I love their fast response since I called them twice in less than 2 weeks. They came in less than 20 mins after the call on Saturday. They were professional and clean up after the service. Replaced my garbage disposal for me and snaked my bathtub. $335 for all the service which was fast, only took about an hr. I live in Honolulu town so it's not like it took the one person an hour to get to the North Shore or out to Waianae. Over the phone, we scheduled a time later in the week where the plumber could come by between jobs, so there is no same-day rush or inconvenience factor built into the price. Had a leaky faucet. Called them Saturday at 12:30. Someone arrived by 2pm. Installed a faucet that I bought. Solved my problem. 7 days later the faucet that I purchased broke and so I had new issues. Turns out a plastic part in the new faucet was not up to the task. I called them at 7:30am this morning. Someone arrived by 9:30am. They fixed the problem, replaced the broken plastic part with their own metal parts and didn't charge me anything. This is how you get a repeat customer. Excellent work guys. After months of communications with Junior and Mike, there's still no appointment set for someone to look that the leaks. Very unprofessional and unreliable- each time I spoke on the phone with Junior, he promised to send a follow up text to set up an appointment. This said text never comes through. Had an issue with my apartment's plumbing, my apartment is at the bottom of the stack of apartments above me. I had washer water backing up into my apartment. Great service from Matt at Fast Rooter Plumbing! I called because we had two toilet issues. One had a very loud knocking noise when flushing it, the other had a plunger issue. I called and spoke to someone in the morning and they said they could send someone out later in the evening, which was perfect since I worked all day. Matt came in the evening and looked at both toilets. He was extremely polite and explained the situation to us and what was needed. He was able to get the replacement pieces (had to special order 1 part) and install it within a couple of days. Amazing customer service, very humble staff and very timely and efficient. I have to say I am now a big fan of Fast Rooter. I called on a late Saturday afternoon for multiple backed up sinks and it looked like it was going to be a big problem. I was hoping to get the situation resolved Monday morning. Instead a plumber called me within 15 minutes of my initial call and was at my house within a half an hour. Called in the morning because toilets were backed up and the main line outside the house was probably plugged up. They answered the call immediately and said someone would be out to my home in 1-2 hours. Got a call 45 minutes later from Joey stating he was on his way. He checked the lines outside and the blockage had cleared on it's own. He ran the faucets and checked the toilets inside to make sure it was cleared. I did not hire Fast Rooter.... Here's why. I was so devastated to lose an earring down the bathtub drain (my boyfriend had just bought it for me days ago). I went crazy trying to fish it out with a magnet on a string, which didn't work... (Rather than explain, try looking up how a bathtub drain is set up and you will see why this would prove difficult.) I got to researching online and found that there is almost always a p-trap which is a u-shaped bend of either metal or pvc pipe to trap items like this. I didn't know for a fact whether the water had run for too long and the earring passed the p-trap or not, but I had to do what I could. I called fast rooter to see if they could somehow fish my earring out somehow. Instead of charging me 330 dollars (I won't say who, but the previous plumber I called quoted me this price JUST to "TRY"...) the kind man at the end of the phone explained thoroughly what they would do. It was a pretty simple process for someone who is fairly handy and i thanked him a bunch before hanging up. It worked~! It was a miracle. The people here seem honest and helpful, not greedy. I called Fast Rooter Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet wax seal and within two minutes of my initial phone call the plumber contacted me directly and arrived an hour later with a partner to complete the job. $95/hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour plus cost of parts is what I was quoted and I appreciated that the plumbers didn't dilly dally to complete the job as other plumbers in the past have done with me to maximize their per hour rate. After getting an estimate of $354 from another company, I saw this Yelp review page for Fast Rooter and liked what I saw. I called about 1 p.m. and Fast Rooter had Matt over here by 1:30 because he was already in Hawaii Kai. Matt snaked our drain for our laundry and kitchen sinks. I had to assist by turning on the hot water in the kitchen so Matt could see if there was any progress, and there was. We have an old house so I worry about the pipes. Matt said that if the snake comes back with mud then that signifies broken pipes. Fortunately, Matt said ours are still clean. $94.24 for peace of mind. Mahalo Fast Rooter!
