I have been to many other McAlisters where this is not the standard. I went today at dinner at they stated they did not have any potatoes because they were not prepped. When over 1/3 of the menu is potatoes you should have potatoes. The service was good and the workers were kind about the situation. I understand it's not their fault and they did everything right. The place is clean and the food is tasty. I would probably give it 4 stars if I wasn't so frustrated with my experience with the potatoes every time I come.
