    Remarks on receipt are lies, my watches do not have scratches or wear out all over.

    I have been a customer here for over 10 years, I went in today to get batteries put in on 4 g shock watches, I use to get 3 yr warranty on my batteries in the past, now after placing new batteries and charging me I was told that warranty is no longer available and had to pay extra for it and on top of that I would be charged for them to set my time. I was in shock on how this place is trying to nickel and dime for everything, the lady rein had horrible customer service and always had a smart ass remark on her responses. I do not recommend this place at all, the receipt comments are lies as my watches do not have scratches and wear all over the place as stated... go to BAYSIDE watch intead also at the mall... BATTERIES are $19.95 less expensive, they have a 1 year warranty at no additional cost on top of free time set & friendly staff.

    This is how they repair rope chains.

    Dropped off a 14kt hollow rope chain for repair. Less than 48 hrs it broke at the repair site. I went back and they tried to tell me it was repaired prior to them, which was false since it never had repairs before. They told me I had a defective chain to justify how their repairs are appropriate. Then they told me it broke at a different soot but as a courtesy they will repair it. After the 2nd repair, the chain broke again with 48 hrs. I had other chains I was going to bring to them but after this experience I won't. Customer service was horrible, repair was horrible and I still have a broken chain.

    A watch that went in for repair and in worst condition that I brought it in.  Notice anything funny about the watch face ???

    I took my n my watch for a battery. They said I needed a movement so I waited abouff to 6 weeks then they say they can't fix go buy another watch. Imagine being told that. So I take the watch home then realized something funny . You can look at the photo and see for yourself. No one touched my watch except them so they gave the watch back to me in this condition.

    Isn't purchasing a warranty and changing your watch battery on 2 watches a service? She refused to honor this coupon.

    We have been coming here for years and yesterday we came in to fix two of my husband's watches that needed new batteries. The lady with the black hair, her service needs work. The way you talk to your customers and your tone. You need to be more careful with your choice of words. First she says is your warranty expired and we told her we were not sure, she began to open one of the backs of the watches and said one of your screws is missing. My husband stated well not sure I only bring my watch here so maybe the guy that fixed it last didn't put it on, or he wasn't sure why as he doesn't mess with the screws, then with her sarcastic tone she says it maybe it just fell out! Either way the screw was missing. What she should have said was sir, one of your screws is missing on your watch, let me see if I can find a replacement. Her energy was all bad and for this reason I won't be bringing any of my watches there as there are several places that do this in the mall. When we came to pick the watches back up you would think she would have set the correct time but that was not the case. Not only did she exemplify poor service she easily also very lazy in a sense. We walked in with her and the other gal on their cell phones looking a personal stuff so you had time for non work related stuff but you couldn't even set the time on watch you just changed the battery to, ridiculous. Do better! Battery warranty is $29 I believe. I checked in on Yelp and she wouldn't allow me to use the coupon offered because I wasn't buying an item, however I'm buying a warranty on 1 watch and a battery on 2 watches. No sense and again for that reason I'm straight on coming back here. Service is everything!!! Oh and my husband asked if she was able to find a new screw and she said No!

    THANK YOU, Wess AND Marlene about fixing my watch and being so KNOWLEDGABLE about WHAT services that I NEEDED on it, TOO!! You 'BOTH' were so KIND, a I 'LOVED' how I was Greeted and Serviced the minute I walked into the store!! NO WAITING. I REALLY liked that!! And most IMPORTANTLY, I was told that my watch would be able to be fixed in a day, TOO!! THA-NK YOU, Wess AND Marlene!! You guys are 'BOTH' AWESOME!! :-D

    We were loyal customers of Alexander Jewelers for over 10 years, and what happened recently was…read moredeeply disappointing and heartbreaking for our family. My husband served on active duty in the United States Navy, deployed overseas between Dubai and Kuwait. During that deployment, both the engagement ring and the wedding band were specially made as symbols of commitment, sacrifice, and family. When he returned home, we wanted those two rings customized into a single ring, which is why we brought them to Alexander Jewelers. Before any warranty was issued, Alexander Jewelers first appraised and evaluated both rings, confirmed their condition, and only after that appraisal issued a Diamond & Gemstone Warranty. They were enthusiastic about the rings, willingly took them on, and over the years welded, resized, and customized the rings in their shop. We also paid for additional services and enhancements whenever recommended. As part of the warranty, we were required to bring the rings in for six-month inspections, which explicitly included complimentary cleaning -- something we did faithfully for many years, including as recently as one month ago. The warranty and inspection booklet were personally issued and signed by the owners. The inspection record is signed by Jake Tekin, and the appraisal was prepared and signed by Raymond Tekin (GIA Graduate Diamonds). Jake himself cleaned the rings many times over the years and has seen our children grow up, which makes what happened next even more shocking. When we recently came in calmly and respectfully seeking clarification about why cleaning was suddenly being refused, Jake became rude and accusatory, claiming we were "yanking his arm," "being aggressive," and "making his staff uncomfortable." None of this was true. We were not yelling, not hostile, and were simply asking reasonable questions about a sudden policy change. He also stated that we "must have been given the warranty by accident," despite years of documented service and inspections. As a long-standing family in Rancho Cucamonga (over 25 years in the community, even before Victoria Gardens was built), being falsely characterized this way during a calm conversation was deeply upsetting. We believe in respect, accountability, and honoring long-standing relationships -- especially with families who have supported a business for a decade. What should have been a straightforward discussion about policy turned into false accusations and dismissal, instead of transparency and professionalism. After years of loyalty, paid services, and trust, this experience was devastating. We will never return, will never refer anyone, and strongly caution others -- especially long-time customers and military families -- to think carefully about whether this business truly stands behind the values it claims. This was a painful end to what we believed was a trusted relationship built on shared American values.

    Family tradition. My mom got her ring here. I got my ring here. I'm sure my sister will get her…read morering here as well. Not just for the rings but the experience and the awesome people here :) I LOVE this specific location. Anyways come here if you want a lifetime worth of love for you and your ring. (Don't come at me about how I wear my ring. I like the way I wear it looks better and feels better )
