He was kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. When he arrived (right on time), the weather suddenly turned -- it started pouring rain just as he got the van loaded. Knowing how much the van meant to us, Jose took it upon himself to pull over under an overpass to let the heavy rain pass before continuing. One of the van's windows doesn't roll up all the way, and he made sure no water got inside. That extra care and attention meant so much. I had to come here to gather all my belongings from my vehicle after a car accident this weekend. I didn't want to be here but this was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Lady behind the window processed everything and made me sign a few forms and then opened the secured door for me so we could walk over to my car to get my belongings. I still have quite a few items in my car and she was very kind and helped me with everything. I had to get a bike rack off my car, and she was nice enough to help me. I then also had a phone mount that was help up by my A/C unit and she was able to wiggle it loose. She even helped me carry everything over back to the office and also a 24 can case of soda water I had. After I loaded up my car, I needed to use the bathroom before the long drive back home and she was ok with me using the bathroom. Overall, about as good of an experience as possible! I hope you never have to experience this, but if you do, I hope you also get the same nice lady I had.

However contacting them and requesting to pickup the vehicle which was towed from private property, and has my mothers medicine in the car they said well it was towed after our office business hours and we are closed because it's Friday you won't be able to access or pickup the vehicle until Monday morning. Any legitimate or respectable towing company offers office after hour pickups for a fee or has a way to setup an emergency office after hours service and what I got is a woman who said "sorry I can't do anything but hope that your mother will be fine until Monday morning" and hung up on me
