Just felt to share it was really worth picking "IMUA PLUMBING" . As he was easily able to discover the main problem right away, when hearing the issue, each time he came, to solve the whole issue for each problem. Plus also hahaha he always called back and arrived right away to fix the issue, as he always tried to squeeze me in, to be able to resolve the issue, literally right away! Hahaha!!! boy does that also make me feel cared about in trying to resolve the issues right away, so i dont have to deal with it anymore. I did feel bad tho because a different plumbing company before i met IMUA's PLUMBING. The different plumbing company aimed at things, bless his heart for trying, but it was incorrect and sadly the thing he fixed broke that same day, and then he said the problem he can now see is to have the whole toilet changed to fix the problem and so he was gonna change the whole entire toilet. And that would of been expensive, and oh man, we would of found out that wasn't the problem either, and paid for that also when it wasn't the issue either. So glad i heard from my "property manager" that she is bringing her plumber instead, ke'elii from "IMUA PLUMBING" that does her plumbing for her properties, and she said he really knows what he is doing. And yup she was honestly absolutely correct, he absolutely is well experienced. He hears the story first, then able to identify it right away or checks first what the problem is??? and he resolved it each time! where my shower and also toilet is fixed and also even for the neighbors downstairs which a issue was affecting theres and mine at same time. He fixed it all. Yup its obvious he understands it all, and knows how everything works, in order to know what to check or fix. Very very good job done. I do recommend him, as he's well experienced. And what I'm about to say has Nothing to do with "imua plumbings price. But i learned in general. it doesn't matter on finding services for the lowest price ever, cuz it can end up costing more, in having to pay for all the times they had to show up, in trynna find the issue or by fixing the wrong issues and it breaks or not fixing it 100% completely. and after paying them, then gotta pay all over again in hiring someone else, that is well experienced. Keli'i is licensed and insured plumber who is very professional and responsive. The first time I called, he was in the middle of a large job but took the time to come over and assess the leak I could hear dripping in my wall. We communicated via text and although he was very busy, he came after hours on July 3 - the day before a holiday and stayed until almost 8 pm. He had to cut walls in between the upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom. He bought the part needed and squeezed me into his schedule on July 5. After struggling in a small, cramped space trying to remove a pipe that was installed incorrectly in the 1970s (he had to chip away at the pipe, then cut it, then drill a bigger hole in the floor joist while working in a hole no larger than a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper) he kept saying "Nothing is impossible." After seeing his accomplishment of this difficult job, I told Keli'i that should be his corporate slogan - Nothing is impossible! read more

Has anyone else been harassed and offended by Imua Plumbing drivers? We were doing 10+ over the speed limit on Kam highway with this guys tires screeching in our trunk when the car in front of us slowed down... them this AHole passes us (still going over the speed limit) over a DOUBLE yellow. This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day. Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.
