I received Dan's name/# and called him this a.m. I hadn't (thank goodness,) had a vehicle leave me stuck for over 10 years. This was a new (used) vehicle to our home. I had zero history with any companies in the area, as I had never needed one! I should not be surprised as to the amazing/quick/excellent service that was provided. I've now been able to read the reviews here on Yelp and they are 100% consistent with what others have shared. He was at my home on-time, courteous, kind, and even offered to make sure that my vehicle re-started after I turned it off/started it up again. His jump-equipment and his truck/flat-bed are all very clean/well-kept. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, the charge was VERY reasonable under the circumstances. I found out since that Tow AZ is contracted with my insurance company as well (you can bet I'm going to add roadside assistance/towing to my auto policy now!) I hope I don't need to see Dan again anytime real soon - but I'll be passing his info around to my friends/family for the future. His company will be the only one I'll use.

The driver showed up promptly (less than 25 minutes from my first call), he was kind and supportive. My truck was over-loaded, I was fearful that the driver would have insisted me to pull all of the items I had strapped on top, and on the back of my truck - he did not. He allowed me to hitch a ride with him, this saved me time and money, he was even kind enough to ask me if I wanted him to stop off and allow me to get something to drink or eat. I couldn't believe the customer service I received, once home the driver ensured that my truck was secure, not too close/far from the curb, and it was blocking my driveway. I had a horrible day, fortunately County Tow and their driver was the only good thing that happened to me, and I am very grateful. If I need a tow again I will definitely use County Tow, they offer a flat fee for towing, no tow fee, plus mileage, etc, etc. Granted, my tow was covered by the roadside assistance, but the customer service and kindness provided was priceless.

You can see tow truck cannot access from front or back. TWO MJ Tow men arrived with a tow truck with a huge platform, like a multiple car trailer. As soon as they saw my little 18 ft RV parked on my parking pad next to the alley they said "No we can't move that, it's too heavy", so they didn't even try and there were TWO men, "We can't pull it out". The second tow truck arrived just with one person from company called Woodies Towing. He took hold of my steering wheel and turned it and pushed with his body so the truck DID move it backwards, rather easily. And then he turned the steering wheel again and pushed with his own body yes, just his one person and moved it forward. And then he did the same thing, turned the steering wheel more, again and push with his body and was able to move the truck backwards. He did this back and forth by himself about six times back and forth, until he was able to roll the truck off of the parking pad and pushed it out of the alley. Then he was able to connect his tow truck to the wheels and loaded onto the tow truck. Here is my five star review of Woodies Towing company. I told these details to Safeco Towing dispatch and they wrote down all the detail how TWO MJ Tow didn't even attempt to push the truck and move it and then this one man working for Woodies Towing did it all by himself by patiently pushing the truck back and forth and each time turning the steering wheel more and more, until he was able to roll the truck off the parking pad into the alley and push it into the street, where he loaded it up on his tow bed.
