This is my first time eating here. For people who wants to eat in this place, and cant find it?, its in the casino food court. I would have given this 5 stars but there are tiny flaws that are easily fixable but I feel like they wont change unless they read peoples reviews or maybe undercover boss went to this franchise. Service was a little slow and when you see the workers making your food, there is no sense of rush . They took longer than expected for a fast food restaurant. My burger was cooked perfectly. I ordered a fat burger with some of the condiments out and added an egg because an egg makes a burger oh so delish. I would just wish that the middle wasnt cooked as much so there would be the delicious yolk running on your first bite. Husband ordered the chicken sandwich as well. There was nothing special about it and doesn't compare to chic-fil-a. We also ordered the fat fries and skinny fries. The fat fries wasnt my favorite. It was cold in the middle and not crispy on the outside. I feel that it needed a little more time in the frier. The skinny fries tho was amazing. Cooked to perfection. We also got onion rings and they are as big as your hand. They were cooked perfectly and i personally feel that it was seasoned perfectly. A pretty average chain burger place in my mind. Yeah, it's definitely better and fresher than McDonald's or Jack in the Box, but that's really where it ends. I did like the option to choose your burger size and customize it. I think more than anything the quality was just lacking for me. Even with all my favorite fixin's it just fell short. Their fat fries are awful. Completely undercooked and mushy. For the amount of time we waited for the food, I was really expecting better. Albeit, the food wasn't bad by any means, but just barely above what I would call 'average' fast food burger. read more

When I saw Fatburger, a place with which I am familiar, I elected to brave the casino atmosphere to try it. First, the burgers are at least 2 stars better than burger row stuff. However, the only ambience is the ringing of slot machines and the prices are a bit much: $15 for 2 burgers, 2 cokes and one fries. That said, one fries was enough for two, and the 5 oz burger was plenty. If you're in the casino and want a burger, you can stay here! read more

Not that good for Fatburger. Are here once while visiting the slots and won't be eating here again. It was not good which I don't really understand how you can make a bad burger. Now while visiting the casino I eat at Serrano Cafe. The food is better. Except I did order a bacon burger once and I think all the grease made me sick. But my stomach may be sensitive to too much grease because I tend more toward vegetarian meals. read more

I took the xxx fatburger challenge here and after I finished the burger.. they said "that's impressive and ignored the fact I took and ate the whole burger.. wtf?? The workers here don't give crap about their service... when I asked the girl if they honored the xxx challenge she said yes with an attitude and paid no mine to me and my girl. This is my go to place at Morongo Casino. I like to get the large cheeseburger cooked medium and they nail it every time. The fat fries are the bomb and be sure to get plenty of the hot yellow peppers when you pick up the crazy huge burger. The staff is always friendly and responsive and they remember you which is always welcoming. This is by far the best food in Morongo. I hate to say it but the buffet is horrible. The Morongo buffet could learn a thing or two from San Manuel. read more

What a wonderful surprise to find Fat Burger here. I drive about 20mins to get the Plant Based Impossible Burger. The staff there hustles and the food does not disappoint. I can only speak on behalf of the fries & the Impossible Burger. You guys rock! Keep it up!!! read more

Open 24 hours. Better than the hotel buffet. Good place to stop by between driving from Los Angeles to Palm Springs because you'll have to wait another 40 minutes before you find anymore food. I'd probably avoid the items that don't get ordered too often, like the turkey burger. read more

Literally JUST finished my burger and had to immediately leave a review. This was my first experience with Fatburger and all I was looking for was a quick, simple, affordable bite to eat. I wasn't feeling the Morongo room service, and since I'm alone I didn't want to head to a restaurant (also didn't want to spend 4x as much). The burger was amazing! It tasted to me like a quality restaurant burger, probably because that's exactly what it is. There is a bit of a wait while your order is cooked, but it is well worth it. The service was excellent, as Brendan acknowledged me right away and let me know he would be right with me to take my order. He was very pleasant even though I could tell I came at an extremely busy time. All in all, if this is what Fatburger is all about then I will definitely be checking them out again back home. read more

the worst experience ever!!!! i visit this fat burger in morongo casino everytime im there. but yesterday, i totally pissed off about the attitude that the cook/ owner( according to him) had. i asked if i can have my shake thick, and the guy that took my order said yes. this rude cook /owner came up to the counter and said " it's like a car and oil, it come out how it comes out. then he said "use common q 18 the hell he thought he was talking to me like that. i said, " who is the manager?" i replied, " i am." i said who is the owner?" he replied again, "i am" i told the other guy "give me money back". i told him i don't know who the hell he think he is talking to." he shouted from the back, "yeah give her the money". rude, nasty, disrespectful, bad attitutde business owner ( need business equirtte gbbvgvlp i don't want to leave any stars......corporate will be notified.....smh read more

Fatburger kept showing up on my search but I just couldn't locate it. Then I realized it was inside the casino. They are located in the smallish food court area so it can get a little congested. I found the employees to be friendly and informative as to the ordering process. We both had cheeseburgers and fries which we both found to be tasty. The sizes appear on the menu smaller that what came out, I could have downsized a step and been completely fine. While you head out throw a couple bucks in the slots and you might come out a winner. read more

This is definitely NOT one of the best FatBurger locations visited on a Saturday night really busy (as you would expect) and a long wait for the order (the fries were cold when I got the order) however they had ONE lady cooking and bagging the orders (1 lady was taking orders on the register) I can't recall her name (white female wore glasses and had tattoos) but the bad review isn't directed to her at all, she was great in fact and made the most out of a bad situation..I felt bad for her having to do it all..I can't understand why you would have ONE person cooking on a Saturday night!? read more

The other day There was this very very very loud employee, but I mean that in a good way he could yell across the casino with his voice he helped me know when the food was ready as soon as he called my number, he also was the one who helped me out and made my night, he was kind patient and very helpful he explained the entire menu to me and had a wonderful attitude i forgot to catch his name. And the cook was wonderful the burger was outstanding I believe her name was Tillia the burger was juicy and made exactly as I asked the gentlemen at the front she was very kind very polite and I was taken aback because she was a manager and was asking the other employees very nicely, the entire team did well the only upset was the fries were a little flimsy, but after I asked they happily cooked a new batch with a more crispy fry with no malice they were such a wonderful team there was another nice gentlemen who made a nice shake It was a tad thick but after a little melting It was perfect.
