Being told I can't have anything but scrambled eggs because "that what they're just doing now" when the menu has multiple items offering fried eggs is ridiculous. Additionally, your menu states you serve breakfast from 4:30 - 10am but you're not open until 8? Or is it 7? More fault statements. Consistency would be nice. Staff was great given the position they're put in by management.

This a new bar I'm trying out . So I started with a cocktail, a Long Island, iced tea and a glass of wine . Service was good. The gifts off a regular burger type vibe .

I should have checked the reviews before visiting this spot in the airport, but I was tempted by the fact it was next to my gate when heading back home. I didn't sit at the bar, since it was full, but received decent service. Both the bartender and one of the waitresses assisted me during my visit. I was initially undecided on ordering the burger or wings, so I asked the bartender but she was no help and said she didn't eat meat. I ordered the double bacon burger with several of their "free" toppings. They should correct their menu and call the fresh jalapeños "grilled", since they showed up on my burger as grilled ones. How did it taste? Well, I had Arby's for lunch, so it was slightly better than that, I should say. The burger patties were perfectly circular and tasted dry and boring, so its pretty obvious they were machine formed, pre-frozen patties, yuck! Luckily I didn't order fries or anything else, food wise. I did try a local wheat beer on tap, which wasn't bad. The food presentation is terrible. First of all, food comes out in a paper bag, even though it was obvious I was dining there. Taking the burger from the bag and opening the wrapper, the burger is sloppy and flat and presentation was terrible. Overall, I was not satisfied and I'd say skip this spot, if you see it.

Food was pretty good here in the Tulsa Airport. Not a lot of options but this place was good for food. Beer was tasty but pricey like airports are. Service was fast and food came out quick. The place was clean and kept nice.

Flight delayed, ongoing cancellations, and thank goodness for Fat Guys Burger Bar bringing us back to optimism! First of all, you're at the airport, your menu options are limited, but this place hits pretty well and completely meets your expectations. This is simple, juicy burger with whatever toppings you want, definitely make it your way! It's juicy, tasty and customizable. The French fries are good, perfect for sharing, and everything is made fresh! Something to note is the very sweet waitress, I'm so sad I didn't catch her name but she was so attentive, refilling our drinks, offering more and reminding us that she'll clean up, we don't have too. Things always taste better when hospitality is high. Grateful for the quick fill from Fatguys Burger Bar!

Positives: Great and friendly service from Jennifer! They were open at 630pm on a Wednesday (spoiler: Chili's closes at this time!). Lots of customization options for your burger. Cons: Food comes out in a paper bag, only the paper wrapping the greasy and messy burger...fine for takeaway, not so much for eat in. Fries were limp and lukewarm. The Peanut Butter Bacon Thai Style burger is not worth it (burger, PB, bacon, jalapeños, sriracha, grilled pineapple) - just go with a cheeseburger. The beef doesn't have much beefy flavor- very disappointing. If there were other options in the Tulsa airport for dinner (Chili's was closed and Andale Tex Max was out of meat), I'd definitely choose somewhere different next time.

Tulsa, OK. Food selections at Tulsa Airport are rather slim, perhaps three or four choices. Fat Guys is located out on on one of the concourses, of course not the one our gate was at. It seemed to be the most interesting choice. The burgers are double or triple patty and are rather good. For airport food it is excellent, as long as you're in the mood for a burger that is. The price range is surprising because it seems to be standard pricing, not airport gouging. You sit at a table and a server takes your order. Then she brings it out in a to go bag, kind of odd but what the hell. My burger had cheddar, bacon, and roasted jalapeños. The jalapeños were the real deal, plenty of fire but not overwhelming. It was delicious. The bun was a little soft but held up ok. The addition of pickles was a good touch.

Going on a trip! Trying fat guys before we depart!

Fries and brews hit the spot before a long flight. I bit pricey, but it's airport pricing.

Oklahoma seems to have a certain pride when it comes to burger joints that keep it simple. Tulsa…read morehas many chains, local restaurants and pop-ups that are familiar and filling. Encroaching on a seemingly crowded market can be tough but somehow Howdy feels like an already-established diner. While many newer burger places attempt to overwhelm the consumer, Howdy Burger's approach seems to be keeping things simple and delivering what the people want while staying true to the "burger joint" identity. I've had Howdy Burger 2 or 3 times through the years. My first visit was likely in/at Mother Road Market but a more recent visit was on October 29th (2025). In the midst of an economic stall (the federal government was shut down for 4 weeks at that point), eating out seemed like a luxury. I visited around 2pm for lunch. The weather was chilly and the staff was readily available. I was greeted and I browsed the menu for about 2mins before ordering. I ended up getting a single burger & rodeo fries. Afterwards, me & the lady cashier had a brief conversation about the state of the world as business was slower than usual. The restaurant isn't huge but it was well maintained. I sat near the West windows and the food came out shortly after. The highlight of the food was easily the burger itself. It was a decent size, the bread was soft, and the patty was just thick enough. Each bite was equally satisfying as they didn't hold back on the toppings. I will say that the fries are pretty standard, even with the extra toppings. I don't think the Rodeo Fries are worth wild but it didn't hurt to try. Lastly, I LOVE the variety of sauces they offer and the staff are happy to add them directly onto the sandwich or place them on the side. I've since returned to have the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good, if not better, than most famed chicken sandwich spots. I wasn't familiar with Howdy for a while and, as mentioned, there are many other places to get a cheeseburger, sandwich and/or fries. But what I like about Howdy is that they don't try too hard, they know what sells and they offer great service. Considering the price, consistency in their products and good people behind the counter, Howdy Burger is good enough to replace your favorite burger chain and/or fast food spot.

The menu is straight forward, straight out of the 60's style, and the place was poppin' at 2:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the Hank's special with cheese and pickles and onions as my only produce. I also ordered tots. I found out later that I could've got them "loaded", which entails tots being smothered in chili and cheese. Next time for sure. My wife had the single with fries. The fries came out piping hot and for simple fries, they were crisp and tasty. My wife's only complaint is the lettuce was wilty, and that is she doesn't like the onions grilled into the burger. That's not a knock on Hank's, just her preference. Me, I love grilled onions on and in my burger. The burger bun was soft and melded with the burger and cheese into a burger nirvana. I look forward to trying their chili cheese tots next time and their milkshakes looked very tasty. We'll be back for sure.
