I ordered the Beef and Cheddar Croissant. It was fantastic as always. I got some au jus on the side to dip in along with some cheese sauce. The jus didn't do a whole lot for the sandwich but the cheese sauce was fantastic. My girlfriend ordered the Chicago Dog. She really enjoyed it and the way it was very briny and tangy with all the pickled items. She also loves tomato's so it was a huge hit for her. She added a little ketchup which I did holler at her for the sin, no worries. We got three separate side items to share. We got basic French Fries, Onion Rings and Chicken Tenders. All three are delicious. The fries are standard crinkle cut fries. Hard to mess those up. The chicken tenders are huge, juicy and very crunchy. The onion rings in my opinion are the best of the three sides we ordered. Dipping the onion rings in the au jus was fantastic. I enjoy the comeback sauce as well with all items and of course the cheese sauce goes with everything. Overall Portillo's the second time around was miles better for us. We will return again.

Saving money while still enjoying a good meal is always a win, and I really appreciate how they reward loyal customers in this way. I've dined inside a few times and have never had any issues. They have a family friendly ambiance, and during the holidays they decorate like during Christmas with trees and holiday lighting. There's plenty of seating available, including outdoor seating, which is really nice when the weather is good. Their kids meal is also a solid option. The mild buffalo sauce is yummy, but I've come to really like the spicy Korean Q. It's hotter than regular buffalo, but the flavor hits almost perfectly between sweet, spicy, and tangy. If you're getting a side with your wings, get the fries! They have a sweet and salty seasoning they put on top of them that makes them different from pretty much any other fries I've had. Unfortunately, they don't tend to use very much of the seasoning on top of the fries, so I would recommend asking for extra seasoning on them so you can taste it more. It's such a bummer to get them home and realize that that sweet and salty flavor is faint! As far as COVID, they're doing a great job from what I've observed. You can call in or order online and just dash in to pick up your order. The inside is closed for dining and all the staff wears masks. I felt comfortable going in to pick up my food. If you're going in for pick up, make sure to bring along your ID or credit card you paid with so they can verify before you leave with your food. Overall, Wingstop is a good option for wings. I decided to sign up for rewards (something I always check for before ordering) so I downloaded the app and ordered from there. My friends used the kiosk, it seemed user friendly, but it would have been nice for anyone to speak to us. Ordering on the app wasn't bad, it said my food would be ready in 4-9 minutes. My friends got their food very quickly. Their food was nice and hot. We didn't realize that getting your drink after ordering from the kiosk, you have to get your receipt and use the QR code to scan at the machine to receive your cup, some direction on that would have been nice. As for my food, about 20 minutes passed and I still didn't hear anything. The app doesn't have a tracker, but I made sure I ordered it at the right location and for pick up which it was all correct. I had to go to the counter, got a man's attention that was working, and he asked for my name. He then went to the back and I heard them talking. Several minutes later, a lady came out with my food and drink. I asked if it had been ready and she said yes, so I asked how was I supposed to know and she just shrugged her shoulders not saying anything. I was very upset, but so hungry. I told her how my food would now be cold and she just walked away. I went to the counter to get ketchup and she appeared behind that counter saying I'm sorry.
