First the positive, the bread is great, it seems to be a true sourdough bread that's baked fresh, easily the star of the show and sub overall was very solid. The main reason for the 3 stars instead of 4 was the size. 6 inch was 10.99 by itself. In my oppinion pretty pricey for a sandwich at the end of the day and it's justified if they load you up and it's a big 6 incher but sandwich assembly was pretty underwhelming. For lunch it's ok but most meals it's very skimpy of a feeling. Good sandwich but poor portion size. Really liked this places though for the location.

I have been to many other McAlisters where this is not the standard. I went today at dinner at they stated they did not have any potatoes because they were not prepped. When over 1/3 of the menu is potatoes you should have potatoes. The service was good and the workers were kind about the situation. I understand it's not their fault and they did everything right. The place is clean and the food is tasty. I would probably give it 4 stars if I wasn't so frustrated with my experience with the potatoes every time I come. Management seriously needs to address this issue.
