This is a solid Fatburger location. They took our order fast and we had our food within 5 minutes of ordering. There's plenty of seating inside should you want to dine in, and the place was clean when we were there. The burger was tasty and the fries were perfect and fresh. I might be going nuts, but I did feel like the burger was a little smaller than the mar vista location I've been to before. The manager or so called manager Sophia is the worst customer service person working there. The rest of the crew is very nice and acknowledges the regular customers. I've always heard of fat burger, but never got a chance to try one because they don't have it in my area so when we were out west in LA I said I got a try fat burger. And it was really good. We came here on our way home and we were not disappointed. My daughter had the Western BBQ Burger and Skinny Fries. I had the Large Kingburger and Onion Rings. The BBQ burger was tasty, even though they slathered it in BBQ sauce. Fries were nicely done and freshly crisp. The Large Kingburger was just that, large and fit for a King such as myself :) It was juicy with the double Pattie's and dripping just the right amount of fat and juices. Onion rings were crisp and nicely done. They were not soggy like you see sometimes where there is too much batter and the whole onion comes out when you bite into them. Giving a two because the worker that was there was amazing and more than helpful in this situation. A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I bought two burgers and fries on a random night, and while on our way home he decided to eat his burger in the car, long story short he bit into a staple. We did not want to make a big deal but it completely threw us off our food and we both didn't finish eating ( I feel like this is justified). When we went back we spoke very quietly about our issue to not alarm other customers, and quietly requested a refund.
