Let me start off by saying, my first clue not to order from here was, everything was ala'carte! 30.22 for a cheeseburger chilicheese fries, forced to order a large drink,no in between! I should have turned around and gone to another one of the Eateries here at the food court,here at the Monrongo! The meat tasted old and over cooked! The fries were hard and the so called chili tasted like a generic made with oats and grease! I don't think I've had such a horrible burger meal! Ar this point I would have much rather had a McDonald's or Jack In the Box burger over that crap! My go to will always be In and Out! After one bite I should have returned the whole disgusting tray! Never again in life will I eat Fat Burger again regardless where the location is. Fatburger do better, what makes you think,you can charge those crazy prices and serve low quality product! read more

I was feeling snackish and decided to try Fatburger for the first time! I settled with their fat french fries. I thought they were pretty solid fries! It was slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fries complemented well with the ketchup. I ate it right when they came out piping hot, and they weren't that crispy. Hadn't been here a many months, and this place has not improved a bit during all that time. Food just so-so and grossly overpriced compared with the expensive Wahlburgers walking distance away. In fact, they have once again jacked up their add-ons like cheese, bacon, chili, egg etc. to $2,25 EACH vs. 99 cents at Wahlburgers. All of those things cost the owner only about 20 cents each...so he should be charging perhaps 60 cents to 75 cents each....Stop raping your customers, or few will continue to visit you. Today when I was there, I waited and waited and waited for anyone to come to the register area. I could see the young Black girl in the back yacking with another worker and she just refused any type of customer service. When she finally did come to the front, I asked her WHY there was no one to help me and she just said "I don't know"......Time to replace her as she has the personality of a slug and the speed of a snail.....Man, this place must be desperate for workers if this is the best they can do. read more

When hubby told me this Fatburger location inside the Morongo Casino offers the vegan impossible burger as well as dairy-free cheese, I knew I had to come experience it for myself. Upon arriving at the casino food court, I approached the Fatburger counter and was warmly greeted by an employee named Emiline. She quickly took my food order of an impossible burger with dairy-free cheese, sweet potato fries, and a lemonade. The lemonade was the perfect blend of sweet and tart, the sweet potato fries were crispy yet tender inside and the burger was delicious. Although they charge 0.99 for the dairy-free cheese, I appreciate that they provide this burger add on for those wanting to have cheese without eating dairy. Now that I know that this Fatburger location opens at 9:30am daily, I plan to stop by often to get my vegan burger fix. read more

My husband, son and I decided to try Fatburger after trying the Wahlburgers in the same casino. I gotta say the Fatburger hamburgers did not taste good. They were at best JUST AVERAGE. Not much flavor in the meat and the texture of the buns felt like they were left out and was starting to get stale. Now their onion rings did taste pretty good and they were huge which my son really liked. My husband and I shared an order of Fat Fries which I gotta say I enjoyed very much & their portion was huge. Now the cost made it so NOT worth it. Way over priced but it seems it's safe to assume it's because it's in the Casino. We ordered 3 burgers, one order of onion rings and one order of fat fries and we paid $50. Now the 2 girls behind the counter were very nice & respectful and lastly I gotta say I absolutely hated the over powering smell of cigarettes. read more

They were out of every drink except coffee, lemonade, and Hi-C. Burger was pretty damn good for my first time, lightly toasted bun and a soft juicy patty. Some simple good condiment and veggies. $4.99 for the Medium 1/3lb and I would get it again. Maybe go bigger even. Skinny fries were good too. I'm not a fan of thick cut fries the way they did it. O stars. Ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions, no spread. Got a hamburger with a ton of mayo and 1 very anemic looking thin tomato. They called our name. My husband went up and got it. His hamburger work just cheese was fine. I took my order back up and nicely explained to the girl, who didn't take our order what I had ordered. The guy who took the order came up and told me that I had ordered it like that and that he verified the order with my husband. After I ordered I went to find a table. Apparently, my husband didn't pay attention to how I ordered it and didn't correct him. I was made to feel that it was entirely my fault. The 2 of them just stood there looking at each other. They reluctantly said the would make a new one. I said forget it. Just give me my $9.00 back. He said he couldn't because his "atm" (what ever that is is) isn't in and he's not authorized to give a refund. I HATE mayo and could possibly eat it. I gave it back to them and walked away. I haven't eaten at a Fatburger in YEARS. I landed here yesterday because I needed a quick bite to eat. The burger was made fresh right before my eyes- loved that aspect. I didn't order anything fancy.. just 1/3 lb burger with pepper jack cheese and extra grilled onion. The burger was good EXCEPT the bun was STALE! Omg! Why ruin a good burger with a jacked up bun?? If I wasn't so buzzed I would have taken it back or at least brought it to someone's attention. If the bun was fresh, that would have been a really good burger but because it wasn't, I can only give 3 stars! Note to management: please throw out buns that are no longer fresh.. At $7 for a burger, one should expect at least that much. Don't hurt your reputation over something that is so easily fixable! read more

This fatburger is in the food court area of Morongo Casino. If you are trying to look for it from the freeway you won't find it you have to literally go inside. If you are going inside to eat their restaurants inside are all family friendly. The cashier had a very nice attitude. I actually tried ordering the Swiss mushroom Burger but they unfortunately didn't have any mushrooms. The cashier nicely apologized for them not having them. I went ahead and ordered the "Large" burger combo with fat fries & a drink. My mother ordered the burger slider which I think is their "Small" burger and onion rings. The small burger is small but has a huge patty inside. The onions rings were freshly made and were really good not even greasy at all. They also do have. Skinny fries but those look like shoestring fries. The fat fries are nice & thick and super good. I also like that their food is looking done at the time of ordering so all of your order comes out piping hot. They also give you ranch with your order in case you'd like some. All in all I really liked this location. There is one thing though I do however think that their staff that are at the grill should wear hair nets. I also forgot to mention for those who would like to use your casino food comps they don't take them at any place in their food court. Just a heads up. I have been to this Fatburger a few times but I went Tuesday, May 24, 2022 and was disappointed. First, they are wayyyy overpriced for their burgers! DANG! Second, they were out of Veggie Burger, third: there were not many orders placed with them prior to ours (one order before us) but they were soooo slowwww to get our order out. The turkey burger I ordered was not very good: the bun was not soft, as if it was sitting out for a while and the burger was not very warm.. the person I was there with ordered a burger but it was not very warm (but the fries - sweet potato and regular - were good...but, 1.25(?) for ranch dressing??? DANG). When I went before, the food was made quicker and was warm when we got it. Maybe those two who were running the place yesterday were new. I hope they learn the art of fast food, soon. Overpaying for food in a CASINO is disheartening. Fortunately, Fatburger's prices are on par with the regular Fatburgers on the street. The food is also similar. They dont "dumb it down" or make any changes. The fatburger you get on the street is the same one you'll get at this location. The medium burger (the smallest one) was $4.99. The burger was juicy and satisfying. Hits the right spot in a CASINO atmosphere. Like all other Fatburgers, they cook ur burger TO ORDER, so you have to wait a bit for ur food. read more
