Thank you Antwon S. and Darrin for making getting a new Harley an easy process. Thank youread more

Taking the New Rider Course was one of the best experiences I've had. Before this class, I had…read morenever ridden a motorcycle or even controlled one. Walking in on the first day you meet your instructors, meet the bike, and before you know it, you're riding a motorcycle. As a first-time rider, it can be scary. I actually had to take the course twice, but that wasn't because of the instructors, it was because I needed more confidence. Both times, the instructors were incredible. Natalie and Mark were patient, supportive, and never made me feel discouraged. I truly can't thank them enough. What also surprised me was how welcoming everyone at Harley was on the 2nd day they give you a tour around the shop. Jerry would pop in every now and then crack a joke, and Jazmine from service was always available to answer questions and help with anything motorcycle-related. The course is structured really well. Day 1 is all about getting comfortable with the bike. Day 2 is where your confidence and riding skills really start to grow. By Day 3, you're graduating and realizing how far you've come in just a few days. At graduation, they have you ring the bell, which is a really cool moment. They also introduce you to the Harley community, including events, advanced rider courses, and bike rentals. Even if you're not buying a bike, they're happy to answer questions, help you find parts, or point you in the right direction. Overall, this course gave me the skills and confidence to achieve a lifelong goal. If you're nervous about riding or thinking about getting started, I highly recommend it.

Incredibly helpful and competent team - rarely does one get to do business with an outfit like this…read moreany more. We went in looking for Vespas and Cody was very helpful showing us options - that unfortunately were out of our price range He provided useful information about find used ones, which we did. We then brought them in for service and both Brenden and Aaron were very accommodating and the service folks must be really good since they now run great. They even stored them for us for a while while we were unable to collect them as we were traveling and bonus they were nice and clean when we got them back! Thanks to this amazing team, keep up the good work, we'll be back!

I was going back and forth with Aaron for about a month trying to buy their Ninja 500 40th…read moreanniversary edition after they would confirm from Kawasaki that it was CA emissions certified as a 50-state bike. I was playing the waiting game thinking that Kawasaki just didn't get back to them about a new Emissions label so that I can register it here in CA but they ended ghosting me for the last 2 weeks. Sent multiples emails, text threads and even hit up Aaron directly with the phone number that he provided for me for his work, nothing. Even tried their new email because I got an automated message stating they changed their email, nothing... All just to find out that the bike has been sold yesterday. Their message to me after ghosting me said "Hello Brian, the Kawi has found a new home it was sold yesterday. We get great trade-ins weekly and will keep an eye out for another bike for you. Thank you for your interest, Reparto Veloce Sales Team." Why state that you will keep an eye out like you're going to stay in touch with me when you weren't even looking out for me with the lack of communication? I'm not one to even write reviews at all and I'm sure Reparto Veloce does a great job, Aaron was great when I first hit them up I'm not trying to throw any shade, but I really wanted this bike and got ghosted when they were seeing if it was CA compliant for me, it's about transparency I did not like how that was handled.
