I ate here for lunch with my coworkers on a Friday; we arrived shortly after they opened and got seated immediately. Our server was really attentive. We all split the Three Cheese Corn Dip & Giant Pretzel, both were tasty and were eaten very quickly. I also love when a dip (or any food) is served in a cast iron skillet. I got the OG smashburger and it was scrumptious. the sauce and onions really elevated it. Also the fries?! We are on a quest to check out some spots that serve wings, so we decided to start at Fat Heads! I know they are mainly known for their beer and their huge sandwiches, but here we are! We arrived on a Friday evening around 6:30 PM. There was a musician playing live music, but they also had bowl games playing on tv too. We have been coming here for better than 25 years. Our group was last here about a year ago, and we find that quality and variety has dropped sharply. The menu gets shorter and shorter. Wow! Went to Fat Heads tonight and has it changed! They got rid of the fried mushrooms and the fried pickles and shrunk their menu down to 2 pages. Talk about a fall from grace. They have absolutely gutted the menu, down to 2 pages. None of the classics made the cut - no cheese curds, no frickles, no arrogant onion rings.
