Carla was also great at organizing and keeping the wedding flowing, she gave us some great decorating ideas, the place looked fabulous. We used the second floor of the venue since we had a small 50-person wedding and everyone agreed that they had the time of their lives. Parking was incredible, the DJ and catering were amazing as well. Ignacio was out DJ/MC and Martin ran the gourmet buffet. We will always remember that day and highly suggest anyone who wants to have a party use this location for their event. Great value and quick response times made things much smoother and less stressful and time consuming. We switched venues just two weeks before the event and still managed to pull it off. The venue itself is 5 out of 5 stars. It was clean, polished, and beautiful. Our theme was "Gala" and it fit just perfect. Very little decor you need because the lights, tables and covers and venue itself was perfect! The staff, however, was more of a 2 out of 5. Security was great, but the event manager Karla was not prepared or available. As soon as she arrived, she said she was leaving to get something to eat, and I couldn't even find her when I needed assistance. She wasn't familiar with the plan discussed with Sebastian and didn't know about several things that had already been arranged, including the fact that there was an area for us to get ready in. Also the bartender which I believe was another owner was not pleasant to some of my guest, very short to some of them (all I serving was wine and beer). Also, there crew was hanging out in front of the venue chatting away, it wasn't professional. For all the extra service fees I would have expected more. I will say Sebastian was 5/5, great customer service and very friendly and helpful! We had submitted a floor plan and setup details ahead of time, but on the day of the event some things were off. Lounge chairs were missing and brought in during the event, and we had to set them up ourselves. A table was missing, she brought it in but didn't have a cover, I couldn't use it. Had to improvise but I made it work. Also, we were able to bring unload things earlier and we were told to place it in a certain area, when we arrived back, it was moved without us being informed. We were scrambling to look for things! When a family member lost his wallet, I texted the event manager Karla and never got a response. I ended up contacting Sebastian directly, and he handled it promptly. I would book this venue again, but I would definitely request different staff. Despite the behind-the-scenes issues, my daughter had a successful and memorable event.

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

I came across his business after yelping a few places, and he offered an in person consultation the very next day (COVID safe of course). We met at my outdoor shower venue, where he brought balloon samples in a variety of colors, and together we reviewed the design and details of my installation. As luck would have it, there was an unexpected morning SHOWER at the park where my event was held (pun intended). Eric patiently waited for the rain to subside and was able to install a beautifully bubbled arch along with the personalized backdrop design of my choice. I highly recommend Eric and his business for your future events! In addition to being punctual, accommodating and patient; he is quickly able to grasp your idea and bring it to life. Dennis and 2Create were able to do all of that and more! Dennis is fantastic at communicating, always responding to our many questions and requests with diligence and detail. He put our preferences front and center, taking the time to understand what we were envisioning, and providing his expertise and suggestions when needed. During one of our meetings we off-handedly mentioned our love for our two baby pet tortoises and Dennis went out of his way for turtles to be represented in our decor. Four days before our wedding we needed to change our ceremony location in a series of events we would not wish upon anyone but the silver lining in all this was the vendors like 2Create who were able to handle the wildly last-minute change with grace and professionalism. They made sure that even with the location change they were able to bring to life our vision (and more) and made the decor something to remember. Choosing a wedding decorator is a big decision, and we are so glad we went with 2Create - they are a fantastic company to work with and we couldn't recommend them more!
