I mean... it's ok. It's an every day home cookout where the people just know how to put stuff on the grill and make sure it's overcooked so nobody gets sick. This is not positive to me. Burgers are overcooked and dry. Hot dogs aren't much better. read more

2nd visit to the Cook Out - Not nearly as good as the 1st time. Food was lukewarm and clearly the fries, onion rings & nuggets are standard, frozen, nothing special. Burger wasn't terrible, but bun and grilled onions were soggy. Even the shake was marginal and slightly runny. Kids at the window were friendly enough, but unless I'm pretty desperate I probably wouldn't return. Man, do I ever miss In-N-Out Burgers! read more

The floors were absolutely disgusting and sticky. Women's bathrooms were also barely concerned clean. There were no condiments or straws available for guests and the coke machine didn't work either and had a huge leak behind it. When asked if that was the standard portion size of cheese curds (4) the employee was very rude tone said it was. I also reminded them that I ordered a shake and is missing from my order. Worst CookOut I've ever been to DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP DRIVING! read more

The food here is delicious and the price is literally unbeatable!!!! The service is also great!! The place looks clean and they even have a hand washing station next to the ordering area. The caramel cheesecake milkshake is literally perfect. It's our new spot ! read more

Cheap prices for cheap products. Freezer quality food you can easily warm up at home. Ordered the hotdog tray because the guy behind the counter said they were all beef, they obviously were not. read more

Milkshake, I'm game! We had some friends passing thru that had kiddos. We needed quick and expensive. Check and check. We walked into a clean store and were promptly greeted. The kids were able to get hamburger customized and a hot dog ketchup only...lol ! One of the others ordered an egg nog shake (barf) and said it was fabulous. I ended up grabbing a banana shake with Reese's Peanut Butter Cup- don't judge me. IT WAS FABULOUS! They are super basic with menu. It's cheap frozen fries, charcoal grilled burgers... the end. It isn't the place to invite a vegetarian to. Oooooopsy!!!! If you want a SUPER INEXPENSIVE quick meal - maybe check it out. I was impressed with milkshakes y'all....i don't need to be. I need to be impressed with water and salad... just sayin read more

I usually just use the drive thru but, they are always nice and helpful and offer sauces, without charging more! The trays are a great deal and the walkin tacos, wraps and quesadillas are my favorite! They are cheap and I spent 8 dollars last time and it filled me up, which is hard cause Im a big guy! lol read more

This is a regular occurrence, just like my driving away from the drive through is regular. If I can place my order quickly and pull up the the drive through quickly, should I have to wait 7-7 minutes? No. The employee stands there and waits for food to come to them. Could they greet the customer and give them an expectation of their wait time? Yes, but they don't. It's fast food. It shouldn't take that long. If it going to take a while, let the customer know. read more

If you're looking to eat dirt cheap and get a decent little burger for the money, this place is for you. I got the double burger tray that comes with an array of choices for two sides and a drink for $4.99. To add cheese and tomato it's a small up charge. I had the onion rings and corn dog for sides. Which I have to say, they as well as the burger were pretty tasty! Now for the reasoning for two stars...this place was filthy. This isn't dirty like after a rush of business, this is long term sticky and just plain nasty. I put my arm on the half wall leading to the register to order and had to peel my skin off of it. It was like it was covered in two sided tape. The area between the drink machines was covered in crumbs and dust of some sort. There was a large floor mat in front of the employee entrance to the kitchen and water was running out of the kitchen, soaking the mat and puddled a good two feet out past the mat into the dining room. Can you say lawsuit? All the tables were covered in crumbs and the table tops were sticky. Made me wonder if this place doubled as an adult theater after closing. Take my advice, sit outside. At least the sun will kill some of the germs. The only way a relatively new restaurant can become this dirty this fast is extremely poor management. I hope the company will address these issues because it's a big bang for your buck! read more

They offer cheap food. We were there over lunch. We received our orders in a normal time frame. We had to make several trips to the register for additional condiments. All mustard, ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce are behind the counter. There was one young kid working the front. He was busy taking orders and had no time for anything else. We waited several minutes to get the items that should have been given to us wit the orders. Food was cold by the time we were able to eat. I really dislike this chain. You have to dig to get your order correct. Who hands out a bbq sandwich with no bbq sauce. Who hands you a burger or corn dog with out asking if we need anything to go with our foods. No ketchup for fries. I'll never do business with this chain. There food is cheap and they don't give a crap about customers needs. read more

Forgot most of my food. Didn't even bother to check. Paid $17 for 3 chicken tenders and a small bag of cheese bites

Very inexpensive place to eat and take a few minutes for them to cook your food but it is fresh. If you go after a dinner rush then be prepared to see stuff stacked everywhere and no one cleaning. Some of the staff is very nice and cheerful while others do not say a word. If the support staff gets better and keeps up with the cooks, I would eat there 24/7 read more

Came through tonight got two burger tray meals. They were both cooked perfectly. My sides were amazing. Got my food in a super fast timely manner. Staff was extremely professional and nice. My food was hot it was made exactly how I asked for it. 10/10. read more

The food was amazing, but the customer service was slow and horrible. The milkshakes were amazing along with the floats. 6/10

Wow, I don't even know where to start. I guess first off the prices are low so I don't feel that I lost too much money, but other than that the food was pretty lacking. I ordered the BBQ sandwich, but there was no BBQ on it, which makes little sense to me. The meat resembled canned cat food with much regret I took one bite and immediately spit it out back into the tin foil surrounding the burger. Not to mention wrapping hot food items in tin foil makes them soggy. My girlfriend ordered a crispy chicken honey mustard wrap and a peach shake. To my surprise they were both terrible. The shake was grainy and felt like they didn't clean the shake mixer before-hand and mixed peanut butter or something in with the peach. The wrap consisted of a soggy chicken tender and a cold flour tortilla. I'm Beyond dissatisfied with this location. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Absolutely Disgusting, YUCK. read more

First time ordering here and the young man working drive thru was so rude when just asking a question about my order. Acting like he couldn't help me and was rode for no reason. He was so bad. Why have someone work drive thru if they can't work with people. When I drove off we realized also they got our food wrong. read more

The chicken quesadilla with Cajun seasoning added to it is pretty good. Not great. Not awful. Just pretty good. The whole experience could have been better but my gf couldn't stop passing gas, probably due to the extra Cajun seasoning they put on our food. Worth a visit though. read more

I can't count how many times I've gone to this location. We love cookout because they are freshly made burgers and everything is always delicious and filling. In the summer it's always a treat to try out their many varieties of shakes! Definitely try out the peach cobbler. It's my go to! read more

Won't make that mistake again, took 15 minutes to get our order and when we got it, it was wrong. While we were there, four other customers returned their orders because they were wrong also. The ladies room needed some attention, no tissue, soap dispenser was leaking all over the counter and paper towels thrown everywhere. We'll go to Steak & Shake or Sonic next time for our burgers and hot dogs. read more

The burgers tasted like the nasty frozen patties you buy at Wal-Mart. The fries weren't the best either. The shakes were ok but my son got sick from his! This food is NOTHING like the food my husband cooks out. Next time I want "cookout" food I'll just make it at home. read more

Ehhh... just okay. This is one of the "get what you pay for" type things. The burgers seem strange to me, you get 2 sides with everything but the portions are small. It's just sort of weird and pretty greasy. It's probably the cheapest thing around and go figure, the kids love it lol. read more

Let's put it this way, I had enough time to download this app, make a account and right this reviews while waiting for my food at the drive-thru. Good food. But they guard the condiments like they are gold. You have to ask for ketchup or mustard and they barely give you any. Is it too much to ask to have bottles at the tables, or a dispenser? read more

I never went to a cookout as bad as this one, it would've been a lot better if the staff actually paid attention to the food at the dining area. The tables weren't wiped properly and we had to clean a table ourselves in order to sit down. I ordered a tray, cheddar style double cheeseburger, onion rings, and beef quesadilla. They gave me four tiny onion rings, they took a half of a burger patty and cut it in half for my quesadilla, my DOUBLE cheeseburger cheddar style was two halves of a regular patty cut in two that didn't even cover half of the burger bun. There was no cheese, only two onions. This was the saddest meal I've ever had dining at a cookout read more

One of the newer restaurants in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. This fast food chain serves fresh and tasty hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches. They also have chicken nuggets, BLTs, etc. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Recently I visited this new location. Friendly staff. The place was very clean and the staff kept busy making sure it stayed that way. Today, I had a couple of their BLTs and some onion rings. The BLTs ($.99) had plenty of bacon with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Their BLT is served on a hamburger bun. If you want it toasted, you have to ask for it when you order. Good meal and it didn't cost very much at all...isn't that the way it is supposed to be? read more

Price of food is not bad, but the custmor service is lacking. We are not from this area so we are unfamiliar with this fast food restaurant. Recently we stoped for lunch. My son ordered a hamburger with ketchup and mustard. The cashier had no issues ringing it up. Next, I ordered the same hamburger, the cashier rudely responded with an eyeroll " what do you want on it?" I replied "ketchup and mustard" she rolled her eyes again and told me all the hamburgers were served plain and if I wanted ketchup and mustard I could put that on myself.....she then told me I could puck from the list of condiments on the menu but insisted ketchup and mustard were not possible. I then requested lettuce and tomato and I asked her where the ketchup and mustard were located, since I did not see them readily available. She replied I would have to wait for my food then I could ask her for packets. When our food was ready my son's hamburger was served with ketchup and mustard just as he ordered and of course mine was not. You can see from the receipt below she clearly had no issue putting ketchup and mustard in with his order but was suddenly unable for mine? read more
