I had a great experience coming here. I got my fiancée's rings resized and had the bands soldered together. It was very reasonably priced at $180 and it only took a couple days to get done. Other jewelers in the area were going to take 2 weeks or more. Ryan was super helpful and very courteous and polite. He showed me the men's engagement rings while I was in the store looking around and was very knowledgeable about all of the products they sold. Norris Jeweler has earned a life long customer in me with their excellent customer service. read more

Absolutely incredible customer service. If I could rate Ryan and his team any higher then I would. I recently purchased an engagement ring setting, diamond, and wedding band. Through months of research and visiting retail chains, K Norris is much ahead of the competition when it comes to price, quality of the ring and diamond, and SIZE. I have had family purchase from here and will only be returning to K Norris for ANY jewelry purchases from here on. Very very quick service, my ring was paid for sized and polished for pickup with certs ready to go the day after picking it out. The store is very easy to communicate with and the go above and beyond to make sure every need or question you have is taken care of. Definitely not a bunch of lying salesmen for I know the tricks of sales from previous work. Very honest, family business. read more

Ive been doing business with them since 2002. They have super quality jewelry and are always great to deal with. I've been doing business with K. Norris for 20 years and even though I moved to North Carolina - all of the way across the country - I still buy all jewelry from them. When I want custom pieces, they are meticulous in their craft and I am always satisfied with the quality of work and their customer service. The picture attached is the latest customer piece that I commissioned them for. Not only are they fair in price but they value the quality of ALL pieces of jewelry that they sell regardless of whether they are stock, custom, commissioned or estate. I don't do business with anyone else when it comes to jewelers. read more

Honestly 1 employee is a fucking joke!!! I came in with my friend to get diamond appraised and this guy was so rude he looked at it and threw it back on the counter and said it was fake. His attitude was unnecessary, saying he was certified to know these thing. We just wanted to know about the diamond if it was real or not. Not about him !He's super cocky/douchebag! I won't be having anyone come to this place or even recommending it. read more

Where is the over five star option? Five stars isn't enough!!!! Five stars cannot even begin to describe my satisfaction! Let me start by saying I am very hard to please. I am extremely particular when it comes to quality and K. Norris didn't disappoint in any aspect. My fiancé absolutely nailed it and he said that K Norris made it extremely easy (he will he posting a review as well). I am wearing my DREAM RING!!!! I never thought I would ever love a ring as much as I do! I literally can't stop staring at it. My fiancé catches me glancing at it ever so often and jokes and says I love the ring more than him. With that being said, We want to thank Mr. Norris, Craig, and Ryan for taking such great care of him! This place is a GEM! I've been getting non stop compliments!!! All of my friends have now made my ring their "ring goalz" and ask me to show it to them almost all the time. I wanted to post a review right away but I had to make sure my nails were up to the exquisite standard that matches this masterpiece. I look forward to making future purchases here, starting with my fiancé's wedding band. Thank you again for helping to make this memorable moment even more beautiful. P.S. I'm thinking about starting an Instagram page for my ring! read more

My experience with this jeweler is TOP NOTCH! I've been a customer for over 20 years. All I can say is you don't need to drive to LOS ANGELES to buy a Rolex or any diamond ring. Keith and Ryan are extremely fair. They treat you like family and honesty is their position! You won't have any regrets! I'm a customer for life... thanks again for taking care of my ring and watch needs! See you again next time! read more

I've been going here for 20 years. I totally trust them! I highly recommend this family owned business.

Just wanted to take a minute to give some praise to Ryan and the K. Norris crew. My fiancée and I went in looking for help designing our wedding rings. My fiancee's grandfather gave us his wedding ring before he passed with the intent that we use the 7 diamonds for our wedding rings. Ryan helped us choose a pair of rings. We wanted our rings to look the same while also having its own uniqueness. My fiancée went with a full white gold, matte finish with a shine finish trim. I went with the white gold matte finish with a yellow gold trim. From there we sat Ryan with us and helped us place the stones for his jeweler to set for us. When we came back to pick up the rings we were so overwhelmed. The rings looked amazing. Not only do we have these new rings but we also have a reminder of my fiancée's grandfather with us. If you're looking to create a ring or buy from his display case, the K. Norris staff will take care of you. read more

If there was a way to put an exclamation point on the end of the 5 stars, it still wouldn't be enough credit for what K Noris Jewelers has done for my wife and I. They were able to take my wife's vision of what she wanted and with just a few simple questions, make her dream into a reality. We had shopped at some (ALL) of the "big name" stores during our search, but once we made it here, we knew we'd never go anywhere else. I have to give a shootout to the jeweler that helped us, Ryan. He made us feel comfortable. Too often we felt the high pressure style of sales at the other shops, to the point we knew it was about a commission and not about making sure my wife got the wedding ring she wanted. We WILL be back and I'll continue to refer everyone I know that's in the market for any type of jewelry. Oh... And the price... Ha! We got twice the ring here then what was offered to us elsewhere when staying within our budget. Thank you again! read more

Today I went to see if a gem was real . Because I had it since I was 9 years old. And I wasn't sure if it was real or not . I thought it would be fun to find out if it was. I wasn't upset that my gem wasn't real I thank the old man that helped me precisely at 6:15 pm but the gentleman named Ryan the business owner was very rude to me . He walked up and said "it's glass that ain't real" and then he threw my diamond back on the tray. He needs to change his attitude if he works with customer service. read more

Great family owned store. Before engaged and married my husband had bought a beautiful sapphire and diamond heart necklace for me from here for my birthday. My husband worked with Mario to get an engagement ring for me and we continued to work with him after for the bands. Most beautiful ring I could have ever imaged. My husband said they were an extreme pleasure to work with while getting the engagement ring and were able to meet his rush delivery needs- don't worry my engagment was a surprise, I got the details of getting the ring after. If Mario wasn't available Keith and Ryan would also help . Excellent service, best jewelry around. Everytime I am at the mall, I drop my ring off for a cleaning and say hello! Hope to do business here for a long time. Thank you K Norris! I read more

This place is a one stop shop,,I would never pick anywhere else to go for a purchase or repair. My wedding ring was sadly broken after 20 years ,and I was real sad about it. we been looking for a place to repair it. Keith the owner inspected my ring and said, no problem,I fix it for you. He's a funny, honest, family kind a guy, and his son works with him as well, very nice young man. Excellent professional service ,and once again I'm soo thankful that we found them. When I picked the ring up I was shocked how beautiful this ring looked, He made it better than new with a new setting,,and the diamond I provided. I was in tears ,because this ring meant so much to me ,and my husband and I had just celebrated our anniversary that month. THANK YOU!! from Maddie and Mark read more

I've been looking for a cremation necklace and haven't had any luck. I stopped by and Ryan said hes seen them in a catalog and we could order it. He took his time and went through a few HUGE books trying to find them. We ordered 2 of them in for me to see. I fell in love with 1 of them as soon as I saw it. Thank you so much for your help Ryan, I appreciate it more than you'll ever know. read more

MILITARY FRIENDLY will bend over backwards for personnel, I came in with a ring. But changed the diamond for one of theirs, started with a few diamonds just under a caret, then they brought this diamond that was exactly a 1/2 caret with a perfectly cemetrical cut. Ut shines and is more beautiful then even the bigger diamonds which is what I went for!! Now came the tricky part, I wanted it mounted and resized all before christmas.... it was 12/23 and I'll be damned if they did not complete the task. And picked it up late Christmas Eve. The only hard part on my end was the proposal, which didnt go off without it's own snags.... and come to find out.... my now fiancé finger is much smaller then it used to be... So we go back 12/30 to get re-resized and they said with all the back orders and jobs that it likely wouldn't be done before I had to leave (I'm in the military) but there they go again. They call us 12/31 and say get down here before this place closes, so we do and my fiancé gets her rings back.... amazing amazing work!! Huge shout out to Craig for doing all that he could do to help, and Mr. Norris (the owner) for being there and snapping his fingers to help me out.... they really deserve more than 5 stars for this one! read more

I thought because it was in the mall that it would be people trying to rip you off. It was the complete opposite. I would recommend a gentleman named Dave to help you find the perfect ring for your significant other. He was a relentless helper in achieving the tasks at hand. He was also extremely friendly. I would recommend K-Norris to anybody. They do great work with custom stuff as well. The pricing was so reasonable also. Experts with professionalism and a heart to help you find what is special. Ryan is one of a kind to say the least. Two of my cousins had recommended that i go to him for the engagement ring that i was looking for. I already knew what i was looking for. All i needed to do was find the right one and Ryan helped me do just that. He went above and beyond my expectations in the amount of time and input that he put in to help me find the perfect diamond. I will definitely be returning for our wedding bands. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for the amazing and such personalized experienced you have provided!! This was my first time at K. Norris and what a wonderful experience it was. I brought in my mom's old wedding set from 1944 that was missing the main center diamond. My mom recently passed away and having this ring restored was something special I wanted to do. I explained this to Keith who is the owner and he knew how much this meant to me. When I went back just a few days later to pick up my ring it was more beautiful than I expected!! I had tears of joy! K. Norris went above and beyond with exceptional customer service as well as pricing. Out of four estimates I received from other jewelers, they came in the least expensive. This is because they aren't a big chain who overcharges! I highly recommend K. Norris! read more

I am undating my review, although my initial review was 4 stars... I am updating with 5 stars because Richard is amazing. Yesterday I damaged my ring... the halo detached from the band and it was entirely my fault. I lost a diamond which I quickly found on the garage floor... you cannot begin to imagine the panic I was emotionally experiencing that very moment. I showed up unexpectedly to K. Norris and Richard was present. THANK HEAVENS. Once we established the issue, he assured me that this was going to be taken care of and not to worry. Afterward, we caught up and looked at bands for my fiancée. Richards' empathy and concern made me feel appreciated and valued. Purchasing an intimate item such as my engagement ring has so much sentimental value, and Richard went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I trust him and his company... thank you so much Richard. read more

I visited over 10 different 4-5 star yelp reviewed jewelers before deciding on these guys and would do it again in a heartbeat! These guys are fantastic! I had a ring custom made from my own design and these guys nailed it! Finding a trust worthy jeweler these days can be very difficult, many of the jewelers I visited had unreasonably high prices, pushy sales tactics, and bad diamonds! So many people I visited tried to sell me low quality diamonds at a huge mark up. But not these guys! Keith, Ryan, and Mario all provided me with several competitive options in my budget and were open to discussing options and what would net me the best result. The truth is I chose these guys because they were excited to make my vision come to life and were willing to walk me through the entire process. It took a bit longer than anticipated but Mario was very communicative and kept me informed the entire time. I also liked that I could talk to anyone in the store, so when Mario wasn't around, Keith and Ryan were also able to help me make decisions and further my rings progress. read more

Ryan worked with my husband to make sure the ring was perfect. Since I have been a longtime customer Ryan always caters to my preference and helped design the perfect upgrade. This place provided amazing customer service to me and my family! We came in looking for an engagement ring, me being in sales, started off way under my actual budget expecting them to try and present items in the middle of those two ranges. Instead Ian brought items just under my said price. I was blown away and gave up my game that I always play at places like Ben bridge or Zales. Him and his manager seriously did not pressure us on any level but instead just serviced our needs (mind blowing with most jewelry sales). Because of this I asked if they would work some "magic" if I bought a tungsten ring and I will be making this my home store now. Not a made up ad, I was just so impressed I truly needed to let people know this place and their service existed. -Mike M. read more

Keith at K Norris was so professional, helpful and courteous when we came in to discuss our wedding rings. I had a ring from my great-great-great grandmother that I wanted to have cleaned and resized so I could wear it as my wedding ring, and my now-husband wanted to order a custom wedding ring. Keith worked with us for over an hour as we discussed ideas and options for both of our rings, and really helped us to personalize them. In addition to the excellent service and quick turnaround time, I feel like we got an incredible deal, which was so appreciated, considering the cost of a wedding these days! During our wedding, we did a ring warming ceremony where the guests passed our rings to one another and each person gave the rings a little blessing or wish while we were saying our vows, and so many of the guests told us afterwards how much they loved our rings. Thanks K Norris for making the ring buying experience such a pleasurable one! read more
