Just got my pictures framed and I am BLOWN away by the quality!!!! The Manager there was the nicest guy ever!!! He gave me an estimate once I showed him the pictures and it seriously looks GREAT. They had it done in less than 2 days (more like 1!) I'm sure it's not always this fast, but he did 5 frames and gave me a discount too!!! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!!! I have read both negative & positive reviews about this company. Here's my experience. I found Jonathan to be very abrupt & acted both on drop off & pick up like I was bothering him. He only gave me a couple of options & when I didn't go for it, he seemed put off. I did make my own choices & then he took it from there. 2 weeks later (which I don't consider to be FAST) my art was ready for pick up. And I AM VERY PLEASED. Painting looks great. Best of all I saved over a $100 over what I was quoted at Aaron Bros. (& that was with a coupon no less) I will go back again. 1 must know that this guy is not going to hold your hand. You need to know what you want & most likely find it yourself. (At Aaron Bros they spent a half hour with me, but their price was a no go.) So do you want customer service? Or a good price for the same quality? That's the choice. read more

WARNING!!!! Worst decision I've made in a long time! BEWARE... it seems this company has a few DBAs it hides under. You can always tell who it is by the location. Please, do you research. The man who owned it, and claims he has been doing frames for decades, has taken me for my money, after NOT giving me what I asked for. And, they are ANYTHING but fast. I was told my art would take a week, and be done Wednesday... and on the day of, I was told they were mounting it and to call back the next day. Nothing fast about that. When I arrived, my art was not framed at all as I had asked. I respectfully asked for my money and art back, he scoffed, and became rude. I ended up with my art back, not mounted the way I asked for, and was told to leave with it. That there was nothing he would do, or that I could do. He even laughed and said "sue me." Like I am going to court over a few hundred dollars. What a waist of time, and a real terrible job, on what could have been, and would have been had he cared to do as he was asked, an amazing piece. Now I am embarrassed to hang it. I am leaving an honest review, and reporting him to the BBB. Do yourself a favor and go to a commercial place that you can hold accountable for doing a good job. read more

If you think that putting a NOOSE on your company logo is acceptable and you do not work for the department of corrections you are not very grounded in reality and very much out of touch with society. I was referred to this place and was told it was cheaper than most other places. Well, you get what you are paying for. The owner and his son are very rude. They failed to deliver on time. It took another week and 3 more visits to get my stuff done and I had to put up with the owner's rudeness and complete lake of professional -or even human- behavior. Will I ever go there again? These guys are solid. A father and son duo, seen it all, been around a long time, sure, a little 'to the point' and no frills, but they did a good job at a reasonable price. When we discovered that a little piece of fluff had gotten under the glass when we got it home, we brought it back and they fixed it quickly, and drove us home afterwards so we wouldn't have to uber/be more inconvenienced. Go ANYWHERE to get your framing done but this Fast Frame. The rudeness of the owner is like nothing I have ever experienced in a retail location. When I went to the store initially at its posted opening hour, the son was late opening the store. His capacity to be helpful from a design standpoint was nil. Then I was told I would be called when the frame was complete; which I was not. When I walked in - a month later - to see what was going on, I complained about the lack of a call and the response from the older gentleman was outrageously rude and combative. Look at my other reviews, folks, and you will see I like to give a good review. I would go out of my way to keep anyone from using this business. Do yourself a favor, go to one of the many other options open to you in Los Angeles. read more

I've been to many framing stores recently to try to get a large 36X36 inch painting framed. I didn't want a simple frame, but more classic and somewhat ornate. Most frames I priced were highly priced, and this store had by far the most reasonable, and it will be framed within the quickest amount of time, as well. Reid, the proprietor was helpful but not overbearing at all. I was very pleased, and it is right in my neighborhood. I highly recommend this store. It is in a small shopping center on the west side of Vermont Ave., and is called "The Hanging Company" (I didn't see the FastFrame sign, if there was one). read more
