Went in for only a few minutes and walked out happy. I got the breadsticks which were cooked to perfection. One of the employees, Gabbi made the breadsticks. This specific site is amazing because they are always clean and sharp and the staff is friendly. Fazoli's is always very affordable I'm able to feed a family of four for only $20. they have specials everyday of the week. On Tuesday's children eat free and on Thursday that you can get a sampler plate for only 5.99. when it comes to the food the food is very delicious not very authentic to Italian food but you get exactly what you paid for and is very filling. The kids meals are only $3.99 and brings a large amount of sauce and pasta with a side drink you cannot beat that price. Also is free refills on your drink and they have that very fancy Coca-Cola soda machine that you can make hundreds of combination of drinks so the kids truly enjoy tasting you Coca-Cola products. read more

Not having been to Fazoli's in years, I was looking forward to this stop. Seeing as how they've closed all the locations near my home I decided to try to call this location before attempting to drive there off the expressway. After three phone calls I decided I'm not getting a hold of anyone, because the prompts on the telephone sent me to a fast busy signal, so I just continue to drive to the location. Upon arrival, I see that this is a nice large restaurant location and I'm excited as I walk in. My excitement quickly turned to dismay as I see several employees walking around joking not taking care of any customers and when I approached the counter to order I was not greeted and there was zero lack of enthusiasm for taking care of any oncustomers. After I order my baked ziti, I pay, get my cup, and table number, and head to the dining area. I go to the nearest booths, and notice they all need a wipedown, as previous customers have left their trail. I see a young man lurking in the dining area, but he's moving so slowly, he could be a statue. I decide to wipe down my own table, and make sure it's fit to eat at. Once my food is delivered, Nick, who took my order, says, "I'll bring back some bread". Three minutes later, I'm delivered three breadsticks, to my table. I eat my food, trying to go easy on the bread, in the event I wasn't on the next delivery round. After finishing, I decided, I didn't need any more bread. Good, because none would be offered. I think the flavor was not as I remembered, and that was probably the most disappointing of all, but this place's phone situation was the first strike, the second, was the lack of enthusiasm for doing the job, and the third was the dirty tables. NOT family friendly! Stopped in with my family for late lunch on our road trip back home & there are NO CHANGING TABLES for infants!!!! Unacceptable for any sit down restaurant labeling itself family friendly. In addition the unlimited breadsticks that Fazoli's is famous for didn't arrive until 10 minutes after we sat down. They came out with our food in fact- leaving us to attempt to settle a hangry toddler for those 10 minutes while tables around us received & ate food. The food itself was edible- nothing memorable. This has to be the worst place ever . The chicken I had was processed slime I guess . If you want good food hit up Waffle House first . Not worth the drive nor will we ever return to any location. WORST ORDERING ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Wouldn't even put 1 star if I didn't have to. Placed my online order at 11:26am on Tues. March 25, 2020. Sent someone, who drive 30 minutes to get there by 12pm, to pick up my $50 order and they were told that they did not receive an order under my name. I sent a screenshot of the Online Order Summary for my order and they still said that they could not find my order receipt and they did not receive it. After waiting about 20 minutes for them to make the order, they took it to them to the car and walked away. When they looked at the food, they realized that they were missing half of the order. They then had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for them to make the half that was missing. So 1 and a half hours later, they are now heading home with half cold half hot food. I called the Battlefield Parkway store and spoke to the manager, Richard. I explained to him what happened and that I wanted a refund because that was unacceptable that I sent in my order online and they acted like it was my fault that they did not receive it. He said what was the name of the order under and I gave him my name and he proceeded to say "Oh, that's the order that they kept giving different names because they didn't know who's name the order was under to begin with." I told him "No, they gave my name right the first time, they were just told that there was no orders under my name. They gave their names and my husband's name because they thought I might have made it under one of their names and not mine." I then told him that after they made the food, for my order that was never found, they took it out to their car and the person did not try to apologize or say have a great day. They just handed it over like it was whatever to them, even after the person I sent thanked them for taking the food out to them. I told Richard, that they were missing half of the food, so by the it took to make the half that was missing, the other food was going to be cold and I did not pay for cold food. He said they were more than welcome to return to the store to get their food remade and I explained to him how he would just need to remake the whole order or refund me my money because either way half of the order was going to get cold WAITING for them to make the other half. It was going to be a never ending cycle of remaking food so it would be hot, just for the other food to get cold, AGAIN. He refused to refund me my entire order, and would ONLY remake the food that was cold, if my brother and sister in law returned to the store and handed over the 2 entrees that were cold. I told him how that's ridiculous that he expects them to turn back around and wait ANOTHER 20 minutes to get their food hot because then my other 2 entrees would have gotten cold waiting. He again refused to refund my entire order and only remake 2 entrees if they returned to the store at that moment. I told him that he showed very awful customer service and that I would be writing a review and taking up to someone higher than him. So 2 hours later and they get home only to see that they left out 1 of 2 Double slices of pepperoni pizza that was order for my kids! Extremely rude woman at the front. Asked about the $5 lunch and was told to look at the menu instead of politely exposing the difference. Not welcoming, clean or friendly at all. Do not uphold company policies and instead create their own rules. Don't try to use a coupon, they won't accept it even from the actual Fazoli's email. Stopped here on drive home from Florida. First, they have a sign on the highway for exit 350, but it is over a 3 mile drive to the location. Also, we ordered a half hour ago and still have no food. I have never had an issue with Fazoli's, and i go quite frequently. However, this past visit, i paid for an entree INSIDE, and my boyfriend sat there while I ate, because he doesn't like Italian food, therefore he was not eating. Now if you dine in, you are supposed to get unlimited breadsticks... Im very aware of this because as i said, i eat there a lot. Well this time, an emergency came up, and i was unable to finish my meal inside, so i asked for a to go box, to go water, and some more breadsticks to take with me. The manager rudely refused to provide anymore breadsticks since i was no longer eating there. We were then told that we could have more bread, if we purchased another entree, because "the bread is for the person eating only." however i was the only one to eat the bread. Considering what you would pay at a place like Olive Garden for similar food, Fazoli's is definitely the better deal. The breadsticks are better, and while F has milder flavor choices, you get more bang for your buck compared to comparable restaurants. They also offer unlimited breadsticks for folks that eat in, and we all know that's the main reason some of us eat at places like this. My husband ordered a chicken mozerella fresco sandwich and I ordered a salad .... we waited 25 mins in drive thru and when we got home, he had a meatball sub and I paid $7.50 for a bland salad with no dressing or anything.
