First thing I noticed was the machine with all the flavors was gone and replaced with a standard machine with 8 or so choices... truly disappointed. We waited forever to order and I used a rewards for a free quesadilla then we waited 20 minutes or so to get our food. The quesadilla was forgotten and took 20 minutes more to get that. Then, come to find out, they took our order wrong and I got boneless instead of traditional wings. At this point, I just wanted to eat and leave. I will probably not come to this location for a while. Opening the wrapper was a mess as the seasoning was everywhere. The regular steak burger was cooked properly and the additions seemed fresh and flavorful. The fries are bland as they have almost no salt. I'm not a big fan of salt, but this was too little for me. This was an average hamburger experience with some minor things taking it down a notch.

He came back with a knife snd proceeded to cut it into small portions to make it easier for her to eat. They refilled drinks for them, saying we deserved to sit and enjoy our meal with them and they would take care of that. Beyond impressed. Quality was excellent.
