Very good! Schlotzky's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. We don't have any in Florida so I always try to find one when we're out of state! This restaurant was very clean and they were super friendly! The tomatoes were a little mushy, but maybe I just have high expectations for tomatoes since I live in FL. I went by because I haven't had them since they closed the one in my town, which I use to work at. Anyway, the employees were a little scrambled, but were very nice nonetheless. My sandwich didn't remind me of the quality I remember, it was not great, yet not bad, it was just ok. The girl at the counter just looks at you without saying a word. You have no idea whether to order or what to do. What ever happened to "can I help you ", "may I take your order ", " welcome ", anything!! They act like you are bothering them. Customer service was not acceptable today. Was asked multiple times what we were having to drink and the girl proceeds to say "I SAID" what are you drinking and we repeated ourselves that we wanted a Dr pepper and some hot sauce and she replies you're going to drink the hot sauce? When we get to the window she gave us our order and said your hot sauce is in the bag. I opened my order and there was 1 packet in there. I've been here before and they always give me several. Ordered Schlotzsky's through Uber Eats. Uber Eats service was fine. No complaint there. Ordered a flatbread which was fine and a sandwich. That was fine also. Ordered a loaded baked potato soup. What was received was a container of yellow soup water. There was not a slight resemblance to loaded potato soup. There was one green stem of some kind floating in it. There was not one cubed/diced potato, no bacon, no cheese, nothing! Shame on you, Schlotzsky's for sending this out on an Uber Eats order. If you had run out of this kind of soup, advise Uber Eats that there's a problem with the order. Is your lack of taking the appropriate steps to fulfill an order worth getting a poor review? Management, train your staff to do better. Remember the 7 P's....prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. read more

She doesn't have one near her so needless to say she was excited.Lol It was my first time eating here, We both got the turkey bacon sandwich meal & I will say the bread was amazing, I've never had bread like that. I have to drive 40 minutes to eat here. Usually order using their pretty extensive app and pick it up inside the store. Don't pick up thru the drive thru because usually people ahead of you ordering and waiting and waiting and waiting, slowing down the line for people with app orders. The food is fresh and good! Arriving shortly before closing, we were politely greeted, our orders processed and brought to our table by a polite young man. Our food tasted fresh and were generous servings. The Hearts of Romaine Caesar Salad came with one container of dressing which was small serving considering the size of the salad. The Beef Bacon Smokecheesy was large and full of meat and cheese. I was satisfied! We were bid a cheery farewell as we left. We were curious why it was empty on Friday night. I did not realize they were closing until we saw the hours on the door as we left. Food is absolutely fabulous though a lot of the help are college kids who don't take their jobs seriously, but that's not peculiar to Schlotzsky's. The only negative I found about this location is the obvious black mold in the ceiling! This is management's fault and should be taken care of immediately!! You're making people sick!! read more

We had a great experience here! The staff was kind and attentive. I got the fiesta chicken sandwich and a mini cinnamon roll from the Cinnabon counter. The sandwich was so fresh and the jalapeño bread was great. I always add a side of honey mustard to any deli meal and theirs was yummy. Highly recommend this location. read more

Came here a couple of times when I've been in the area for business. The food is good, but it just takes longer than expected for them to make it. The first time I came by I made the mistake of going to the drive through, which took even longer. Now I know to park and come in to order. Let me first start out by saying that this is not a paid add... Now that that's out of the way... LOL If you are reading this then you have just disvoered one of the 10 jewels of delicious cuisine. This is the first time in almost 30 years that I had been to a Schlotzsky's, and let me tell you once again they did not disappoint. I worked at 80% of the one's in the Chattanooga area. Mainly to fill in but my store was on Brainerd Rd down the walkway from FedEx Kinkos, then moved to the parking lot of Eastgate Mall/ Towncenter right behind the Apple Bee's. There was one down town on Broad St, one on Shallowford Rd where the Zaxby's is now located, then Cleveland, which was the second to last to go in the area and then Anmicola Hwy next to the Burger King that's now Four Square. But when I heard that the one in Dalton was still going strong I tried my best for years to get down the Interstate just to get there, and the fact that there is a Cinnabun under the same roof is beyond amazing. The menu has changed slightly but in a good way. I didn't go in because of Covid so I ordered on line and they brought it out curbside. I ordered a Smoked Turkey Avocado with jalapenos extra mayo on jalapeno cheese bread, a side of broccoli cheese soup and a bag of jalapeno chips. Let's just say I like jalapenos. Service was fast and the woman who brought my food out was friendly. This will definitely not be my last time traveling just for this jewel. read more

I ordered a smoked turkey original by mistake! I wanted the sandwich with turkey, salami, lettuce, tomato, 3 cheeses, black olives, and onions and mustard--no mayo. We called in an order and arrived to pick it up in the drive through. We let the person taking our order know we where picking up a call in order. No problem drive around. There were 2 cars in front of us...everything's fine at this point. We wait 4-5 minutes, it's our turn! We pull up to the window and wait. Guy making a sandwich turns and looks at us, girl that told us to drive around looks at us twice and keeps walking off, another girl comes and fills the ice trough and we are sitting there just patiently waiting. There are 3 bags of sandwiches sitting on the counter. After literally 8 minutes we are ready for our food. The order girl comes back by the window and we wave at her and she just looks and goes on. So we honk the horn and start yelling she finally comes over and ask if she can help us. We ask for our politely and she walks over to the 3 bags of food and ice girl comes over to help. They find our food and bring it over finally, hand it off and turn to walk away and says have a good night. Not a great experience which was a first. read more

This may possibly be the most wasteful fast food place I've ever been. We ordered two sandwiches, one of which was wrong. It got thrown away. My second sandwich had two different hairs in it one was black and was blonde. I did not complain because I did not want another sandwich thrown away. They gave us 39 napkins literally, we counted. They also served everything in a to go container even though we were dining in. All of which got thrown away. Our drink cups were Styrofoam. I love Schlotzsky's and like Chick-fil-A, their app can save you money when you go so I recommend downloading it. You can also get a free sandwich on your birthday. First time I went I asked one of the employees what the best sandwich was and she said everyone there loves the Tuscan so after trying it couldn't help but agree. They have a good reuben sandwich too. The chipotle & fiesta chicken sandwiches are also very great.
