - Pizza Near Me - Lima, Ohio

Went for lunch on west street today, ordered a couple of salads and a 14 inch pizza with pep, mush, and onions. Since we were sitting by the doorway to the kitchen I noticed that when our pizza was done the waitress informed the girl that made the pizza that it only had onions on it, missing the other two items. The girl took the pizza that was already cooked and put pep and mush on top and stuck it back in the oven. The pepperonis were burned and the pizza overcooked. Worst pizza I've had in a long time! read more

FJ's by far the best local spot. Got the 21"ers. FJ's does it right. Super good solid. FJ's for the win

Unsure why they have changed things, but their sauce used to be amazing as well as their crust. The last 2 times we have dined in and bought take n bakes, the sauce is completely different and the crust is sooooo thick it's almost a pan pizza. Looks like after 40 years of my business I'll be going to Rigalis, Pats, Beer Barrel or Daryl and Daryl's. This wasn't just a one time "error" nor was it limited to one location. We experienced this at north west street and Findlay road locations. read more

The best pizza around town! Wonderful service only took like 30 minutes I can't bielev how fast and delicious the pizza was

Usually pretty good! Sometimes it's a little burnt and it's usually really greasy but overall pretty great

I won't go back. I ordered New Year's Eve on Spencerville rd. Told me it would take 2 hours. Didn't know they closed the kitchen at 10. The lady on the phone lied. So my food sat there for 2 hours longer it was disgusting. Manager didn't even give me a break on the cost after what I told him what I was charged. I let it slide. Just went to west st. My order was suppose to have been done at 8:10. I walked out at 8:35. Yes I got my food. Girl kept messing up on the phone taking my order but she did get it right before I hung up. I wanted a bbq chicken meal I got ribs! Really. I'm done. I will never go back read more

Know lots of people there and people that come in. Very family oriented and great pizza. Love the staff

This was my favorite pizza place growing up here in Lima. Moved away over 20 years ago but try to have when I'm back in town. Last year when I was home for the holidays we ordered a pizza got it home and it was burnt. Could believe they would even give the pizza to use like that. Tried to order one this year and they couldn't even get my toppings correct and the pizza was just ok. So disappointing from what this pizza use to be. read more

I've been going to Fat Jack's for almost 40 years and my children were raised there! It was the place to go during the height of Softball and we all went there after games. We knew all of the staff for many years and my granddaughter worked there before she went to college. Want a great pizza go to Fat Jack's!!!! read more

This place used to be pretty good. Maybe it's due to Covid and not having the right staff but you have a 50/50 shot of having a decent pie.

I'd almost give it a 2 but I honestly feel bad giving one that low. Ordered a pizza and garlic bread with cheese for carry out. They said 30 mins. Got there and the pizza was done but they forgot the bread. So my son waited 25 mins on the bread... TWENTY FIVE MINS! When he got home, I open the pizza box and it was burnt AND it was COLD. I had to zap it in the microwave. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I shouldn't have to heat up a pizza that i JUST brought home from FAT JACKS!!! read more

Great place every timi like the pizza and the ham and cheese sub. Thanks for all the great food..

PLEASE restock the frozen pizzas in the carryout. I cannot eat a frozen pizza from the grocery store after having several of the Fat Jack frozen ones. I live 2 hours away. It isn't always possible to dine in. It is nice to have a hot fat jack anytime I want it. read more

I went to Fat Jack's Pizza for a carry out order. First time I ordered. It was a 2 topping pizza... black olives and banana peppers. They told me they were out of banana peppers and would put peperoncini on it. Ok but they did not tell me that they were spicy hot. I have kids at home. We couldn't even eat it. So many of them on the pizza. My son-in-law likes hot but he couldn't take it either. I also ordered chicken wings, they were out of mild sauce and told me all they had was hot. I ask them if they were really hot and was told no. Which they were right about that. But I also tried to order celery with it .. no celery. On there website it had add celery for a certain amount. I do no think I'll ever go back. I'll stay with Padrone's in Pandora. I was just in Lima that day and thought I would give Fat Jack's a try. read more

Fat Jack's Pizza is hard to describe. It's like a robust thin crust: crispy, yet loaded with cheese and toppings. The sauce really is a non-factor, but the pizza gets along just fine without gobs of tomato sauce. I initially wasn't into the place, as it shares a building with a convenience store. When I walked in the door, three employees just stared at me. I stared back. Finally, one said, "Sit anywhere." So I grabbed a seat toward the back, next to a TV showing the NASCAR race. (Yes, I kinda like NASCAR. Shut up.) A server, Kimmy, soon was with me, and she was wonderful. Kimmy patiently waited while my co-diner returned from the restroom, then suggested a special that could accommodate the two of us: a 14" two-topping pizza with a pitcher of beer for $14.99 ($12.99 if you order soda instead). Outstanding! Fat Jack's even allowed us to select our individual two topping for each half of the pizza. I had pepperoni and mushroom; she had banana peppers and sausage. Both were outstanding. With beer finished and race complete, we packed up the remaining four slices. I'm chowing on them now. They're good cold but were better straight from Fat Jack's oven. Another great feature is Fat Jack's hours: open until 1 a.m. six days and week and midnight on Sundays. Coupled with a wide beer selection in a town that goes to bed early, that's a godsend. read more

Fat Jack's is my favorite pizza, hands down. I moved to Texas 20 years ago, and make sure to fit in a few (or more, but who's counting?!) visits to FJ every time I come to town. We actually ate there 4 times in one week this past summer. No lie. It's that good. Can't lose with the pizza, and a modified version of the ham and cheese sub is a favorite of mine as well. Can't wait for my next visit, can't find pizza like this anywhere else!!!! read more

Fat Jack's Pizza - Pepperoni pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Lima, Ohio

Fat Jack's has several locations, and the N. West St. Shop is perfect! Seating is ample, and the acoustics keep the room fairly quiet even with the multiple TVs going. The pizza is always evenly cooked, and very flavorful. The staff is polite, and minds the tables enough to be efficient without missing anything, or being intrusive. Pick your toppings, grab a beer, and enjoy! read more

Great pizza. The décor changes regularly. Its clean and the staff is always friendly. read more

Great place for pizza. Great atmosphere for fun and food with friends and family. We always enjoy the pizza whether carryout or eat in.

This was a a staple growing up. And it's still as good as I remembered it. I love getting smaller pizzas and then getting them extra done so the cheese is a little brown! Hmmm!!! read more

Best pizza in town for sure, tastes so good not too pricey. The 21inch is so huge. The pizza sauce is unique and very flavorful and they dont skimp on toppings read more

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and did the lunch buffet, and it was horrible. The service was great but we couldn't tell what pizza was what and ended up getting some with onions and some with olives which we both dislike, and we ordered Barbecue wings that turned out to be disgusting... we should have stuck with our usual (Taco Bell). read more

Good pizza, terrible service. Servers stood around and talked instead of helping. Pizza was really good, but it is a shame that the servers ruined it. Stood around and talked instead of serving the table. Pizza is a 4/5, servers were a 2/5 tops, more honestly a 1/5. Maybe if you can get it to go and avoid the servers it would be a full 4/5. read more

This was great! Pizza, garlic toast and poppers were yummy. Great pizza and beer special on Tuesday. Definite must return!

Casual dining, the BEST pizza! We drive over an hour for a Fat Jack's Pizza! Be prepared to wait during prime hours...worth it!

I moved away from Ohio years ago and only get Fat Jack's when I am visiting my mother. For the most part, the pizzas of this place fit in within the regional style. It isn't cut into triangles like other regions do. It is a round pizza cut into squares. It isn't really influenced by the Chicago style; so, it isn't a thick deep dish. It is a flat thin Sicilian influenced crust. I have been to other pizza places in the region, and they are all similar in this style. What Fat Jack's seems to have over some of their competitors is that some of them are either over cooked or under. Fat Jack's seems to work on consistent cook, but they also seem to be working on their quality, because the quality of their pizza has improved over what I had here last year. read more

Every time I come home to visit I get 4-5 prebaked Fat Jacks pizzas to freeze and take back to Virginia. No one makes pizzas like Fat Jacks!! read more

Fat Jack's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Lima, Ohio

Fat Jack's was always my favorite Pizza joint growing up in the Lima area. It has some nostalgic feelings for me since I always went here with my family as a child. The pizza is a thin crust, cut in to squares with plenty of melty cheese. It is one of the places you have to try in the Lima area. It always seemed to be pretty busy, and the service was always pretty good. It is not the BEST pizza you will ever have, but it is pretty good for Lima. read more

Went here on a Thursday night. The place was packed. Our waitress did a great job considering how busy she was. They may be a bit under staffed or it could have been an unusually busy Thursday night for them. Pizza was thin crust with a good crunch and chew. Overall good experience. read more

THIS is the place to get pizza in the Lima area. I craved this when moved away. It is a thin crust, very cheesy, and have some good specialty pizzas. I do wish they were a little more generous with the toppings though. STILL this is my pick for the area. Plus the buffet is generally good and they have brought pizzas out for the buffet that I have asked for. The service has always been great as well. They also have gluten free crust that tastes great too. read more

I have to get fat jacks every time I'm home visiting! Best pizza out!! I recommend this location and Findlay Rd. Something is different about the spencerville rd location - pizza isn't as good. If you love thin crust, you will love this pizza! read more

AMAZING!! The best pizza, and this coming from someone who has actual Chicago style pizza in Chicago. I grew up on fat jacks pizza and always go out of my way to get some (well 21 inches) of this pizza goodness every time I am in Ohio! This is a must place pizza place! It is a bar setting but also catered towards the kids with a few games, don't worry parents they have a couple real dart boards and a juke box! If that's not enough they have tons of auto loto options and drinks to make the wife more pretty even after eating too much of the pizza! read more

Awesome pizza. Has to be one of my faves. Definitely don't order here with nutrition in mind haha

Lived in several cities big and small and have to say that Fat Jacks is the best pizza I've ever eaten...the crust isn't too thick or thin, the sauce is perfect and they don't skimp on the cheese...if you don't like it, you don't know good pizza. read more

Fat Jacks Pizza, use to be the very best in the land. It's still good pizza, but not as good as in years past. Lima is lucky when it comes to pizza. We have always had great pizza, and great hot and cold subs, from the time I was a kid in the 50's and 60's. All those places are long gone. Fat Jacks, is the only pizza that is close to that style. Still, every time I have ate their pizza the last 4 or 5 years, it just ain't the same. Good, but not as good as I remember. I would give a 3 and a half star if I could of because I still like their Pizza. Just not as much and I have been eating it since the beginning. read more

I can't find pizza like this anywhere but Lima Ohio. The crust is crispy but not crunchy. The sauce is sweet but not tangy and the cheese is really cheesy. Pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushroom, black olives, and maybe some pepperchini's. My wife is not from lima but raves about this pie to everyone. Can't wait to visit April! read more
