We called Rush Glass in the fall of 2017 for some shelving and provided *exact* measurements. We were quoted $160 for the six shelves we needed. This was a great price, so we decided to use them. We put our project on hold because we had travel plans. We wanted Rush to make an appointment to come by to take exact measurements. In Nov. 2017, we emailed Rush to set up an appointment. We made sure the following info was in the email: 6 shelves, each measuring 28 3/16" x 11 3/8", 3/8" (recommended thickness) with sanded edges - $102 total. Polished edges will be $3 -$4 more per shelf .... $160 for all work, plus delivery. We then emailed Rush three more times, each time including the same info above regarding the measurements and verbal quote. We never received an emailed response although Rush did call back to confirm our appointment. In early 2018, we were supposed to meet with Rush with a one hour window. After about half an hour passed by, we called to see if they were still going to show up. Omar called back and asked if he could reschedule since the snow from a couple of days prior had thrown off the schedule. Um, okay. It would have been nice and professional if we had been told the day before that they had scheduling problems. We then met with Omar who took measurements. He later texted the actual price. Wait for it. ***$550!!*** Wow. When we called Omar, he asked if he sent a written quote. We replied no, it was all verbal, but we had sent numerous emails with the quoted info, a price that *he* quoted. Not once did he ever reply or call and say "Hey, wait a second; this is the wrong price. The cost will be 3.5 times more." Omar also created a convenient loophole and said that the quotes were only good for thirty days, something he never mentioned on the phone. When queried as to why he didn't respond to ANY of the emails, he said that he doesn't look at emails that often. Unacceptable. We have no idea how a business can operate by providing a verbal quote they can't keep, not checking emails and failing to notify a customer of a schedule change. Just an utter waste of time. Omar could not explain what happened, but we have a feeling he felt that we were more than able to pay a higher price and added a "tax" to our quote. Far too many excuses. Stay away. I ask them to repair a screen for me and I had to wait probably 5 weeks . The owner was dealing with health issues and would sometimes respond to my text and other times not regarding when my job would be completed . When I finally picked up the screen, I asked if his company could make two new screens for other windows I had and was told the job would be passed to a man named Jack who was the screen master . This guy was not communicative and would just show up at my house whenever he was in the area to get a measurement . I'm a very busy woman and I need to have some notice if you're coming over . The final straw was he showed up again unannounced saying he was in the area . At the time, I was in the shower and I could hear someone practically breaking down my door by banging very loudly . I thought it might be an emergency and I ran out of the shower and open to my third floor window to see who was banging on my door . That's when I saw Jack and he said he had the screens and I told him that I was indisposed . Undeterred, he said he would wait and I checked my texts and phone log to see if he had actually contacted me to let me know he was coming over and he had not . I asked him if we could come up with a mutually agreeable time to install screens . He seemed irritated and I told him I needed some notice . At this point, he became angry and animated and told me just to forget the whole thing and to never mind , basically meaning I wasn't going to get my screens at all . He yelled up to my window that I was being very unprofessional . I subsequently called him and he was rude on the phone and told me to just listen to what he had to say . So I listened, and when he was done I told him we had to come up with a mutually agreeable time and he didn't like it so he basically hung up . Today he dropped by my old screen and I had my husband go out to his truck to talk to him saying that we were still interested in buying the screens , but he was terse with my husband , barely saying a word other than he didn't have them and driving off. I understand that the customer is not always right and that's not what this review is about. If you are in business you need to know how to communicate and be professional at all times . What I said to him certainly did not warrant his behavior and I was quite taken aback . He also told me that business was good , meaning it was no skin off his back to not sell me the screen said he had already made up for me . Anyway, it's sad because I think they do good work but if you can't communicate then I just don't have time to deal with you . He also indicated to me that he had come out twice to my house from Dundalk . I live in Odenton . He said I was not appreciative of this fact. I really didn't know where this guy lived and to me, it was irrelevant . He would not have had to come out twice had he coordinated a mutually agreeable time to me but he didn't seem to understand that saying that I was ungrateful . So if you want a lot of drama, do business with this company but it really wasn't worth the hassle and I still don't have my new screens as they are refusing to sell them to me . What a waste of time . I would only use this company if they are the only company in Maryland that can make your screen. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle .

If you read nothing else, know that there is NO ONE better than TradeMark and Vasilios!! They are incredible and we can't be any happier!! Vasilios came to our house three times to ensure that what we envisioned would become our reality and it did! He spent well-over two hours on two separate occasions with us in his showroom which had every possible combination of quartz, cabinetry, backsplash and flooring. He then helped us re-design our family room. He had samples of everything and showed us what everything would look like together. He also used 3D modeling to show us how it would look. We recently purchased a house, and the granite countertops needed some work in our kitchen. We…read morecontacted a few places to get repair quotes for a few chips, cracks, a wide/warped seam, and we also wanted to get the counter re-sealed. Chris, the owner, was very responsive and friendly. His quote was slightly lower but quite similar to the other companies who responded, and we decided to go with him based on the price, his responsiveness, and the reviews on here (particularly the previous review with the seam repair, as the "before" seam looked exactly like ours!). Scheduling was straightforward and we were able to get our ideal day/time the following week. Two guys arrived on time and they got to work right away to fix all of the issues. They were here for quite awhile, and worked really hard to get everything looking great. The seam is now closed up and is MUCH less obvious. The two stone pieces were also uneven, with one jutting out past the other, and they completely fixed it- you would never know! The cracks and chips are all sealed and barely visible, and we haven't had any issues with the counters since their visit. Chris sent us a link before our visit so that we could pay by credit card at the end of the visit (otherwise we could have paid by cash or check). Overall, two thumbs up and we will definitely be calling them in the future if we have any issues with our counters!
