The color and shine had faded, and the double band needed to be replaced with a single band. The ring also didn't fit my finger very well, but I actually forgot to mention that. After the repair, it fit me perfectly. They noticed that one side of the band was smaller than the other and fixed a problem I didn't even remember to mention.
