This quaint little place in Apison is a complete gem! It's not fast food- it's delicious food! As always, they are kind and courteous here, and the place is super clean, Today, I chose the hot meatloaf sandwich and their cornbread salad. It's a slab of meatloaf. It was the best meatloaf sandwich I've ever eaten. The cornbread salad is something I crave. It never disappoints. Tuesday-Saturday 11-8 it's worth the drive from anywhere. Good little spot in apison where theres nothing else to eat. Pizza was good. Bread sticks were good. Cheesy bread looked delicious. We got a Chicago deep dish it was pretty amazing but a disaster to try and eat sauce on top of the cheese it wouldn't stay together fork and knife pizza. Service was good. We recently discovered the Grey Flower Deli. We have ordered their cheesy bread, pizza (we build our own-just pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms), wings, turkey bacon ranch sub, and garden salad. Everything was very good-except the salad. It was made with iceberg lettuce and cheese that came from a pre-shredded package as it had that cornstarch stuff all over it. It's fine, I would eat the salad again, just hold the cheese. I'm not a fan of cheese on salad's anyway. Prices are reasonable and food is overall very good! In addition to that, I also get an order of their handmade bread sticks that are seasoned with Parmesan and butter garlic. For drinks you can have water, homemade tea (sweetened and not sweetened), a variety of soft drinks on tap, and assorted bottled drinks from a cooler. I had to write this. There was no way I could try not to spread the word. I recently moved here from Phoenix. Back home there's a wide variety of good pizza places. Since moving I've been on a quest to find a good spot for pizza to hit when cravings strike. I've tried many of the others recommended on Yelp and have been underwhelmed. Grey Flower is on my home and early this year I noticed a sign that they had -pizza on the weekends - we gave it a shot - and have had at many times since - it's consistently really good pizza . If you told me the best Friday night pizza I'd find in Chattanooga was a roadside rural deli I'd tell you you're crazy .. but it is.. their smoked wings are great too. Their BLT is no slouch either. I'm glad this little gem is in my community, I'm sure I'll enjoy it for years to come. read more

From the outside this place doesn't look like much but it is incredible. The have pizza only on the weekends but I practically count down the days to get some breadsticks. The dough is the best bread and pizza I have ever had. The people who work here are wonderful and the food is ALL delicious! It's only 5 minutes from my house so I would be there every day if I was able to. I'm super thankful Apison has a hole in the wall like this but if you live in Chattanooga or are just passing through, you have to stop by! read more

Got a Reuben in house. It was not much meat compared to others I've had. Got the pizza later by delivery. The dough was chewy and bland and the sauce waaaaay too sweet. Service was fine. No real ambiance. I'm disappointed as I was happy to see this near me. read more
