I had a terrible experience here. I waited over 30 minutes only to find out my food hadn't even been started. While one employee was making and taking orders, others stood around doing nothing. When I asked about my order, I was told they had to "remake" it, but they hadn't made it in the first place. There was no apology, no explanation, and absolutely no sense of urgency. Management, if you're reading this, take action. Your staff should represent the level of service you would want as a customer. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I didn't even want the food anymore. No refund was offered, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. My time is valuable, and a simple apology could have gone a long way. Instead, I left frustrated and angry. I will not be coming back. read more

Food was very very good pricey but good I do however feel bad for the employees poor things only two of them and yet somehow they were able to keep up with everything myself and my family had quite a large order over $100 (I like to spoil my kids) and somehow they still managed to get it out to us in only 8 minutes I believe their names were Hunter and Eclipse they were so kind and friendly and their skills with our burgers fries and onion rings were amazing it was all fresh and hot just how we like it I cannot wait to come back again with my family hopefully by then they'll have more than just 2 people I have a feeling regardless they won't disappoint thanks Eclipse and Hunter! read more

David tried to bribe me with a free drink to get a 5 star review so I said sure. Then after seeing on my phone I posted a good review he refused to give me my wife's drink because the review was only pending like I have control over how fast it loads so now my wife is just standing here thirsty so I told him just forget it ill buy it instead. Him and the kid working with him were being so casual and slow with the food you would never think it was fast food. The food luckily tasted really good still but the review thing left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Dont offer something then retract it leaving your customer with no drink.
