They're located at ward, cute seating area outside. Ordered their lobster roll and lobster cheeseburger. I've never had a lobster roll before so I didn't really have anything to compare it to, but it tasted great and was very filling. The lobster cheeseburger was my favorite and it was amazeballs..:i mean who wouldn't love lobster in their cheeseburger? The fried were fried perfectly and well salted. The worker suggested their flight sauces when i ordered, you get to pick 3, they were all good but my favorite was the fat cheeks sauce, goes great with the fries. I was walking around the ohana marketplace and I recognized the name from a lot of my friends Instagram posts. I think they are most known for their lobster roll so of course that is what I had to try. I got the butter lobster roll and chips which came out to $15. The chips was just the Maui onion bag chips but the lobster roll was a decent size. Although it doesn't look big, it is filled with a lot of lobster. Man oh man this place is in a mall with store front seating outside. I mean you can take the food to go but sit take a beat and enjoy the goodness. First time here. I ordered the lobster cheeseburger since it Aloha Friday and felt like treating myself. What a way to start the weekend. This lobster cheeseburger is off the hook delicious. Loved the combination of lobster in a deluxe cheeseburger; patty was tasty and tender-moist and the fries was cooked perfectly...love the crunchiness on the outside of the fries. The cashier lady was nice to recommended truffle-mayo for my sauce and it was right on point with the fries...squeezed the slice of lemon that came with my food in the truffle-mayo and it was a perfect marriage/added a slight tanginess. Tried this place out after hitting the beach and of course it was busy on a Saturday afternoon. First off, great customer service. Hubby got the Lobster Roll and I got the Cubano, side of fries. Can't speak on the Lobster Roll as far as taste but I did like seeing the huge chunks of lobster in it and I liked that there's three options you can get it. As far as the Cubano - PACKED WITH FLAVOR! I love a good Cubano but I have not had one like this. It comes in a 6-inchish loaf that's wrapped in foil then put in the grill. Follow into that street and then make a left into the free Ward Village. We walked through the village to find that their were additional tables on the inside of the mall so you don't have to sit outside if you don't want to. The staff was so friendly and even brought our order to the table. it was a little wait because it is cooked fresh and every bite reflected that. The were so welcoming and even gave us additional recommendations to additional food locations and events nearby. They checked on us to ask if we needed anything else when they are a fast food location where you would normal go up to them to pick up your order and ask for any additional needs. We arrived at the cashier around 12 or so on Aug 15. The youngish dark-haired girl was pleasant and had a friendly, no problems, demeanor. She repeated the order back to us. She twice repeated my request of "NO GARLIC AIOLI." There was some confusion about what was to go and what was not, but we figured it'll be okay we will use the packaging from the to go that was not supposed to be for the ones that was. We were not given any indication that there would be a longish wait for the food. We ordered two large Lobster Rolls, a Lobster BLT, and a shrimp burger, a mango drink, and a bottle of water. We sat at an outdoor table to wait for our lunch. They filled a large number of orders to go, and a couple that ate in. It took a long time to get our order, I would say approximately 40 minutes. When our name was called, ALL items were plated to eat in. Okay, plan B again, but for the price of a meal for 4, especially one that seems to do a huge to go business, I expected to get two items to go, and two for eat in, even if the items were confused as to which was which. The large lobster roll had a significant serving of warm lobster. The lobster was fresh and firm, not overcooked, and it had no frozen gumminess to the texture. The taste was sweet. Not to my taste was that the butter was garlic butter. The description states, "Our jumbo sized lobster roll has 6oz of buttery lobster in a toasted roll." Nothing said garlic, or I would not have ordered it. The garlic butter needed the lemon they gave to allow some of the lobster taste to come through the heavily garlic'd butter. But even then, it the garlic was too much. I paid $36 for a lobster roll, not for scampi roll. The bread for the sandwich tasted like it was from a large bag of French rolls from Sam's Club or Costco. I found the amount of bread too heavy for the amount of lobster, despite the fact that there was a LOT of lobster (they say 6 oz and it seems accurate.) The roll had been toasted on the outside, but it was cold. It was drenched in garlic butter on the inside. It was overpowering. It was not what I expected from the description. The roll was dry, as if it had been at the end of the sale date at Costco, and then sat a few days more in the restaurant. I thought the poor quality and overwhelming amount of dry, heavy roll was a huge NO NO for the sandwich at $36. It would have been much better if the roll was fresh, warm, and a different kind of bread. The bread could have easily held up to a French dip, but was a poor choice for a lobster roll. My son thought the Lobster BLT was really great. He noted the roll was soft and puffy, and not hard and dry. It also was a burger roll rather than a sub roll, and had the appropriate texture for the kind of sandwich it held. We took home a large LR and the shrimp burger, which was dinner for husband and I. My shrimp burger had the garlic aioli, despite asking for none, and the cashier repeating it twice back to us. I guess the kitchen does not read the tickets. Due to allergies, I could not eat the sandwich with the aioli on it. My husband works in the HI seafood industry and said "The lobster was good, but your shrimp burger (which he ate all of) was better." He ate only half the LR. Would I go back? Yea, but as a second/third/fourth choice ONLY if someone else was craving it, and we were close by. We do not live near this restaurant and we went out of our way to go there for this meal. When we pay 113 dollars for four sandwiches, NO cocktails, and NO sides or desserts, you need to do more than a mall FC restaurant does. It's rather sad, because most of this could have been avoided had the kitchen actually read the order ticket AND used fresh rolls for the lobster. read more
