The BEST customer service I've had in a while!! I walked in yesterday and was immediately greeted by both employees! Which is so rare now a days! The awesome customer service didn't stop there even tho one person was helping the other would add his expertise in and give me advice as to why some jewelry don't agree with my daughters ear! Okay so I've shopped at Daniels before always in San Bernardino; but I moved to riverside and wanted to check this one out. With covid-19 going around all stores are crazy different but this store was welcoming and not at al pushy. Most jewelry stores try to get you to buy the most expensive jewelry and they even make you forget why you came but not here. The second I walked in Estephanie welcomes me and my four year old in. She asked if we were looking for anything I was just looking and she didn't at all push me. I explain I needed a chain for my boyfriend and earrings for myself. She showed me the chains when I was on sure she put in on to show me how the chain my fit. She didn't push at all making me buy it. Then my daughter seen the balloons and she went and gave her a pink balloon and my daughter was so happy she wasn't rude or anything too her. When I went to get earrings she showed me the mother days sales and showed me which earrings were included. Over all I came in loved what I see and got great service. Coming from a background of this type of business, I am extremely upset with how this particular location treated me as a customer. The "one day only" purchase I made turned out to be defective. When I went back to address the issue, I was given a mediocre solution. I came back in a second time to see if I could get the salesman to understand why I felt scammed, then got a better response. They offered to switch out the purchased product with the same thing, just "newer". I walked thinking maybe I will just do a whole exchange and get something of equal or lesser value. Thinking, I'd saved myself the headache of having another issue. I started to look around the store with the manager, Amy. Everything was fine until I asked if the item could be inspected and tried on before I make a commitment.... Her response was all in her face; she assessed us, the customers, and then stated "we don't allow customers to try on the jewelry anymore." Side note, it was an item well under $700... All I can say is that I feel bad for the customers that walk into this particular location. read more

Great place to have your baby's ears pierced! After calling around numerous "piercing/tattoo parlors" and not being made feel completely at ease about their services I decided to give Daniel's a try! They answers all of my questions over the phone and in person! Jenny was the sweetest when we arrived and had everything set up with her associate upon our arrival! I was very comfortable and everything was disinfected, and they also made sure the baby's ear was disinfect and marked right were I wanted it to be!Yes my baby still cried and yes it still was rough because I hate seeing her in pain but it took no more than 3 minutes and she was all smiles after! I purchased the solution to disinfect her piercing and I also purchased the earrings there. I suggest calling to make sure the associate who pierces is available but no appointment is required. Extremely upset with this location , walked in trying to purchase a pair of diamond earrings, I was not greeted , waited for ten minutes and still no greet , one of the ladies was with a customer the other wasn't , the one that was available just looked at me and looked down then walked to the back . the sales person was very disrespectful. I went in to get my ring checked out and cleaned. The girl did took my ring in the back, and was back there only a few second. She said I needed to have it re-pronged and she would get an estimate. I told her I had ins on it, she said the ins is only good for 3years(mind you she has not even asked my name). I told her I have ins on it, she proceeded to argue with me about it. I told her to look it up, she did it was still under the ins. So I told her I wanted it sized too. She started giving me a hard time about that too. Telling me they only size up one size, I asked her if we could see what size I am. I only needed it sized one size. but she tried to get it sized 1 1/2 sizes(to make money I am sure). She then asked me if I bought this off of some truck? I said no I bought it at this store. I have never felt so humiliated and angry at the same time. I did not want to talk to the manager because she had my ring, and I did not trust her if she would have been talked to about this.
