Godfather pizza
Eric M.

Friendly staff and amazing pizza. We went on Monday night, it was quiet and really fast. I would definitely recommend you stop in for a bite.

Kitchen sink pizza and lasagna.

This place had really fallen off for a while. However with the new owners and new management it seems to be on the rise again. Good cold beer the pizza is not greasy and has a great flavor. The lasagna is absolutely amazing, I talked to the server and its house made from scratch. The building is big, open and has good music playing. Honestly I haven't been here in years because it had gotten pretty bad but I decided to try it again and it was really good.

Half kitchen sink and half godfather (at least what's left of it).

Located just off 27, you turn into Fieldstone Parkway, then turn right into the parking lot behind the buildings. They take up the corner building and have plenty of parking, including handicapped parking adjacent to the building. Walking in you will see a large bar for ordering, or you can seat yourself. There is a large seating area inside as well as a wall of video games. The menu is not overtly large but offers several speciality selections as well as the ability to select your own toppings. We decided on a half Kitchen Sink and half Godfather. Once we ordered at the bar we decided to sit on the patio. It's located along the side of the building and includes several umbrella tables. Even though it's near the highway the sound is not excessive at all. Our pizza arrived in about 10 minutes. The toppings are piled high and to the edge. Everything was hot Ann's treated fresh. The crust was crispy but not crunchy. It was between a thin and thick crust and held up well to the toppings. Overall this was a great pizza and certainly a good dining experience. We will definitely be back for more.

We actually came here for Phantom Horse Brewing, not the pizza. The pizza, however looks great. My wife and I enjoyed Green Eyes IPA, Working Girl Blonde, and Canoe Dragger Brown Ale. The beers were great and the staff very friendly to us and our dogs. Cheers!!!

Excellent pizza but do not order the margarita! Put a few pieces of tomatoe on a cheese pizza, (no basil) and charged a fortune for it.

The quality of pizza is not the same and it makes me so sad to say that! It's not the same crust, not the level it used to be.

Giardino - Penne with mushrooms and eggplant

This was our first visit and can guarantee that it will not be the last…read more The food was made fresh per order which made it exceptional and the portions were large. Service was great and the manager/owner spent some time with us and provided the history of the building along with the restaurant I am not necessarily an expert however the brochette was the best I have ever ordered. We highly recommend you get this appetizer

We were really excited to try Giardino's, but unfortunately left feeling pretty underwhelmed…read more Overall, the experience was just average, with a few hits and misses. We started with the bruschetta, which was probably my favorite thing of the night! It came with a generous amount of tomatoes, a burrata mixture, fresh basil, and balsamic. Definitely a great way to start the meal. For entrees, we tried a few different dishes: Chicken Parmesan with Pappardelle and Alfredo: This was easily the most disappointing dish of the night. The chicken was incredibly bland and barely had any flavor. The pappardelle itself was nice, but the Alfredo tasted more like a very garlic-forward cream sauce. I really couldn't taste any cheese in it at all. Lasagna: Probably our favorite entree! Unfortunately, the first portion came out cold. We let our server know, and they were very kind about it and quickly brought us a hot portion. Once we got that sorted out, it was a good lasagna! Penne Toscana: This had a lot more flavor than the chicken Parmesan and came out piping hot, which was appreciated. The sauce was very herb-forward, which I actually enjoyed, but it definitely depends on your preference for herb-heavy sauces. My biggest complaint was that the dish seemed to have more artichokes than anything else. On the positive side, the service was good throughout our visit. Our drinks were consistently refilled, and the staff was friendly and accommodating when we mentioned the cold lasagna. We also really enjoyed sitting on the patio. It's a lovely outdoor space and definitely one of the highlights of the restaurant. One thing worth mentioning is parking! We arrived right at 5 PM when they opened, but by the time we left, the parking lot was completely full, and people were parking in an overflow area. I'd definitely recommend making a reservation or arriving early. Overall, Giardino's wasn't bad, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations. There were a couple of dishes we enjoyed, and the service and patio were great, but the food was too inconsistent for us to walk away impressed.

Alleia turned out to be one of those meals we'll be talking about for a very long time. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Dakota, was exceptional ~ kind, tactful, and genuinely welcoming. After being on the road for about 9 hours, we definitely weren't dressed for a beautiful dinner out, but Dakota immediately made us feel completely comfortable and assured us that we were more than welcome to dine there. That kindness set the tone for the entire evening. Our cocktails, the Spaghetti and Pretty in Pink, were both 10/10! But the food was truly outstanding. The halibut with creamed corn, arugula, and tomato relish was absolutely phenomenal, and the trout with zucchini and squash was prepared to perfection. Every herb, flavor, and ingredient felt thoughtfully chosen and beautifully balanced!! For dessert, we had the tiramisu, uniquely served in a clear little cup where you could see every gorgeous layer of mascarpone, along with the flourless chocolate cake. Both were fantastic and the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. We've been talking about this dinner since last night and are genuinely sad that we live so far away! Everything ~ from the atmosphere and cocktails to the food, desserts, and especially Dakota's wonderful service ~ was outstanding. He made our evening feel extra special! 5 stars without hesitation. We sincerely hope our travels bring us back to Chattanooga soon because Alleia will absolutely be on our list to visit again!

First we got our drinks quickly. Then out came a yummy salad with warm, pillowy yeast rolls swimming in melted butter, garlic and parsley, delicious! The 4 of us ordered differently. I had eggplant parmesian, very good! My wife had chicken francese, fabulous! One of our friends had lasagna which he loved. And his wife had chicked fettuccine and she raved about it. A very pleasant dining experience. We will make this a regular stop.

Showed up about 8:30 PM, had to wait for a table because the place was so incredibly dirty. The whole place looks "worn out"and little remains of its once elegant demeanor. The wait staff was young and more interested in horsing around with each other than taking care of diners. Paid $12 for 4 ounces of a very sour (!) Prosecco with a squirt of blackberry syrup at the bottom, but no straw to get to it. The fried raviolis were just cheese-filled and tasted of old oil. The salad contest consisted of whole leaves of iceberg lettuce, four slices of beets and six garbanzos. (This is for two people.) the salad dressing tasted of nothing but oil. The garlic rolls, for which I had raved to my wife, came out hard cold and stale. I ate a couple anyway thinking that the next batch would be fresh, but was told when I asked for more that they were "out." Since this was formerly a highlight of the Provino's experience this hit hard. My wife's entrée tasted burnt as as the only flavor and she refused to eat it. My eggplant Parmesan was cold inside and gelatinous, although the plate was warm. I suppose this Restaurant has suffered the same fate as Portofinos and the Acropolis; started by a family who is no longer involved and is now run by people who don't particularly care. Anyway there are other options for Italian in this town; heck, I would've done better going to Olive Garden. Won't be back - not ever.
