Had watch battery replaced. Friendly, fast service. The price was very reasonable as well. Will be back with my others read more

Where do I start with Ari and Watch Works. Had a couple of vintage Seiko's (Divers). 1 had stopped working completely, the other needed a dial swap. Both had non OEM case backs on them. Not only did he complete the work quickly he made all the necessary modifications to get the new dial to fit my new case back. Completed the service on the non working one and after a week hadn't lost a second. Pricing was extremely fair and dealing with Ari was a plus. Please take my advice, if you have a watch that needs repair, adjustment, battery or complete overhaul take it to Watch Works. You will not be disappointed. He has earned my business for life. Thanks Ari !!! read more

We came to Watch Works to replace a watch band and battery, and we're really glad we did. Ara was incredibly kind and professional. He replaced the leather band, added an extra hole, and even moved the old buckle onto the new band, making the watch look great. After replacing the battery on the other watch, he entered the information into the system in case the battery doesn't last as expected. With the great service and convenient location, we'll definitely be bringing our watch needs to Watch Works from now on! read more

I came in 10 minutes before closing and was helped by Gua Hol. I wasn't rushed but actually met with friendliness and great knowledge on the watches. I was searching for a piece for my birthday. He was very patient and gave me background on each of the watches I was interested in. I ended up leaving with two pieces. Amazing shopping experience and definitely going to be a return customer. read more

Was super quick with the battery replacement of my watch, it was basically done by the time I finished looking around at their inventory. Super great price as well, was less than half the price compared to other nearby shops. read more

I have been buying watches here for years now, I mean I have probably spent over a grand here easily. Ara is an amazing watchmaker and knows everything from crystals to movements. In addition to his knowledge, Ara is a calm and collected gentleman. I have read the reviews here and the stories of yelling and screaming are completely false, I visit his shop at least twice a week and I have never once seen anyone in the shop get hostile EVER. This place is awesome and if you're looking for good quality watches and someone who knows what they are doing, GO HERE!! read more

Went in to receive a polish and it came out better then expected! I definitely will be going back to get more watches done. Ara did an amazing job on my watch and made it an easy transaction. He got it done in a timely manner and kept his word that would get it done on a certain day and he delivered. 10/10 recommend this spot read more

Nice staff , I have been her multiple time last being Black Friday . Took in my husbands new Marvel anniversary watch for resizing and my own watch for a clasp repair . Reasonable prices and quick repair. read more

This guy thinks he invented the watch. Horriible customer service, limited knowledge and an attitude.

Brought in a watch to have some links taken out, they charged a fair price and took down information in case you needed to have it resized in the future. A pin later fell out of the watch and I brought it in and they fixed it free of charge. Great business and very fair and ethical! Would definitely recommend coming to Watch Works! read more

Extremely rude owner. Doesn't deserve any business. Kicked me out of the store for getting confused about the price and trying to ask for a deal. This business deserves to go bankrupt to free up space for actual good people. read more

Last month I brought a watch to get a battery. It was about $14 with tax. Very fair price, other places I went to were not so fair...at ALL! Very friendly, fast service. I then brought 4 watches yesterday. One watch did not work, even with a new battery. The service tech said he cleaned the inside and it still didn't work. It's an old watch, possibly 30 years old. The tech was apologetic that he couldn't get it to work. But that's ok with me. Another watch was a Casio pathfinder, the solar kind. The tech informed me that I didn't need a battery for this Casio Pathfinder. Just needed sunlight, it has been sitting in a drawer for 5 years or more, since we all have smart phones, what's the use for a watch...LOL. This is a great place to get your watch fixed, new batteries, or purchase new watches. Fast, Honest and friendly service. I definitely will be back for any other watches needing batteries or cleaning. I do like the wood framed watches, have been thinking about that type of watches... read more

My husband got a battery replaced for his watch and brought me there to adjust my Rolex watch. What a nice gentleman! His price was very reasonable and my watch was adjusted immediately. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. He was kind enough to input my information so if I lose the receipt (uh...of course I will), he'll have my info in the system. They guarantee their work for resizing etc... Just a polite and very nice gentleman. We will definitely be going to Watch Works for all our future watch needs! Came in on a whim to be day after going to several other watch stores closer to the beach in search of a specific watch. I browsed their selection which wasn't as big as other stores, but still they had some great pieces! I mentioned to Ara, the store manager, the watch I was looking for who then offered to make some calls, and check their main store in Mission Viejo when we went there next. I received a call later in the week informing me he had found the watch, a Hamilton Khaki Mechanical Field Bronze edition. He let me know it would be locked in his safe, and that I could come check it out whenever was convenient for me, no pressure. I came in to check it out, and we had a nice talk about different watch makers, manufacturers, and movements. Never once did I feel any pressure to purchase anything. The watch was more beautiful than it looked in pictures, and after he offered, without any haggling, a better price than any online I purchased the watch. I am very happy with my purchase and I cannot recommend doing business with Ara more. He is very kind, and is excited about helping his customers find what they are looking for. Ara, thank you again for helping me find my watch, and for going out of your way to help me! read more

Most amazing team. Took my Rolex in to fix a loose crown and sized it for nothing. They were awesome. Will be using them always.

Services is good with people that explain everything to me. Would you where you're happy with this store!!

Came in to have my wife's Rolex resized. I was quoted a very fair price over the phone with a lifetime guarantee so that if she ever needed to resize again, they would do it at no additional cost. They had the best price in the area and at a very convenient location inside of Victoria Gardens. We came in and they took us in right away and got to work. The process was very quick and they did a great job without scratching or damaging the watch. All at a great price and great customer service. read more

Previously I had a new Seiko resized at another Kiosk drive thru watch repairs that I went for years. One pin kept popping out of place leaving it in danger of flying off the wrist at any given time (such as falling out car window while doing 60). I brought back twice and got charged twice each time and the pin came right out in a few days. Last time, there was an attitude issue as well. Sensing that this 50 cents part is costing me a small fortune to keep it in working order. I decide to give them a try. Not only Was I not charged, but the guy behind the counter was pleasant. Guess I know where to spend my hard earned money now. read more

Great experience. The owner knows watches well. I stopped by to replace a battery on a vintage Gucci watch I recently purchased. I can't say enough good things about Watch Works. First interaction was for a Rolex Datejust to fit a vintage 60s dial and swap straps and the quality of the work blew me away. And obviously I returned and Just picked up a custom watch that Watch Works helped me to put together with a Valjoux 72 movement and authentic Swiss parts that I envisioned and it turned out better than I expected. I had a terrible experience when I tried to return a watch that simply did not work properly. The owner was insulting from the moment I explained the problems I was having. The first thing he said to me was, "I am not going to give you your money back because this watch is beat up." I'd only had the watch for 8 days and it was in pristine condition! After 15 minutes of dealing with his insults, he finally agreed to give me a refund, but then as he processed the return, he kept insulting me! He said, "What kind of a person returns a watch after wearing it. I wish we had never sold it to you in the first place." Finally, I had to say, "Would you please stop insulting me? I don't see how this is helping is good for either of us." I could go on and on, sharing the terribly mean things he said, but it is too upsetting to recount. The original salesman was great. I loved the watch; it just didn't work properly. It broke my heart to return it. I write this to prevent others from being treated so rudely. read more

It has been a very long time since I received such superb service. To make a long story short, I purchased a Rolex from out of state, I already was nervous about my purchase due to the cost and the distance of the jeweler. Ara and his knowledgeable staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only help me but also educate me. They brought me piece of mind, gave me honest and reliable feedback. They did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge speaks volumes to the character of the team here. I had to go back multiple times due to issues that were from the seller and each time and each phone call they guided me with patience and sincere helpfulness. I absolutely guarantee that I will continue to bring any business I have to them and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with any watch related issues or concerns. Absolutely commendable in every sense read more
